It’s a good place to get in and out if the workers are at the counter. At every store there is always a long line and wait. Some cashier is not friendly to the customers.

Not enough cashiers. Cashier had to take time out of check out duties to inflate 10 ballons. I was missing 3 items I had paid for according to my receipt when I got home. Business needs more staff, not only cashiers but staff to keep shelves neat and stock. Some racks are so messy, I would not waste my time looking for anything there. If business wants to present shopping as a quick experience, they need to keep the store neater.

I do not like leaving bad reviews. I HATE going to this store. It is always unorganized and messy. Most of the staff isn't very polite. I am beginning to think there is only one person running the store at a time. There is always a very long line. I had rather drive the distance to the North Todd store. If you are in a hurry dont stop at this DG.

Place was trashed. Shelves were empty and items were everywhere except were they were supposed to be. After walking around to find the bathroom that was shoved way off in the back corner, I was truly shocked to see the condition of the bathroom. I have never found a public restroom worse than one at a truck stop. Well now I have.There was only 2 people staffed and the nice lady at the register yelled for management help(because there was 16 people in line) continously only to fall on deaf ears. I really felt sorry for her. She didnt and shouldn't have had to work like that but she did. She smiled and conversed with each customer. She stated to each customer "Hope you have a blessed day", I hope your day is full of blessings and you and your family have wonderful Christmas ma'm. That store needs 10 of you lol. I will never step foot back in this store again. Ever!

Always packed. Need more cashiers, store is always messy and unorganized. Customer service is terrible cashiers are super rude. I came in the store to load money on my greendot card, by mistake I told the cashier the wrong amount to load. After apologizing and telling her that i told her the wrong amount she rolles her eyes and and huffed and puffed. I apologized a couple more times while she was fixing my accidental mistake. She never acknowledged me or anything. Ill never go back to this DG if I can help it. It happened before in the past as well, they act like it's an inconvenience for them to assist you.

Service was great! It just had too much merchandise and stock in the way. The store didn't have all of what I needed on the shelves.

Absolutely the worst store ever. Management is the pits, not enough payroll to pay for enough employees to work. Management will sit in the floor behind the register and eat while the line backs halfway thru the store.

After multiple phone calls, no one answered after a whole 2 minutes of ringing. Finally the answer machine picked up, the robot was disrespectful. I am disgusted. NO STARS. NO STARS! ( didn’t deserve even one star but google FORCED me)( google also made me disgusted)

Thought I was getting bogo because there was a sign and I had a item with yellow dot but the sale was off so now I have to look for dots stars whatever and make sure the employees didn't leave up a false ad

It's a very fully compacitated building meaning it loaded with lots of good priced merchandise to choose from, I'd recommend shopping there if you life in the Elkton area.

I don't know what happened to the old staff but only certain members of the new one are friendly. The clothing is ugly\outdated everything is either oversized or the same thing from months ago. The majority of the new staff is rude.

Couldn't even get a cart through the isles due to them not sticking shelves, everything is just sitting on carts in the isles. Horribly ran, gets worse every time I go in there.
