I trust Mark and team implicitly with diagnostics and repairs. They are very thorough but do only what’s right and necessary for your vehicle - 180 degree difference than dealerships who are obviously profit-driven and will gouge you.I have been using Peformance Tire for my and my family’s cars for years and highly recommend them!

Regularly limp my jeep across the river to go to this mechanic over any closer to my home in Ohio. I get amazing service every time. No bull. Staff is friendly and willing to work with you and give advice on keeping an old as dirt vehicle like mine alive over buying a new vehicle.

Called ahead. They said an hour, first come first serve. Showed up, same story. Left and walked up the street for lunch. They were literally pulling the car back into its original spot - backed it in just like I did, left it exactly the way I left it - as I was walking back into the parking lot. They said an hour, the invoice has a timing of 37 minutes. $60 for the full synthetic. I’ll be back.

My husband and I were heading out of town for a much needed break. One hour from home we had car trouble. Got off the exit and with a little research found this auto shop. Pulled in with a car that we wouldn't be able to continue our trip. Less than 2 hours we were back on the road with calipers, rotors and brake pads on the back of my van. Paid about the same price that our reliable mechanic had told us it would be. You could say we were very happy with the service.Thank you guys!!

Worst customer service I've ever received. Tried years ago to come here. Was treated with disdain. Came in today, first words out of front reception man was "we're hours behind, nothing will be done quickly." I was done at that point. Went to competitor instead

Efficient and friendly. We bought 4 tires and paid less than the estimate. We called the day before so that the tires would be in stock. We got there when they opened and waited about an hour. No sales pitches, just good service

Terrible experience. Simple front brake job and have had to go back 3 times. Nobody takes accountibility and vehicles are never checked prior to returning to customer. Prices aren't cheapest....spend a little extra and go to a dealer shop. This place is a joke!!

They did a good job on my oil change. They also pointed out that I needed New tires bc mine were bald and showed them to me. I thought that was very nice i wouldn't have checked them myself.

I needed new tires. They didn't have the size I needed, but ordered them and had them in the next day! Quick service, great customer service and quality workmanship! Plus, the pricing is fair.

I received a quote from Midas of $450 for outter tire rod and a couple of minor things called performance tire total $230. I will drive the distance from Cincinnati to erlanger any time my car needs work done. The guys were honest and efficient and will keep you company with laughter.

Awesome business, I helped someone with a flat on interstate and they didn't have a new tire but they had a used one and they wouldn't take a dime for it. Good people are hard to come bye.

Only been there to get a tire fixed thought I had a bad wheel sensor but it was just some corrosion around the rim $26 I felt that was reasonable

One of the worst service and response i have ever seen with this provider. They are dumb and eating just customer money , totally money and time waste. Zero worth and they are not good at inspecting vehicle rather blaming only customer highly disappointed..
