Who is seriously in charge of this location? Numerous occasions I’ve visited and this is how it always looks. It’s a safety hazard for anyone. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere after not being able to successfully go down one isle. Someone could seriously get hurt as I’m surprised no one has yet. The employees are more worried about telling each customer as soon as they walk in, 30, 29, 28 etc minutes until they close with an attitude rather then clearing the isle floors so no one does get hurt. Safety is most definitely an issue here and needs to be taken care of.

There is hardly ever an employee at the çheck out & no bell. You stand there for ever or have to walk to find help. Most employees always have attitudes. Like this morning, I just stopped in & I waited & waited to pay for my creamer & i was in a slight hurry. I had to walk around to find Josh & tell him I needed to check out. I was trying to make conversation & be polite & he was so rude. I said you all don't have a bell & he said no we're not allowed, do you need cigarettes or something.... I said no sir I just need to pay for my creamer. The self checkout never works either. I really only come here for creamer if I need it quickly bc it's close or for Milo tea if Krogers is out. Why can't people just be kind anymore?!?

Manager "Andrea" turned me away from shopping Dollar General. Aluminum foil was ringing up $2 more then what it said on the shelf (brand and size both matched the tag) She told me it was "old signage" and would not match the price. She used words that me feel stupid for not knowing the sign was old even though it matched every sign in the store and did not have a date or any other sign to let me know it had changed.I used to spend $100+ a week at this dollar general, I will definitely be switching to the Family Dollar down the street, I encourage you to do the same!

This particular store is a good example of your typical Dollar General. In my experience, most of my visits to this particular location have turned out to have been successful in acquiring items I couldn't find at any other closely located Dollar General or other dollar type store. It is a little bit less organized than other stores located nearby, but to give credit, it is because of the high amount of inventory they have in the space they have to work with. I recommend this location when shopping for items you might not find elsewhere. My rating would be a definite 5 stars rather than 4 only because of the fact that an extra employee to help with the organization of the store would prove to be beneficial.

All if the employees are pleasant. There is just one woman who seems not very happy to be there and it shows through her customer service. I had some items that didn't ring up for the sale price. I tried to have the cashier fix it before finalizing transaction but he couldn't. She assured him the directions she gave him would work. They didn't and she more than let me know she didn't really want to help. I asked for some type of receipt showing the refund transaction and she said it was store policy that only they had a copy. I'm not so surprised by her interaction with me because this is her everyday attitude. I believe she is a shift manager. Anyways rest of the employees always very friendly.

The only problem is even tho I've clipped all the coupons in the app it never shows up in store and have this big long ordeal in the store when trying to show the coupons in the app then them checking the products in the isles while I'm having to hold up the line, ect. It happens every single time & there's a second shift cashier that's extremely lazy & will go to any extreme to avoid doing her job or having to move around. It's like she purposely moves in extremely slow motion or like she's on the worst hangover ever. The store itself is great & bigger than the other dollar generals in the area

Very rude customer service when I asked a question they were very disrespectful. Saying well it was placed in the wrong aisle in my stores and most can't you tell. But from what I can tell that it's their job to keep the store together and not in disarray. Also it was a short guy that was working there that was horrible and it's got the worst customers service I've ever experienced

Has just about everything you need. I would give 5 stars but half of the workers (men) there stink. They smell like (BO) body odor because lack of deodorant. You’d think working at a store they would use their resources wisely.

As post before, Dollar General is your place to stop in for those loose ends and even close out items. This place is pretty much no frills and great deals. If you find yourself on a budget or even a tighter one then you are going to want to stop in here and give the place a quick look. The have food. They have home goods. They have some seasonal items. They honestly have just about some of everything. If you have been here then you know what I mean. If not, then you need to stop in and check it out for yourself! As Always, Enjoy!

Love the store, Dollar general due to the large selection of products and pricing although this location in general, the one we stopped by in Erlanger a male that rang us out was older maybe 50s 60s was full blown high on something, not just the sniffling but the pinpoint pupils.. Just makes you wonder, who is doing the hiring and managing of people like this in their store. Always makes you uncomfortable and think of the area as trashy the more people you see like that..

I have an addiction to the mega smarties LOLLIES! I've searched every Dollar General in Covington/Florence area and this is the only one that has them in stock. The Covington store is sad!!! They have nothing! I am wondering if that particular store is going out of business or is it just that manager that can't order product for his shelves? It's really kind of sad because that store is what a lot of people in that area use because it's within walking distance a lot of elderly people a lot of handicapped people in that general vicinity and they don't have any other store right there that they can get into its pitiful because there's nothing in the store

This location has rearranged the aisles and cleaned up the store. It is sooooo much better than a few months ago. It's nice to shop there again.

Be aware when they ring up your stuff! I was in there today and I bought gloves and hats that came in a pack of two. On the way up to the register the two pack of hats came apart and I told her it was a two pack, and when she rang it up, it said 2pk. But she still charged me for the hats separately. She didn't even listen when I told her there was more.back there to prove that it was a 2pk. So make sure you pay attention when they are ringing up your stuff.Or you will end up getting charged more then what you should actually get charged.

There's always some sort of small issue every time I shop here. "Oh this isn't part of that sale" even though the sale sign is right in front of it or the total doesn't sound right and I get home and go over my receipt to find sale items didn't ring up the price advertised. I'm really about to stop shopping here.....

If you're planning to do a quick drop in for something, save your time and go elsewhere. 9/10 times you will run into a long line with only one cashier working.

Is pretty good size store they have a good selection of things it was a little busy but I was able to get in and find what I needed get back out pretty quick the lines move pretty quick and they decent prices

Have an issue W troy Todd whatever his name is. And manager called corporate 2 weeks ago still waiting on reply! This place carries the product that I need nowhere else and I hate going in there because they're so rude and their corporate doesn't call back and their manager just scratches his head and listens to you and don't know what to say, clueless!!!!!
