The team at Dogtown is absolutely amazing! They proactively communicate and care for our puppies. Macey, the manager, is awesome and has a great team of support. We watch the video often to check in on our boys and we see staff actively managing the room and cleaning. Highly recommend, our boys come home exhausted!

We've only been going to Dogtown Erlanger for about a month now but we will continue going whenever we can. The staff genuinely cares for the dogs as if they're their own and the cameras have eased my anxiety of leaving my dog to almost nothing. I'm so thankful for Dogtown, especially Antonio, Boa and Eli!

Very good staff but not very good communication with owners. For Context:every time I would pick my pup up she had new cuts and yes I understand this will happen but this last time I picked her up she was visibly bleeding and looked like she had gotten into a very very serious dog fight, like a dog got ahold of her neck. I could tell something was wrong cause she was acting very strange and yet I wasn’t told anything picking her up. And this isn’t the first time I wasn’t told anything. Now that the cuts have scabbed over it is even worse than I thought if you run you hand along her neck all you can feel is bumps from the cuts and where they scabbed over. Like I said I understand that things happen but it is the constant struggle that I am not being told anything

I have used Dogtown for both day care and overnight care. I can’t say enough to good things about the caring staff, the attention to detail, and the cleanliness of the facility. I was floored when they remembered my dog’s name after only being there one time (and we use DogTown as needed, not like every day). They immediately made accommodations for my golden since she was an older girl and was happier in a calmer environment at times. I would trust any Dogtown with the care of both my dogs. It’s just an exceptionally managed business that doesn’t at all feeling like a “kennel.”

We love Dogtown Erlanger! Our lab mix goes for doggie daycare 2-3 days a week and she loves it! Rosie is a rescue and is working on her manners. The staff at Dogtown have been so great about helping us! She just spent a few days there boarding and is EXHAUSTED!! 😂

Highly recommend not taking your pets here they let them loose every other day it seems like I work nearby the facility and it’s like every other day there is someone running around looking for there dog that somehow got loose from this facility while in there care. I really feel for this guy crying looking for his dog so that’s why I’m giving the heads up review.

The groomer at dogtown was amazing. She sent photos and update on Lulu and that's a first. Of your want excellent service wonderful hair cut, and a great groomer at dogtown ask for Alexus and she will treat your dog with care.

My review is a bit conflicted. The first six months or so with Dog Town were a breeze. Couldn't recommend them enough! One day I get a call that my large dog played too rough with a smaller dog. Abbey, the manager had told me the dogs ear was severely injured and that the smaller dog was being taken to the vet. Upon arrival of picking up my dog, the employee inside mentioned the smaller dog wasn't injured and it was really no harm no foul. I was not permitted to see any video footage or to speak to the only employee who was actually there to witness what had happened. Anyone else wondering why there was a 4 month year old puppy in a pin with a 70 lb boxer mix? Me too. Abbey also mentioned how well my dog plays with big dogs... Well? Isn't that why he is in the big dog pin? Seems to me like Abbey wanted to protect her inexperienced employee and my dog suffered the consequences. He loved it there!

Absolutely love all the staff at DogTown Erlanger! We have had the best experience so far. Everyone loves the dogs so much and treats them like family. Hoping the weather breaks soon and they can get outside more though. Every day she comes home happy and exhausted though which is exactly what we wanted!

We picked up our pomsky Levi (Pomeranian/Husky) for a wash, deshedding, blow dry, ect. His tail and behind was still damp and it looked like they just left his hair to sit on top of him. The didn’t even attempt to get the hair around his tail and he’s shedding worse than before. I don’t not recommend.

If I could give a NEGATIVE star I would!!!I just picked up our dog Susie from the Erlanger location (Sept 1, 2023) and was horrified to watch on the camera as the handler went and got her from the small dog room, where by the way she should NOT have been as she is a senior and we always want her up front, and that was supposed to already be in her file. So that alone is very upsetting. However I watched the handler open the door to ger her from a room very overcrowed with dogs, and pull her into the hallway, in the process pushing back another dog rather roughly. After he had her in the hall he proceeded to pick her up.....very incorrectly!!! He lifted her under her two front legs, very awkwardly, then flipped her around so she was on her back practically doing a backbend!!! I am positive she yelped in pain!!This is a SENIOR dog....there was NO reason to pick her up at all!! I want to know why he did that and what you plan to do about it!! If she is injured YOU WILL be paying our vet bills!!In the three years we have been using this location it has steadily gone downhill both in service AND cleanliness....it reeks in there now and your attempt to hide the smell with that diffuser by the front desk is ridiculous, not to mention UNSAFE for the dogs! Your staff is clearly untrained, lazy and incompetant and your location should be closed permanently.

I was nervous at first as my dog is very needy and requires a lot of attention, however, I know my dog is safe here with all the loving and caring workers who assured me he would get the attention he needed while I was working! I love how I can watch my dog any hour on my phone too and someone is always with him. This is truly the best place to bring your dog!

Overall not bad. Most staff send really nice and it's great they are available 24/7 for pick up and drop off. Just wish they would communicate a bit better. Maybe call when my dog wasn't eating for almost 3 days straight so we could advise them on what to do. Also we are always really clear about our dogs food allergies. But twice she came home really sick and it was clear they gave her food they shouldn't. Overall though, not a bad place. Just know if you intend to send your dog there, you need to have an evaluation day before you can board them there.

To begin with the automated phone needs some work & so does their website. Both are not always easy to navigate. That being said the staff that I have encountered have been superb. I initially spoke to Angela & eventually met her. She was extremely helpful especially when I had difficulty with the website. Then Lyndie came & got my puppy for her evaluation. She was super with my puppy as my puppy was scared & ended up keeping her near her. I've since taken my puppy a couple of times for the daycare to acclimate her for boarding her on my upcoming trip. At this point, I would recommend this place for daycare. I'll get back on the boarding experience once she has done that. They do have a live Webcam so you can check on your fur-family. Also, they are open 24/7 so no matter what time you might need them, you have a place to take your fur-family member when you need to. My puppy has come back tired instead of being high energy. Gives me a nice cuddle time with my puppy after her expressing how much she missed me.😊

Dogtown Erlanger came highly recommended, however, we were disappointed by our experience. Based on the website, we had high expectations of a safe, playful daycare for our dog. While watching the live stream video of our dog’s first visit, we witnessed well over 30 dogs in one “playroom”, some of whom were mounting our dog and others. The “handler” walked around the room never taking her eyes off her phone, never looking at the dogs. The front desk worker told us that mounting is considered aggressive behavior and that dog should have been removed. She apologized that her handler did not do her job, and the front desk person told us she herself “cannot be in ten places at once”. Not recommending Dogtown to anyone.

absolutely amazing staff !! Wouldn’t leave my fur baby anywhere bc she has severe separation anxiety , but now she can’t wait to get to daycare to see her favorite people & friends , she’s even let me leave her w them for a weekend trip ! they even have cameras so I can check how she’s doing through the day which is a lot less stress on me. Facility is ALWAYS spotless and everyone is so friendly, when I drop my girl off I’m almost late to work bc I’m sick good friends with the staff now ! (The staff member Emma particularly is AMAZING with my dog) Definitely take ur fur babys here you WONT be disappointed!

I have been taking my dog here since day 1 and they have always been fantastic. The staff are super nice and patient and I trust leaving my dog there. Whether it’s for the day or boarding overnight. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dog daycare

I had a membership to the is Dogtown location from July-September (cancelled today) for 6 daycare visits a month for my small dog. I have a small JRT mix, she's about 20lbs. She is always put in with the big dogs, which I initially had no issue with. We have 2 large dogs (over 60lbs) and she is used to playing and interacting with large breed dogs. However, I no longer believe that my dog is safe at this facility. On one instance, Nelly came home with blood on her and a small puncture. She's a rough player, but no one addressed it nor was a notified. There was enough blood that it was clearly ignored and impossible to not notice. On another instance, when I came to pick her up the front desk attendant told me that she wasn't there. But I could clearly see her on the camera. They forgot to check her in. The desk attendant then told me that this was happening often and there were two dogs there that were being boarded for the whole weekend that never got checked in. This means that special instructions could not be followed, if your dog isn't checked in how do they know to feed them? Finally, there was a time where we dropped our dog off and were going to pick her up later through out the night. It was a weekend and we had plans that kept us out late. On the way home we were checking the cameras, our dog was crying and scratching at the bedroom door and frantic. We watched her continue to make noise for several minutes. She ended up having an accident in the bedroom. The most frustrating part about this was the attendant was laying on a dog bed in the big dog room the entire time, I cannot confirm if they were asleep or not, but they were clearly not doing their job. There are many bad stories coming out about this place, and I would not take your dog to this facility.

Last year when I walked into dogtown trying to find a place for my dog to stay, I instantly knew dogtown was the place for him. He is 13 years old, so he’s an old man and needs 24 hour supervision & that is just what dogtown provided him with! I will never take my dog anywhere else because I know dogtown loves your dog like their own!

I recently adopted a shelter dog who had been returned 3 times; and because of that suffers severe separation anxiety. I work 10 hour shifts and desperately needed a place to take my dog during my work week. Dog town got Hank in quickly to do his temperament test and set up my weekly membership shortly after. They know Hank by name and I know he has so much fun here, he even gets a nap! They even have training and a groomer so you don’t have to go different places for that! When they have time they even talk to me a lot about Hank and his troubles and their own dogs and offer great advice for him. Dog town has been a life saver for me and Hank!

I would not send your dog here. Today I saw on their cameras an employee grab a dog by the neck/collar and throw them in a crate. Also I have seen the employees be very rough with the dogs. When I got home after I picked my dog up half way because of what happened I noticed a big cut on her inner back leg. This is not the first time she has come home with cuts. She has multiple scars now. They leave the dogs alone multiple times a day. Also with cameras being 24/7 you would think that they would care a bit more but no. Do not send your dog here.

I leave my baby here all the time. The staff is wonderful, Olivia is especially sweet and communicates well!! I had a small issue once with my dog, but she resolved it quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this place for your fur babies <3

Took my pooch for a first visit evaluation. That part great. Only issue I have is that they gave her the "spa" special of bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, teeth cleaning, which confirmed several hours before picking her up but when I got there she was still wet. TF. LUCKILY it was a nice day and not cold out or I may not have been so chill about it, but otherwise it was good. Nails could've been trimmed a bit neater but I like the kennel free environment and webcams.

My dogs Max and Nicki are senior dogs that Were well taken care of while I was on vacation. Exercise… Medicine given timely… And food!… Staff were very kind and responsive any time that I called. LOVE The WebCams in all areas of the facility! Would definitely return next time l go out of town!!

We have been going to Dogtown for over a year. My lab is energetic but a day there he is mentally and physically exhausted. He gets so excited on the ride there. We have done grooming and boarding and I am in love with the one stop has it all.

The accounts of downright neglect to the animals in this facility speak for themselves. Your dogs are not safe here. They preach transparency with these cameras, yet when that woman's 4lb 13 year old dog was MAULED by larger dogs, and it was WITNESSED on camera by another client, they STILL lied to the owners, saying first it was a heart attack after "a couple of rambunctious Chihuahuas" tried to play with her.. The giant bite/drag wound on that poor baby's neck says otherwise.. Not to mention if your dog is attacked here, they won't attempt to get them to a clinic, they will just throw their poor little body into the freezer... What a company.

We have used Dogtown services in two locations depending on which direction our take us. Lindy was attentive to our needs and daily updates were greatly appreciated. Our last trip 2 weeks ago was last minute due to a family emergency. The staff went out of their way to accomodate our 3 dogs.

We love Dogtown Erlanger! Our Bella goes multiple times a week and she gets so excited! They know her by name and take wonderful care of her. I trust them and know they take great care of her.
