FANTASTIC!Yum! First time visit. Super polite employees. Service was quick.The turkey sandwich was awesome. I would highly recommend their sandwiches. For a few bucks more you can make it a meal w/ chips, cookie and pickle. So good!A+ spot I would recommend you try!

A lot of variety! Great for gifts of all kinds. Locally made items and goodies, books of all kinds by local authors, and a deli with dining area. I had an awesome Eastern KY Hot Brown 🥪. Something for everyone!

Absolutely a MUST stop in the area. Such a quaint and cozy place! It has a small diner in the back and the food is the BEST! Souvenirs and gifts galore. Books and crafts from local artists! Also meats and produce from local farmers and growers! Come by and check them out!

Super cute place for tourists. I enjoyed browsing all the local products.The fried bologna sandwich was good!Overall I would definitely go back.

If you want some great homemade food at a fair price in a place that has beautiful views then please stop here. They have such a variety of sweet spreadable, amish goods, gifts and many other products. It was my first time and the staff were so patient and helpful. We will be back to try another sandwich and buy a gift for my granddaughters. Thank you for having a place like this to visit.

Stopped in for lunch after visiting the Kingdom Come State Park just 15 minutes away. I had the croissants with chicken salad, very good and generous portion, also had a scoop of hand dipped ice cream before leaving. They have a great selection of fudge, cookies, ice cream, etc. The deli menu is also great with daily specials. I absolutely loved the selection of Kentucky made and produced items. So many great gift options. Also, the staff was very friendly and even checked on us to see if our food was ok and to thank us for stopping by. This place is a gem!

This quaint country store features more than just delicious food and numerous unique Kentucky Proud Products. It features a staff who goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, a quick hello, how are you, thank you for stopping by. They go out of their way to treat each customer with courtesy and care, 2 things which are sadly lacking in most businesses. Even the younger members of the staff are beyond friendly. You are more than a number or a dollar sign here.We have sampled several different things and have never been disappointed. Portions are large and are plenty to share or even have left overs. You can find a treat or a gift for yourself or others, and they even carry things like eggs, milk and bread for the local residents.Stop by and say hi sometime. Get a sandwich and sit for a spell. You won't regret it.

I went to the original location and it was amazing! The new location is even better. They have friendly staff and absolutely amazing food. Such a fun little place to shop and support local. Pictured is the "Sammie" which is Pimento and Swiss cheese with Bacon and the Amish potato salad.

Great place. Lots of good gifts and locally made products. Would be good if they had a few more food options for vegetarians (other than salad) such as a black bean burger, beans and cornbread etc

Super cute local store with deli's sandwiches, pickled food. And some grocery items, merch, etc.Friendly staff, and the food is pretty delicious 🤤 if you're on a road trip and pass by, definitely make a stop.They are closed on Sundays!

If you are in the eastern kentucky area you need to stop at the General Store, it’s such a fun experience and the employees are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They have the best sandwiches, baked goods and local Kentucky wares around!

When I went it was hard to get a parking spot and I was on motorcycle. Getting back on the road was tricky too. The store was nice people friendly had things I never expected.
