The pharmacy staff, some of them are pleasant to talk to. Others, you can read reviews and know that MANY people have to deal with their rudeness. I can hear the way they talk to customers in person and over the phone, and I don't get how some of them still have a job. Cashiers in front are usually friendly and kind to help out people. But I won't be coming to this location anymore.

I really wish I got his name, but there’s one guy here who makes going to the pharmacy a chore. This dude is the human embodiment of a papercut.I used to work in customer service myself, and I get it. Being understaffed and overworked can be stressful. But there's no excuse for treating customers like inconveniences. Every time I've interacted with this particular pharmacist, he's been rude, dismissive, and frankly, unpleasant. And apparently I’m not the only one, just read the other reviews.The rest of the staff are fantastic. They're friendly, helpful, and make the whole experience much more pleasant. But that one pharmacist? Just… no. He’ll sit there and look me up and down and side eye me while filling my prescriptions. Like.. sir.. if you're gonna judge my straight-from-work look, at least have the decency to do it behind my back. Like, waaay behind my back, preferably near the greeting card aisle where the inspirational quotes might do your soul some good.So, I'm switching pharmacies. If you value pleasant interactions while picking up your prescriptions, I recommend doing the same.

Erlanger,Ky CVS has the best pharmacist I have ever encountered. He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer on his daily roller skates of filling prescriptions ,medication consultations with customers, answering phone etc. . He must start his day with Cheerios because he is always smiling .

Pharmacy drive thru was closed today which is perfectly fine no issue. So I called the pharmacy and asked if they were open. This male answered and said yes I said “okay well your guys’ sign doesn’t state that so I wanted to just double check”. But before he could let me finish he became very disrespectful and cut me off while I was talking. He then proceeded to say “yes it does if you read it” in a very disrespectful tone. I then said “no it’s not, I’ll make sure to get a picture” and then hung up. I said something to the pharmacy techs inside and they apologized but I know that they will say nothing to this man. You work with peoples meds so you know some people just had a bad day finding out some bad news and instead of being polite and respectful you decide to act very unprofessional. So thanks for making my day ten times worse 👍🏼

Front store workers are helpful. But lately my experience with the pharmacy has not been great. I used to like to come to this CVS but it just seems like the overall mood of employees, mainly pharmacy, has gone sour. And, often, the store is out of stock on a lot of products or it is messy on the shelves. So I don't think that I would recommend coming here to anyone any longer.

If I could give a zero, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. The pharmacy is down right RUDE! There is always a problem and I always have to make multiple trips. Complete inconvenience and they always are rude and will not even let you speak. I'm done! I will never go there again. I would pay double so I don't have to deal with the incompetent pharmacy. Even a phone call seems to be an inconvenience for them.

My insurance requires me to use CVS. They are terrible. I spent extra money for the carepass delivery. This is an annual charge but you get free delivery. I like this option as I live 15 miles from the CVS pharmacy. I was recently diagnosed with strep throat. I then asked for the delivery. He said he couldn't guarantee delivery tonight. That is fine. I don't want to be drive while I am contagious. He then said that he wouldn't set it up for delivery tomorrow because there was no guarantee that I would be home. I have strep, it's not likely that I will be going out. When I asked for the manager, and James said he was the manager and then hung up on me.I called back and this time to the real manager and they setup delivery for tomorrow. If you are from Anthem and reading this. Please allow me to get my prescriptions from Kroger again.

More than once, I’ve gone here to refill a prescription and was told it would be “a few minutes” to wait. I sat there waiting for 45 minutes, completely forgotten about until I walk back up to the counter to ask them a second time and find out it’s ready and has been sitting behind the counter the whole time. On top of the wait times and blatantly ignoring you, they openly make fun of customers as they’re walking out the door. I understand some people can be difficult, but mocking them IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS is just uncalled for. I switched to another pharmacy after my experience today. I’ve given them more than enough chances to be better and am disappointed every time.

Incompetent pharmacy employees. There is literally an issue every single time. They have a prescription in their system incorrectly and require prior authorization for every single trip which 1. Isn’t my problem 2. Adds substantial time to the trip. They refuse to take any accountability and blame the insurance or the issuing doctor. Please for the love of god, avoid this location.

I normally use a different pharmacy but had a high priced medication that had a much lower cost at this location so had my doctor send it in there. I went in a week later and they hadn’t ordered it yet. I reviewed the medication cost with them and they said they would place the order. A week later after receiving no contact I went back in and told it would be in later that day or next. After another week I went back in. Was told they didn’t even order it until 2 days after my previous visit. Was called later that day and told it was on back order in generic brand and that the coupon code insurance would not cover the name brand. I had to pay a slightly higher price but Walgreens filled the generic brand in a day and a half.

Had never been to this location before but I feel comfortable saying this is a ratchet location. Shelves empty. Like many others who have commented, I used the pharmacy and met the little hoodrat Hispanic(??) looking chic who apparently hates her job but it pays 2$ more than her previous shift manager position at Forever 21. She knew nothing about anything. Smart mouth. She said something crazy but I was so under the weather I didn’t actually catch it until I left (thank god). She was about to sell me a product from behind the counter that the pharmacist said they “couldn’t sell”. He happened to be so comfortably seated on his stool it looked like somebody planted seeds and he grew into that seated position. I believe all the negative comments I read about this pharmacy. Only highlight was there WAS a nice lady at the front register who checked me out for a few non pharmacy items. There’s a Walgreens a few blocks up the street. I’ll do that next time I need to make a stop in that area, or just go to a different Cvs that has a standard. This location is a garbage can experience.

The guy who answers the pharmacy phone at this location is absolutely rude. He kept cutting me off every time I tried to say something to him and he talked down to me like I was a piece of garbage, and showed me no respect, while talking to me on the phone. How CVS could have someone like this working for them is beyond me. Will never have any dealings with this location. Will take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been too. I go here because it is close to my home for my prescriptions. There is always a long line, and it takes thirty to forty minutes to get your things. Several times I have been asked to wait 15 minutes and come back, even though I receive a notification that my stuff is ready. Then when I come back, it still isn't ready. I have seen 8 people working in the pharmacy, and it taking people a half hour to be waited on and to get their things. They shouldn't have closed the one off of Turfway. That one had just as much business, but was ten times faster.

The pharmacists are polite but There is one young man there that is rude. He needs to learn how to talk to people. We've been using c v s for about forty years. I know he came from the closing store But being polite to customers would keep the stores open.

I read some of these reviews below and they just dont understand how pharmacy works. Its a two way street. I know myself when i come to the pharmacy.. im a patient not a customer. Some of yall forget that. Only you are responsible for your meds.Enough said. I came in the past few weeks. I see them all running around, i see them hustling. The pharmacist have told me how its not staffed enough hrs to even take lunch without fearing youll fall behind.A few techs have been amazing when ive encountered. A tall, mixed guy with glasses i see him running out to grab something in store but still had decency to stop hekplp point me in right direction. And even tell me about carepass. Hes actually helped me many times i know on phone. I believe his names josiah. I know he tries, always moving 100 mph, kayla tech thats rang me out is super sweet too. James hes knowledgeable. Sometimes you may not get much out of him but whem i need answers he can give you them.

Josiah, in this locations pharmacy, has ensured that myself, my family, and every friend I have, to include multiple physicians, will never do business here again.The first time I or my wife experienced his rudeness, we chalked it up to him having a bad day… or maybe being short-staffed, however, he has consistently been dismissive, gotten our information wrong multiple times, accused us of dishonesty, and spoken to us in a belligerent tone along with many other unacceptable business practices when operating in a sensitive healthcare environment like a pharmacy. He genuinely needs to be reprimanded, retrained, and possibly transitioned out of dealing with the public completely. We have moved all of our business to a different store pharmacy, and will avoid all cvs stores permanently due to this one pharmacy employee, Josiah. So sad.

I come to this cvs for my prescriptions and have experienced nothing but great things. The pharmacy techs always make my experience great and help me with any questions or concerns I have. The store employees are great here as well.

Pharmacy is the biggest joke ever. Knowing they didn’t have the amount of my medication and just never felt the need to make me aware of this…I could’ve gone somewhere else that has the amount I need. I asked why I wasn’t made aware of it. His response “ I was filled hours ago and I just never did” ok awesome. All the employees talking bad about customers in their face and saying how they all hate their lives and job. That’s exactly what I want to hear from my pharmacist. Makes me wonder what they have said about me to other customers after I have walked out of the building, the head pharmacist and his employees all should be fired or retrained a five-year-old could give better customer service, and better answers

Had covid test done on Saturday so I could return to work Monday. It is now Wednesday and still no results. Cannot get a response from CVS. I recommend going elsewhere. Will notify insurance to not pay if charged.

Pharmacy employees are consistently rude and unprofessional. My mother had surgery and we went to pick up her pain meds directly after and they said "we're too busy come back tomorrow" My mother was just cut open she can't go without pain meds. Just one example doesn't matter how polite or kind you are when you come in you are always met with rudeness. They need to clean house.Edit:Not sure what the pill at the bottom of my bottle is but it's definitely not what's prescribed to me- this place is run by mororns.

I was ordered a prescription for a cough syrup and when I picked up my prescription yesterday I received a very small bottle of cough syrup. I didn't think too much of it at the time, because I needed the medication. then I got to looking at the label from the pharmacy and the actual bottle itself. the label says for me to take 5 ml every 6 hours as needed and there is supposed to be 60 doses in this bottle. when I examined the bottle, the bottle is only a 60 ml bottle. if I received what the bottle said then I should have gotten a way bigger bottle of this medication.

Had a great experience here. Got there a little after 9pm but the pharmacist was just leaving but took time to help me find the over the counter medicine to help me fight my cold. She was very helpful and was more than willing to help. The cashier was also very friendly and helpful with finding everything else I needed. I will def be going back to this location for all my heath, beauty and medical needs.

Came here after work around 8pm to get a few things and was amazed at how useless this store is. 90% of the shelves were bare and hadn't been stocked. There were no other customers in the store besides myself and the lone store associate was in the back of the store chatting it up with the person working in the Pharmacy and from my perspective seemed completely unaware that I was even in the store. He never approached me to ask if I needed anything and given that he wasn't at the register and had no intention of working even when I was ready to check out with the one item I was interested in purchasing. I ended up returning this item to where I found it and walked out of the store not purchasing anything. As a CVS employee myself, I know for a fact that the company has better standards and expectations than this. I will be continuing my business at an alternate CVS location.

People Walked in without a mask since they have been vaccinated, per CDC guidelines, and yet the cashier/supervisor?? made everyone wear one. She is doing it because she is afraid and not allowing for vaccinated people who don’t need to not wear per CDC.?? These customers looked embarrassed and upset as she called each one out LOUD WHEN ENTERING THE DOOR: I guess to her, it matters what the governor said about mark mandate being fully lifted until June, but not that CDC said two weeks ago that vax people don’t have to wear one. That was so upsetting her demanding. She should stay home and wait til it’s lifted.
