Flatwoods Giovanni's has gone down hill over the years. We had stopped eating because their food didn't taste as amazing as it used to.We decided to stop in for the buffet last week and it was awful. None of the pizza was done, very doughy and cheese barely melted. We also enjoy sauce on our pizza and there was barely any there.The sub sandwiches are no longer soft and garlicky. They're hard and pretty dry.We used to eat here at least once a week and we just had to stop.

Ordered boneless wings and garlic bread with cheese. The breading on the wings was soggy and chicken was full of fat. As someone else mentioned, the bread was doughy and the cheese was barely melted with a plastic taste. My husband had a sandwich and it was just so so. Had to throw it all out because it was just plain gross. A waste of money.

Love this location. Service is great..our server always remembers us no matter how long it's been between visits and always remembers what drinks we get and always remembers to bring the dressing I use for my salad that they don't have on their salad bar. That's always a plus!!! Food is always fresh and hot and they will make what you want for the bar if they don't have what you want if u ask!!

Just had hard dried out pizza delivered to my door. Every time I order from here it's never very good. The sauce has evaporated the crust is tough and the chz is like hard plastic. I ordered a peperroni pizza with half bannana peppers. The peppers have been thrown on after it came out of the oven.

I understand that yesterday was new years and things can get hectic. But I called and ordered 35 dollars worth of food at 9:54 last night only because it said online you were opened untill 11pm. If i was told when I ordered that you closed at 10 I wouldn't have ordered. At 10:05 I was called and asked if we were coming to pick up and I told them yes but it would take us about twenty min to get there. At 10:14 I was called again and told they were getting ready to lock up. I asked why when they close at 11. And was informed only then that it was 10. I told them we were on the way but still ten min out. They were gone when we arrived. This all could have been avoided by letting me know when I first called.

My complaint is that I called at 2pm to make sure the buffet was open,man said yes until 5pm.traveled 45 miles to find out the buffet just ended at 3,it was all laid out yet,but we couldn't have any of it. So we ordered from the menu,and watched while the threw away all the leftover buffet food! We could have ate off the buffet.they chose to dump it. Doubt I'll go back.Parking: Adequate

Wow. My meal was completely ruined by some unscrewed lids on the salt and pepper! There was also piles of salt under the shakers. However, the napkins DID smell like crayons, so 5 stars, would come again. But PLEASE don’t go to the table on your right. Worst mistake of my life.

Good pizza. Giovanni's is its own style of pizza which most people enjoy. Not a big fan of the new phone and ordering system though. It takes too long to get to speak to someone if you want to just order a pizza.

Literally the best around! The inside service can be a little slow because they can be understaffed but it is sooo worth it for the service they do offer and the food. They always have a full bar and if there is somethin you want, they will cook it right up and put it out there.

This is the best food around. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our waiter even gave us a coupon for half off one of our Buffet. Every thing on the bar is always fresh. I have never had a bad experience here. I even worked here as a teen. And is the only Restranti would recommend that I have worked at even though I'm 41 now. The manager Lauren has been over this place for over 20 yr. She know how to run the place and make every one happy. This is must go to if ever in Garwood KY.

The lady on the phone was sweet and patient with me while I decided to order and told me how long the food would take with the exact estimated time for me to come and pick it up. The food is always great at this location and I’ve never had any problems out of them either. Great crew, great food!

Their food is great! I personally love the calzones. I'm not sure about the all you can eat bar they have. Not many options for vegetarians up there, but there is on the menu. They have a great variety of Italian food. I've been here a few times and only had poor service once. The other times, the waitstaff was friendly and helpful. I've never seen them busy, it's a clean place (for the most part), and they have pretty cool decor.

We went in asked if dining area was open we were told yes. Sat down and removed our masks. The waitress took our order and left the table. She returned a few moments later and informed us that we were required to wear our masks until our food arrived at our table. Now mind you that we were the only customers in the place. Now if you are going to be mask less in the same environment why do they want you to wear a mask while waiting? We told the waitress just to change the order to go and that we would not be back to their business. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!

We had a party planned and had paid a deposit at the Russell location only to show up an hr before the party was to start to discover signs on the front door they were temporarily closed. We didn’t receive any notice or phone call! We went to the Flatwoods location and without hesitation, they allowed us to use their party room! The server was very nice and helpful and apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault! I will forever be grateful to them as this was a BD party for my 4yr daughter!Not a very good way to conduct business on Russell’s behalf-a phone call letting someone know isn’t asking much! I will only use the Flatwoods location!!!

I placed a delivery order tonight through their app.After waiting an hour, I called the store to check on the status. Once I called, I was advised it was set for pickup. The night manager, or whoever was in charge, was in the background with an attitude. What happened to the customer is always right? I am a long-standing customer of Giovannis. This is unacceptable. I filed a complaint with the corporate office. Go to another location is my advice. The individual on the phone apologized for the inconvenience. I heard the lady in the background tell him, do not apologize. Rude and very unprofessional.

Laura and Trish are so wonderful and friendly, more like friends! The food is great and Chip and Steve are extremely great servers always checking on us! Scott , Shawn, and Brian are fast delivery drivers too. When relatives come to visit the first place they insist on is Gios!
