The shelf price does not reflect what I actually paid. The item was to be $2.29 if you bought 4 bags of chips. I did and still ended up paying $4.39 a bag. I didn't check the receipt until I got home. This happens to me all the time.

Why is it necessary for the self check out to tell me 5 times to place my item in the bagging area? I am 54 years old, I am pretty sure I have it figured out. They need to scan more and talk less.

Only positive feature is convenience. Cramped store, hard to line up for check out when busy. You will ALWAYS be bothered by spectrum. Hopefully when the new store across the street opens it will be a turn around. Avoid unless it's you're only choice.

I'm at Silver lake and Union location weekly. Union is a market place and silver lake is old normal style grocery. I love them both.

You have the rudest ghettoest (for lack of a better term) older “white” women working here. If you can't carry yourself in a more professional manner you should be forced to retire or work somewhere, that doesn't require you to interact with any, outside of your lap dog.

Do not use the Kroger app to place orders. They debited my card $537 and told me the order was cancelled and it would take 30 days to refund! No accountability!

I use a mobility cart. This was not a one time event. Has happened several times. T cart's they have retain no charge. The first three I looked at were low battery. The forth one showed a full charge. I went straight to the pharmacy and picked up my scripts.as I left the pharmacy the battery died. M any times I have been stranded in the middle of my shopping. Someone needs to contact corporate and replace all the scooter charts.

I don’t know if this place is under new management but it’s fallen off completely. The customer service is terrible there is never any lanes open but self check. And the attendants at self check get aggravated when you ask for assistance. Today I was accused of making a counterfeit $10 off coupon and it was not honored. Which is a joke because I spent thousands of dollars at this location and have proof of every purchase. Workers at this location are always blocking isles standing in groups talking not acknowledging customers and don’t try to help. The best thing about this location is 1 employee by the name of Jacob he is always pleasant and always helpful. The rest of the staff needs to be demoted. If you have to go to this location don’t waste your time just got to another location because this group of people are rude and get an attitude and get huffy if you ask them to do any duty required of them.

I go to this location (Erlanger)quite often as well as Covington, Cincinnati, ft. Mitchell and Newport I come to this one for the pharmacy and whenever I am this way. I have never had an issue except twice now in the same location same employee Kimberly the cashier that looks after self checkout lanes at the Erlanger location last time I encountered her was rude acted like she did not want to be her and like it was a burden to get my cigarettes this time asked for her to do cash back on my card she flat out said "No!" And that I would have to go to customer service desk she said that after I had told her it's never been an issue before and was only for 30$. After going to the service desk and Ruby done it no problem at all and was extremely nice and was confused as to why Kimberly would have refused to do it said she would address the issue with her. I absolutely love Kroger the deals and the employee's most of the time it's sad though how just one bad apple can ruin the bunch. Thank you Ruby for turning this visit and my mood around you should get a raise.

A lady named Kimberley works the self check out, she is extremely rude and unhelpful. Have asked her for help and she will just flat out say NO and huff walking off. Made my teenager cry being so rude. I called and spoke with management and they were amazing. We have stopped coming to this Kroger. Hopefully something is done and we can return to shopping back there since it’s our closest Kroger!

This small Kroger used to be amazing especially if you don’t like going to the bigger ones around the area. They used to always be fully stocked.Fast forward to 2022. Their produce section is practically empty as is there deli. I asked one of the employees and they said Kroger stocks the bigger stores first and if there is enough they send the rest to them. Sad because not everyone likes the big market places or they don’t have transportation their.Don’t even get me started on the pharmacy. That’ll be a whole different review.Save yourself a headache and go to Ft Mitchell.

Never have what I want or need it seems all the time they don't order enough for the size of population around them idk why but it shouldn't be standing they could've upgraded this location along time ago considering the amount of cash in this area. A product was labeled $10 for $10, several in the bin, but rang up $1.50. I brought it up to the clerk who then proceeded to argue with me, I had them take it off. Not the first time something rang up wrong and arguing instead of checking on the price at the bin was rude. Closing at 10pm instead of 11pm loses business in my opinion, they were packed with last minute shoppers and on a Wednesday no less. -2⭐'s

I like the hours. The only trouble with grocery I've had is old meat sitting out for sale. It is not reduced, but with the regular meat.My biggest problems have been with staff. A few cashiers have been really mean and two older boys on the floor got really smart with me and I told the manager. The one boy lied to me and was really disrespectful. AWFUL! I'm sure he is gone now. But generally, it is pleasant.

This is hands down the Worst Kroger I've ever been to. The store is Dirty, the Deli case hasn't been cleaned in years (it nauseates me when I see it). I would not Eat Anything from this store. If you choose to, you are indeed a Brave Soul. The produce in the cases, etc., is old, overripe and rotting. Can get better, fresher produce at the food bank. Don't understand why All the other Kroger Stores are so clean and the produce is fresh and looks delicious and healthy. Wouldn't eat any food from Silverlake Kroger's in Erlanger if it were free!

This Krogers location is an absolute must for your grocery shopping needs. The place is large and clean. It is well stocked for just about any thing that you can think of. The meat department is first rate with a butcher on hand for those special cuts. The produce is farm fresh and widely varies. They further offer household products and some home goods. This is a must stop for you! As Always, Enjoy!

The store always looks run down. The air conditioner breaks regularly if it hits about 95 or a hundred degrees outside. Cashier customer service is hit-or-miss. The customer service desk usually is quick and has good service. Parking is really difficult and most of the time, for good parking arrive earlier in the mornings or much later in the evenings.

Yall need to update your times if your money server closes early to put tge correct time on there its very aggravating to work from 8am to 9pm get off work thinking you still have time to get a money order to pay your bill onky to get there at 9:14pm and both lanes are closed..... up date your times to the a correct time thanks...

Terrible overpriced selection. Small isles , people sit and stare at items they have no intention of buying for 10 min then walk away . All the un-fresh fish is farm raised and smells like your girlfriend when she has not bathed . But they have good ice-cream so i gave them 1 star.

The produce section manager( Bridget) is very rude and doesn’t want to help and has horrible attitude. If this is the way how this kroger chooses its managers Im not going to this place any more. They should hire more decent people with better attitude and willing to help customers not to walk away on them. Don’t shop at this ghetto place.

I go about once a week after work at 6 am. Only complaint is this store can get busy and when you have $100+ worth of groceries it's a bit much to self scan and bag yourself. After working all night I am tired and ready to get home, a helping hand would be great. I think they should have at least one lane open to help people who have lots of items.
