This CVS pharmacy is a joke. I will never go there again. Staff rude when I called. Not open when I went in. When they were open and their automated line said my script was ready. They told me they were still working on it when I went in to pick up. Then they said they required SS number due to controlled substance. Could have given them any number yet the failed to ask for my ID. It wasn't even my meds. What a crock.

The Pharmacy staff is very rude. Here .they don't care bout customer service at all .it is very disrespectful when someone is ask something and you say next person.i will take my medication else were these people should be in trouble. For the amount of rudeness.and how does it take 3 day to fill a prescription. They never have help so they claim. When u call to check on your medication it take 50 min and then get hung up on.i will never be going back after this today

I am planning to change my pharmacy. Although generally laid-back, I have observed that certain members of the pharmacy staff at this CVS on Turkeyfoot exhibit rudeness, seemingly convinced that their SERVICE cannot be found elsewhere. I have experienced instances where I was abruptly hung up on, met with exasperated sighs and annoyed expressions, all for simply seeking information that was exclusive to the pharmacy staff. It appears that whenever I have a question or require assistance, the staff ensures that I am aware of inconveniencing them. It is almost as if they find it audacious of me to expect them to fulfill their professional responsibilities while at work. It is understandable that everyone has a bad day from time to time, but the staff seems to feed off each other's negative attitudes. Kindness is free.

The store isnt bad. The pharmacy however is beyond terrible. They refused to refill a blood pressure medication because of no insurance. I am almost out. It has literally been 7 days since my doctor put my prescription in. Dixie also tried to argue with me in regards to allegedly a text I supposedly received. However, I have the text and nothing was sent. I have screen shots. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate in regards to this.

I have been going here for years and as with everything in life this place has issues here and there with the quality of service they provide. Some staff are pleasant and some are very rude as far as customer service. Lately prescriptions aren't getting refilled in a timely manner.

I was at the store on June 9 with 2 coupons from prescriptions and the lady at the counter would not let me use the two coupons. She said that they didn’t match up with my phone number and I have not had any problems before this. She needs to be trained properly and use customer service skills better towards the customer.

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been to. Ashley (manager) rude, uncaring and extremely unhelpful. There should be laws against the way she treated myself and children’s medication needs and concerns. CVS needs to address this before they have no customers left. I will be writing a letter to corporate since none of my surveys are even being considered. Never again.

New to this pharmacy and I am SO annoyed that THIS is who my insurance partners with. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to moving my prescriptions here.I had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with ASHLEY the supervisor about my medications that were sent to my old pharmacy by mistake. Ashley abrasively “advised” me that she doesn’t have time to fix this problem and her calling my old pharmacy would be a “one time courtesy”. This spiel went on for at least a minute. I advised her this was only my 2nd time filling here and she basically let me know she doesn’t care. I asked for a supervisor…. To which she said “SPEAKING”. I asked who would I speak to above her and she stated that I could call 1880shopcvs if I had an issue. I did. The representative was super nice and apologetic. He stated that it is HER JOB to make those calls and there is no limit to how many times this “courtesy” should be done. Who knows if anything will happen but I HOPE someone in charge is reading these reviews which seem to ALL be about ASHLEY

I was told that if you want to start couponing go to CVS. That advice was great. CVS is one of the friendliest and most helpful stores I've shopped at. The staff is well-trained and the app consistently works. Also, I regularly find great deals there.

Ashley the pharmacist was beyond rude! I was discussing a medication with another customer for roughly 20 seconds (becuse she didnt give the customer time of day) and she basically told me to shut up because the line was too long. I've been a customer of CVS for 20 years and very loyal with my prescriptions and will never return. I hope anyone reading this sends their prescriptions to another pharmacy who actually cares about their customers.

Ashley, the so-called Pharmacy Manager is the rudest employee I have ever dealt with at any pharmacies ever. She placed me abruptly on hold several times without even so much as saying so, and she even disconnected me at one point. She does not like her job or working with the public and she made this abundantly clear. Find another CVS pharmacy and do not be mistreated by such an unprofessional and absolutely rude individual. I’m mortified at this person’s behavior.

Only been with them 2 months.... first month they couldn't find my prescription for like 10 mins. Frantically looking all over the place. Looking in random cubbies etc. Finally they found it. This month I had a refill on some important medication of mine, a few days ago, and I just noticed I am short almost half the 60 count of the med. Gonna be a rough month for me. I know how this situation is treated respectfully, but in some cases, there really is a mess up. And this is the case. However, I'm not going to address it, because I know I'm fighting a losing battle. Score, to whoever got my meds! Blah.....month for me. Gonna switch pharmacies next month. Very disappointed.... [added 3rd month] Didn't get to switch yet..... so now they didn't receive my Dr.'s perscription refill. Every month since I've been there has been bad. Worst pharmacy service I've ever had. Staff doesn't seem to care or help. Seems like mostly pharmacy techs and regular employees run the pharmacy. I do not recommend at all. I'm willing to go out of my way 30 mins to get a better pharmacy. The old one in Covington on Madison was the best one I've ever had. Makes this store look like last place. (Which it is!) Save yourself some trouble. Don't go here! Nothing but a huge headache.

After more than 10 years using this CVS pharmacy, I will never return. Pharmacy techs and pharmacists are the rudest, most inconsiderate, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. To the young woman (Ashley) that tried to help me after my 6th or 7th call/visit, thank you for your assistance, patience, and understanding. I truly appreciate it and would like to apologize if I misplaced my frustrations on you in anyway. To the rest of you please do yourselves a favor and leave the customer service profession immediately.

Pharmacy is open 10:00-12:00 and 15:00-18:00. Ridiculous.Might as well just stay sick, because you'll never get your meds going to this place

Wish you could rate the pharmacy separately from the store itself. The store itself is not bad at all, good deals, little bit of everything and nice people. The pharmacy and pharmacy staff is the absolute WORST! They act like you're bothering them to come pick up your prescription or to call in a refill. Heaven forbid you have a question about a medication!!!At ALL COSTS POSSIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!!!!

Don't use this cvs if you can avoid it. They don't fill your meds in a timely manner even if they are on auto refill they don't get filled unless you show up to get them.

I don’t even do the entire review situation but they have pushed it one to many times stay clear.They are rude and disrespectful ever time I’ve went in to pick up any medication considering this is the closest pharmacy I dealt with it for long enough but I’ve finally switched pharmacies and will take the extra drive before I deal with miserable unprofessional people like this ever again.I understand people have bad days but it never fails at this location.Terrible customer service.

They have zero clue about their inventory or why their messaging service will repeatedly say your scripts are ready when in reality they don’t have the drug in stock, or the common sense/decency to let the customer know this information before driving 20 minutes 4 times in 5 days. AVOID AND DO NOT USE, unless you’re into that sort of treatment.

Normally I have nothing but a pleasant experience at this location, however with the high turn over rate of pharmacy employees, that is changing. I am appalled firstly at the male cashier that openly flirted with my 13 year old daughter today and the sickening giggle the pharmacist, I believe her name was Megan, made at his advances and comments towards her when she is clearly just a child and looks as such! I'm not sure what pharmacy these 2 transferred in from recently but I am on hold now with corporate to lodge my complaint.Thankfully my daughter had the wit to turn on her phone recorder so we have proof of the entire encounter, including their names.Needless to say, until they get professional employees back in that store, our family will be going elsewhere. Sexual harassment should never be tolerated especially when it is directed towards a child! I am utterly sickened by this!

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Sent prescription over ahead of time, went to pick it up week and a half later and didn’t have it. Said it would be in Wednesday and now it is Thursday and no medicine and now they say call back Friday but they don’t know what’s going on. Like you work there, if u don’t know what’s going on then who does?????? Worst service ever!!

Needed to replace some batteries in a few home items. Fortunately for me, both the AA's and AAA's were on sale - winning! Although it wasn't mandated, most customers (and all employees) were wearing masks to commemorate Covid-19. Cashiers were friendly and helpful.

Staff is very apathetic and can't even tell you who has done what with your prescription. Had no idea my insurance wasn't accepted through them, and waited till I needed to pick up a refill to inform me.

Every time I come in this store I’m greeted by a friendly staff. The manager there was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions so I wasn’t in there long at all. I think her name is Megan. Very professional. Clean store

Very nice store for quick and simple shopping. Limited stock of some brands but it is a small store/pharmacy.
