This was my second time here, having each of my cats seen by Dr. Fitch. There aren't words to describe how amazing she is, and so very kind. She truly wants to help and tries her hardest. I travel to go here that's how amazing this place is!!

What can I say about this place is just awesome from start to finish my mom called every where try get Border Collie mix in last week because she had real bad stroke one vet didn't answer phone and another was like it have be sometime next week mind you the dog was throw up and shake and couldn't walk at this point the worker answer phone for All About Animals bring her into today and let Dr.Nance look at her and see what is going on with her she was so awesome run a bunch test on her explain everything in detail and ask what can you afford that in your budget range she bring in pay shows us the prices of everything before run and kinda of test all the on dog we had them do it Dr.Nance come back in and told us everyything and was nice up front about everything and she told us i like keep Selena for couple days keep an eye on her see hows he does and stuff and her whole staff is awesome the whole time Selena was board they let us come see her anytime and put us us in a room and let us stay as long we wanted to with Selena.So Monday came around for my mom get Selena Dr.Nance was nice and said she never going get better but Dr.Nance let my mom take her home to spend that all time with Selena which help mom Cause we had put Selena down yesterday.to and Dr.Nace And her staff was awesome on that part to they help us through our time of grief they let us mmourn and shed tears and was always ask if we need anything lets us talk to themshare stories about Selena how funny she could be at times another we like how clean they keep there office and rooms you can smell they scrub them down all time and santize all place real good this won't be last time i be back here with my animals cause how they all are staff and all.

This place is absolutely disgusting. They don't care about your animals at all, just your money. If your dog has to have an emergency surgery, they won't save your dog if your card declines, or offer to bill your home so you can make payments later. They do not prioritize your animal, they prioritize your money. They will literally let a dog have a seizure on the floor in front of them and just shrug their shoulders if you can't pay upfront. Cruel humans who don't deserve any of their positions.

Exactly what a vet clinic should be! Everyone we've interacted with has been compassionate and it's 100% sincere. They went above and beyond when our cat was sick and made sure to explain what each option entailed. We will be customers for life!

After twelve year of being my veterinarian.putting down two of my animals. But my appointment July 25 2023 was the worst I have experienced . Your staff does not no what they r doing. 45 min wait with a dog in the lobby with 4 other dogs .then tell me your not going to refuse service because I asked your staff there was going to do any damn thing. What a joke you all have become. I'm disgusted Ursula

Love this place, my dog was diagnosed with a critical illness by another vet , I went here for another opinion and even though It was confirmed dr house took the time out of her busy day to answer all my questions and explain so we would understand. I would recommend to anyone.

I have just recently moved back to the area and my two special need kitties needed to get into a vet ASAP! I was nervous because I know a lot of vets are full at the moment, and adding special kitties to a patient load isn’t an easy task!When I called the staff were so kind! They were also able to see me in such a quick turn around! I also work a lot so they let my mom take them in while and they could call with questions! My mom said she was AMAZED! Dr. Finch and Greg took their time with my babies and made sure they were good to go, from head to toe!I cannot thank you all enough for accepting my fur zoo and me as a client! My mom said she is switching vets to you all as well!

The staff is very nice, but do not take your animals there if there is something seriously wrong. We had to put my doggo down yesterday because of kidney and heart failure. The vet said it could’ve been lime disease, and would’ve started in July. I took him there in August because he was loosing weight no matter how much he ate. They had his blood work on file since August. All they did for him was give him high fat canned dog food that costs like $60 for a 16 pack. I feel so guilty I should’ve taken him somewhere else.

This place is by far cheaper than any vet in the flatwoods area. My furbabies love the vets here and they also offer care credit and offer heartguard and nexguard and offers to get money off if you purchase so many of them. The vets are very knowledgeable about animals and are open late. They are amazing with our babies !

Just recently tried this place because my older cat was pretty sick. Dr. Fitch and the rest of the crew were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuine. My cat is getting much better!!A few weeks after trying them out, my dog was attacked in our yard by the neighbor's dog. We had to rush her to the emergency vet. But All About Animals cared for my sweet girl throughout the healing process and removed her drain tube and staples. They did a fantastic job and you can tell that every single person working there is literally All About Animals!!!10/10 Recommend :)Thank you Dr. Fitch and team for saving my girls.

I absolutely LOVED the service I got here for my baby kitten 😺!!! Dr. House is a certified Veterinarian and I can tell her heart ❤️ is in her work and she worked with me on fitting care for my kitten into my budget so I can afford proper care!! All around excellent experience here and I would recommend All About Animals to anyone.

Love love love all about animals!!! We see Ursula, and I haven't met a more caring vet. It doesn't matter if she's seen your animal 100x or if it's the first, you always get the same care. 10000% recommend them. We also love the front office staff. They're so willing to work with people and are so kind!

Very lucky to have found this clinic. Great staff and facilities...I have had multiple dogs my whole life (currently 4 over 100lbs each). Dr Nance still has them strong at ages 14-16yrs.

The staff were very courteous. The staff answered all of my questions. They were timely with their appointments. They were only 1-2 weeks (or less) out on surgery where other area Vets were 4-6 months for declawing and spaying for our young cat. They gave me a high and low end estimate for surgery and it was correct. Surgery went as planned amwithout any issues.

This place is absolutely amazing after my dog was passing blood this morning and I was absolutely freaking out because other places would not take him I started to cry because they said yes. they got him in there within 40 minutes the only reason it was 40 minutes was because that was my drive I appreciate you guys so much and everything that you have done for Bear today and I know my son is especially grateful for you 😊💝💝💝

The people that work in this office are unbelievably nice and knowledgeable. Dr Nance and Fitch will never recommend something that they honestly don’t believe will help your baby. They continue to ask me questions about my little dog who has a heart murmur for see if they need to try another treatment program. If you need a very trustworthy practice I highly recommend All About Animals

Veterinarian Ursula Nance saved my baby! My black lab Dixie was dropped as a stray close to my house, she was vomiting blood and Suffering from severe PARVO. She stayed for 8 days in the care of this vet and she lived for 15 years. She passed away recently from old age, We just buried her two weeks ago 😭 😭 If not for Ursula's knowledge and care, I would not have been blessed with the 15 years that I got to spend with my sweet girl. I will always love and support this woman!

Dr. Nance and Dr. Finch are wonderful with our very large English Mastiff. They offer several ways to treat your pet's ailments and always let you know what the cost will be before treatment. They are very knowledgeable about animal care, especially on large animals. Their staff will go above and beyond to accommodate you. Love them!
