If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy gets worse and worse. Medications are never ready on time, they lie & say your doctor never sent a prescription, they let prescriptions sit in ques for days for even filling. The pharmacy staff is beyond rude and that goes for the pharmacist. The pharmacist yesterday had the nerve to scold me in front of customers because I wanted to purchase diapers and a bag of cookies along with some of the my medications bc of course not all of them were ready and this was after a 20 minute wait in line. I only use this pharmacy because it’s one of the few pharmacies my prescription plan covers. What pharmacy can’t get antibiotics filled in a timely manner?!

They accidentally deleted my prescription, so now I get to spend Christmas in pain from the hole in my mouth after getting my tooth pulled! Thanks Walgreens! And thanks to whichever technician canceled my prescription, it's specifically your fault that I'm going to have a miserable Christmas full of pain!

Updated review 9/17/23:I am satisfied with getting my prescriptions filled at this Walgreens. It's close-by and normally not an issue to pick up my prescriptions. What I DO have an issue with is their prescription delivery service. When I first found out about it, I thought, that's pretty cool that it's free and even more convenient; however, I quickly found out it's not convenient because I've had way too many issues with it, ranging from one of my prescriptions being delivered to my old address (even though I'd updated it) and a prescription missing from my delivery, more than once. More recently, I just found out I was somehow overcharged to two different credit cards I use there, although I thought I had replaced one with the other. It's a shame that they offer a great service which has proven to be unreliable. I guess I'll stick to picking up in person.

I will drive a few miles extra and go to this Walgreens, as their pharmacy and store seem more organized than the one less than a mile from my house. I hope they keep up the good work.

2 issues- first I ordered graduation announcements and was told they would be ready next day by 9a. Went to the store after 2p and their machine that makes them was broken. Not one person called to let me know they would not be able to fill the job. Very unprofessional and when I asked why she just said she didn't have time to find where the machine was jammed or give customers a call! Not at all ok! Second issue pharmacy was extreme rude. I had a prescription that was ready day before came to pick up after my appointment and my doctor canceled the medicine going forward. They refused to give me the medication even though it had been filled before canceling for the future. The tech was rude and had no explanation just said we won't give it to you. Had to send a message to my doctor to have it resent .

Scheduled a Covid test online. Was shown through the appointment schedule it was free, even after I put that I was not using insurance. The woman kept trying to run it through an old insurance I had at a previous job that I no longer have, and said that is why the charge? But I don’t have that insurance. It’s an old card on file. I do not have insurance at this time since I switched jobs. Got to testing and was told it was around $130. And was told it was CASH ONLY. Which is hilarious because I thought card only was the new way because cash spreads germs during the p*dmic. Was never told this online. Was never told this through appointment scheduler. And was never told this through emails received after confirming apt. Needs to update information and keep patients aware of protocol and procedure. Poorly done

Made online appt for covid vaccine on Tuesday for Thursday. Website showed the vaccine I wanted was available. I arrived on time and was told they ran out of the vaccine. No one called to tell me. The assistant apologized and said they tried to call people but didn't have the staff to reach everyone. Not sure if it's the whole system or just this location, but it seems disorganized and under staffed.

I went into the pharmacy in Erlanger to pick up a prescription for my daughter. There was a young, blonde associate that helped me, I believe her name was Haley. She was very rude and her customer service was just not pleasant at all. I reached out to speak to a manager and I am waiting on a call back. If you can’t be polite and respectful, please do not get a job in customer service!

The people at the store are amazing. Everybody is always super nice, but I have to give an honorable mention to eric, Sherry, Melissa, and Maria. They go above and beyond. They are all super kind people who do truly care about you. The pharmacy staff is also very nice.

I bought an item at this place yesterday and paid for it with my credit card and there, I went to Kroger and discovered that my card was missing. Went baçk to Walgreens to see if they had found it and they replied no. My daughter went there today and they had it in the safe. They could have called me by looking in the telephone book.

I have probably the best Walgreens experience I’ve ever had tonight at this location. I was walking in to buy my dad a pulse oximeter after he was leaving the ER with pneumonia, but his prescription has been sent to the Walgreens in Union Kentucky because it was a 24 hour one. I noticed the pharmacy was open still on at this location OK requested they transfer the medication to this location and they had it ready for me in less than three minutes amazing customer service and I appreciate not having to drive as far

Just moved into my new house and had some of my prescriptions transferred to this store. After picking one up I got home and went to take a dose of the medication. I was supposed to get 90 for the month 3/per day. When I went to get one I could tell there wasn't 90 there. It was obvious. I got 33 after counting and missing 67 pills. It wasn't a narcotic or anything just a medication to help bowl movements I would not recommend anyone go to this location.

I’ve always loved coming to this Walgreens, but since Jennifer was hired it has completely ruined my experience. I’ve had enough. She is consistently rude, unkind and just all around unpleasant. I typically make 3-4 stops a week at this location, but today just may as well be my last. Every other employee at this location have always been helpful and provided amazing customer service. It baffles me that she is able to treat customers this way and still have a job.

At the time of writing this I am sick as Hell with Covid-19. I took a covid test for my Doctor and it came back positive. My doctor called in two prescriptions to this walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacy REFUSED to fill the prescriptions today even though they filled the same prescription the day before. Jihn Lee (the pharmacist working at the time) told me no meds are approved for covid so she will not fill these prescriptions for me. I attempted to ask what I am supposed to do and she angrily started talking over me and would not give me a second to speak. I couldn’t raise my voice because my throat is so sore the pain was too much.I began begging out of fear for my life and my health and she raised her voice even more and continued talking over me, just refusing to allow me to ask why.WHAT COUNTRY ARE WE IN?! How can a doctor, with 8 years of schooling, and 20 years of experience be over ruled by a Walgreens Pharmacist?! I am feeling like death and have no meds because this pharmacy wants to get political about about medicine. I called my doctor and she told me this doesn’t sound legal. I’m supposed to take a shot that’s never completed clinical trials, but I cannot have meds that my insurance covers, that my doctor is prescribing?! What is happening?! Why am I being refused life saving medications on some political basis?!BOYCOTT WALGREENS!!!I am getting my attorney involved and will be seeking retribution over my sufferage and their refusal to fill a prescription today, that walgreens filled yesterday, because this pharmacist said these meds aren’t proven to treat covid.BUT THEY’ll OFFER A SHOT THAT ALSO HAS NO COMPLETED CLINICAL TRIALS?!MURDERS!!!These people don’t care about your health, they are too busy playing political games.

I tried to get a scrip FROM MY DOCTOR filled here back in early September. It was for a pain killer so of course you are asked for your I.D. when you go to the counter and AGAIN when you go back to the counter to pick it up. They REFUSED to fill my scrip because (according to them) the date on the scrip ( filled out by MY DOCTOR DURING LAST VISIT) was "expired" I TRIED to explain to the pharmacy worker the date on there is the date of my visit & it is NOT EXPIRED, but she REFUSED to listen & REFUSED TO FILL IT!!! I had to call my Dr office & explain to them what was going on then drive to my dr office & get A NEW SCRIP with 'the proper date' on it, then go back to the pharmacy to get it filled!! This was NOT CONVENIENT!!!! I will NOT return to Walgreens to get any more scrips filled there!!

It's a pharmacy so they sell pharmacy related things. I've noticed that they mark up products extremely high.$8 dollars for a can of skyline chili ?? Your ratings will take a hit for that one wallgreeens.

I just got off the phone with Brittany(she spoke so fast I had to have her repeat) so I could update my new address and a few other questions at the Pharmacy. She was SO abrupt with me that I decided to finish the call. When I proceeded to thank her, she just hung up. Everyone has bad days so I will hold judgement on customer service the next time I call or go in.

The very best thing about a visit to Walgreens is the way that the store is laid out. At most of their locations they are laid out the same to insure smooth shopping for their customers. If you have a sick somebody in your life it is such a relief to be able to run to their nearest location and feel comfortable that you are getting what you want fast, efficient with great customer service and out the door. They also have a drive thru if you don't want to get out of the car! As always , Enjoy

Every time I call they are always friendly on the phone. I call often because I am on so much medication. I have never had any problems there. They are fine on prices and always helpful. I will always do business with them.

I dropped off my prescription at the driv-thru and the pharmacist tells me he's going to run it and see if it will go through and tells me it's all good and gave me the price and said it will be about 20 minutes. I go back to work for about an hour then drive all the way back and he tells me he can't fill it it's too early. Please get your act together and do you job right and quit wasting my time!!!!!

We bought some zycam, and other items at Walgreens, tonight went to krogKrog and the prices on zicam and other items were literally half the price! Check Kroger's first before buying at Walgreen's unless you have money to burn! I am so upset thinking I was actually saving money using their sales!

The pharmacy hours are incorrect. I was released from Edgewood ER and my Kroger pharmacy was closed, so I googled pharmacies open near me. When I wasted gas and arrived, I was informed the pharmacy was closed and the hours stated on Google are incorrect.

Called multiple times, but they keep you on hold and then hang up before even talking to someone. Horrible! Go to a good pharmacy, where they have enough brain cells to answer a phone.

The page should have a phone number that connects to a human. This is the worse phone system I have ever seen. If you have any speaking problems, don't bother to call as you will be denied speaking to anyone.
