The manager in there now is always high, very rude . Blares loud provocative, cussing, inappropriate music through the store very loud for customers to hear and very rude. Stands around talking not cleaning up the store. The store had boxes thrown everywhere down aisles can’t get through.

Staff rude and not helpful. The girl at the register with glasses and dark colored hair with orange around her face was very unprofessional. I was charged more than price listed, I asked her about it and she told me it did not say that! Called me a liar so I asked for the manager which was just as unprofessional she wouldn’t even look away from her computer to speak to me. I don’t understand how people can be so rude that is not customer service. I didn’t mind paying the difference but I did not appreciate the way I was treated. Will not be back there! 0 stars!

Family Dollar has a little bit of everything. This location is always clean, and the manager Theresa is just so friendly, kind and helpful. The prices are good, and the layout is easy to maneuver. They usually do not do cash back, but cash is welcome, as well as cards. I'm never disappointed when I go here, and I can usually find all I need. Their holiday decoration selection is always on point and very affordable.

I didn't even want to give this place a one for real it's the nastiest store around and how u gonna charge some one full price on a pack of men's 3 tagless tanks that only had two shirts in them and then the long hair nasty looking scrub denied a refund with a recipe just bought didn't even leave the parking lot very unprofessional n a very vulgur attitude n mouth..

NICE people working there!!!! Good little store! Previous review was 3 years ago and there are different people there now. I'm an older person who has ALWAYS been treated with respect for ALL the years I've gone there and shopped. ALL the clerks are friendly and smile a lot! Don't know what happened with the previous reviewer, but this customer has NEVER been treated like that! Been there many times and will continue to go there. Would NOT shop where the people are rude or ignore customers! This store is fine and the prices are, too! I'm a REGULAR CUSTOMER!!! Easy parking, great people, good hours and prices! 5 STARS!

Very disgusting and terrible service. There was dirt all over the floor, and when I went to check out it looked like the cashiers were picked up off the streets. Not to mention how terrible and rude they were. The balding guy was definitely the worst and one of the rudest people I've ever met. Definitely will never be coming back.

Since Family Dollar is so close to my house I find myself shopping there 3-4, times a week. Which make this store my Convenience Store they've got a little bit of everything there. From kitchen & Food to Car Accessories. Like I said a little bit of everything. Their pricing is comparable to other dollar stores.Speaking of dollar stores. Family Dollar an other stores with Dollar in their name, does NOT sell everything for a Dollar. So I recommend you check your items price tag and it says $1.00 before you fill up your baskets only to get to the register and find out your 20 items cost $100.00 and not $20.00 as you were expecting everything is $1.00.As they say "Be alert, the world needs more lerts" ...😁 (Joking)

Spent an hour downloading app and clicking freaking coupons. Got there spent another 45 mins searching for products specified by coupons I downloaded. Got to register and was informed today they are not accepting coupons. Imagine that, the one day of the week they have the most valuable coupons specific to Saturday and their system is down. This always happens at this location. Very bad management, half the time the cashiers are "nodding out", or closed during regular business hours bc no staff available.

Very crowded. The cashier was very nice but they definitely need more than 1 cashier on the weekend. The line was super long and the poor cashier was going as fast as she could but it was just to busy. Typical weekend.

They're never open anymore when we come by. I called to check before sending my husband out a little while ago, and the extension just rang and rang. He passed here on his way to the Turfway store and said all the lights are off. What is happening with this location??? The other ones seem to be fine.

This location is possibly the worst Family Dollar I've been in. The balding guy who works there is possibly one of the most reprehensible employees, and has no consideration for human decency. I would pay double, and travel 10 times the distance to ensure I don't support such lack of morals.

First day I let my son walk home from school, and some smug minimum wage pion refused to let him purchase a drink, it's 86°, sun beaming, real feel of 91. This store should be ashamed of the way there employees treat children.

My husband went to get a faygo. He ended up getting a 300 times hotter bahama mama sausage. It was more than what he had, the cashier was really rude when he asked what went up in price. I dont care what kind of day you are having, its NOT the customers fault. Plus NOBODY WAS WEARING A FACE MASK!!! We are in a pandemic. This is the worst store, employees are rude and the customers service sucks. I think ill do my shopping at dollar general from now on.

used to go to this store almost daily but after today i will not be returning so i purchased 2 faygo 3 liters and was going to get a bahamama which were normally a dollar so i get to the counter she says 3.37 i had 3.25 cause i didnt know that they went up in price i asked the lady what went up in price she raised her voice at me and said 3.37 so i asked again because my order for those 3 things is normally 3.17 then she looked when she could have done all that without raising her voice. not to mention this place is not enforcing mask the cashiers dont even have them on i did take pictures and plan to send this to the cdc this business shouldnt be open if they dont follow the laws

Always has cart after cart of stock that needs to be put on shelf. Can't even shop today because of supplies needing to be put on shelf. Every row is blocked with supplies, but you can't get to what you need because of supplies of boxes on the floor/carts. This has been going on for some time NOW. Has gotten a whole lot worse when they got the New store.

I would like to know y the store closes at 6 pm. There has been alot of times where when I went there close to 6pm they would be closed when on there door it says 10 and the website it says 10.

The cashier was polite but the store manager wouldn't even help all the customers were trying to get her to come and help but she refused and was so rude to all the customers 3 people walked out saying that they won't be back I felt so bad for the cashier

This Family Dollar is clean and nicely organized. Their mobil app is pretty nice also. Not all apps are as easy to use.
