I rated this low because one of the staff members, a female who is there on Saturdays cusses constantly and is rude to her staff. I do not go out to eat and pay my money to hear the staff say the F word constantly. I also don't like watching one staff member who might have a speck of authority treat the other staff like garbage who by the way no how to speak while at work with respect around customers. I mean kids were there.

Literally the best dairy Queen in louisville, maybe the best one in the entire state. Service is always incredibly fast, and the food never tastes like it's been sitting out or was overcooked. I literally drive out of my way to go to this location anytime I want dairy queen, they are fantastic.

I don't understand why you all premake your food why is it so hard to make food to order so tired of over priced food and poor quality food when your food is ice cold when the hand it to you our the window every time. I really wish they would open a different fast food restaurant in Fairdale so we don't have to settle for pro quality food mangers in this location should be embarrassed by the food the allow to leave that restaurant. DO BETTER!!!

This is one of the only fast food locations that does everything right 99.9% of the time. We go often and our order is correct and given to us with awesome speed. Good job to that entire evening crew. We don't even check our order anymore because we've grown to trust the service. Lol

Food was not great (not terrible but really not great). Service. The lady asked me if I was done in or take out. I answered and she walked away. After about the third time I stopped answering and simply waited to see if she would get ready to take my order. Customer is supposed to be first. This was not good.

I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen since I was a kid and they’ve always been great! I don’t think I’ve ever had an order that was wrong or missing items. The staff has never been anything but friendly. Very fast service!

I cannot post a picture here but, I was eating a strawberry cheesecake blizzard I just purchased and started finding pieces of what looked like Brown leather or some type of brown fabric. And a grilled chicken sandwich so tough i could not chew it. This place has went so far downhill that I will not be going back.

This store is a joke. Lazy and don't want to open the dining room. To everyone, stop eating and ordering from drive thru. Without us these companies are nothing. I will never eat Dairy Queen again. Over priced anyway. They have taken out convenience and made dining out a joke. I spent more in gas waiting in drive thru for over 22 minutes and line isn't moving. Joke, joke, joke. 49 minutes to get my food. Joke

Over the last year or two I've really started disliking DQ. This location is trying to make me enjoy it again.Much better than some of the other stores.

The drive through can be crazy backed up at times, and we usually drive on past, but, when we do venture into the line, it is always a good experience. We are usually getting a shake and a blizzard, which are not prepared so far ahead that they are melted, we have had that experience at other DQ's. The young people who work there are kind and courteous.

Doing a great job team Dairy Queen in Fairdale. I usually come in for breakfast but we come through for dinner tonight, and though we waited like 10 minutes from start to finish it was worth it as everything was hot and fresh when we arrived home. Hang in there surely the staffing issues will be resolved soon and people will get theirs tails back to work. Ya'll doing great from breakfast to dinner I thank you all for showing up to work for us.

The staff was super friendly to the kids! The facility was clean and the food was fresh. Besides, you can't hardly beat the $5 lunch. It's a crazy good deal.

The guy at the window didn't pay attention to what I was telling him my order was a over charged me. The other girl inside noticed said let me see your card ill refund you and I've yet to see the 30 dollars I was charged.
