Overall Rating is a 3 — After visiting four years earlier and giving 5 Stars. Here is a breakdown of my review on every item at this Fourteen Foods DQ Location:Food:The biscuits were soft and tasty (They could have used a little more butter on top after getting them out of the oven). The sausage was room temperature — it tasted like it had been sitting out in a tray rather than in the warmer or coming off the grill. The over-easy eggs were perfect; however, when asked and paid for cheese, there was hardly any cheese (looks like a little pinch — not worth the $0.30-0.40 extra). The Pancakes were not warm, but they were nice and soft (especially after adding the syrup and butter). For the pancakes to be made in the restaurant, they were slightly disappointing. An individual could tell they were cooked and sitting around until someone ordered them. The gravy was a little watery that I ordered on the side as well — it should be made thicker when whisking. I did not receive any jelly for my biscuits. I did not finish my meal. Rating: 3Service:The employees seemed like they had a great work atmosphere with one another. I overheard conversations where they would ask questions and share experiences in their life (nothing bad), which is nice to see in a restaurant. The girl who took my order seemed friendly; however, she did not talk much to me (she could have been introverted, but the fast-food industry needs people to open up and speak to create a more welcoming environment for customers). The employees in the kitchen were communicating and working together to get food out quickly to customers (drive-thru and dine-in). Rating: 4Restaurant:The parking lot is huge — tons of room for a trailer to park! Coming into the restaurant, I was weary because the doors were incredibly dirty from hand prints and smudges all over the glass (as if they had not been cleaned in a while). The lobby floor needed to have been swept better underneath tables. What most concerned me was the morning atmosphere of the older men that came in and ate breakfast and talked. As I would eat my meal, they continued to look over and stare at me and then return to conversations — even bringing up politics. I felt uncomfortable dining in with these older men (not because of their discussions, but how they would look at me and stare while I tried to eat my meal). I did not finish my meal. The trash was very well maintained, and the drink station was well-stocked! The men’s restroom was completely stocked (only missing one roll of toilet paper) and overall clean! Rating: 3

Did a. Mobile order today and sent my husband to get it. Was a simple order of. 2 double bacon. Cheese burger meals 2 large cokes and a couple treats. They were edited to only have. Ketchup mustard and pickle. We open the boxes. To onion. Tomatoes lettuce soggy buns cold fries . A drink carry was not even offered. For two large drinks a med moolata and mini Blizzard. Disappointed is to say the less

I ordered an ice cream cake on September 12 and was told it would be ready for pickup on September 14. When I arrived on September 14 at 3:30 pm, I was the only customer and there was no one at the register to wait on me. There were at least 6 employees in the back talking and eating. At least 4 of them turned their heads to look at me and continued to talk amongst themselves and did nothing to assist me! After standing and waiting for a little while, I asked if someone could help me. One of the girls said that the other girl would be with me in a minute. She then came over and I asked for the cake. I was then told it was not ready and given no reason as to why it was not ready. I then purchased a cake out of the freezer. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from there again! Terrible service and professionalism! I didn’t even get an apology!

It's a drive-in, so it gets crowded fast. The car hops do a very good job of taking care of each car. They have picnic tables and they get filled fast with construction workers. If you get there by eleven, you have a better chance of not eating in your car.

The cashier had a very bad attitude from the start. Acted like she did not want to give me pup cups. Didn’t say anything when I asked for them. No good customer service. Forgot my extra fry that I ordered. Another lady with red hair came and I told her I had an extra fry and showed the receipt and she gave an attitude with the other lady in the back saying “no she didn’t” like the extra fry wasn’t on the receipt. Terrible customer service.

So often disappointed in the runny blizzards and over-priced food, but limited options in a small town keep people hoping it will improve. Maybe someday....will try another visit in 6 mos to see if has continued downhill or if they found a way to improve to meet baseline expectations.

This is absolutely, by far, the worst restaurant around. The service is always horrible and the food is never fresh. I ordered $35 worth of food for my family and got 2 chicken strips and a burger in my bag. I wouldn't even mention it if this weren't the 3rd time my order wasn't even close to what I asked for. The staff consists of a group of people who could care less about their customers and have no problem showing it. I really wish I were an owner so I could fire the entire staff and start over. This entire establishment is an uter failure. So glad I don't work for Dairy Queen because I would be thoroughly embarrassed with this location.

Breakfast done right!!Everyone knows DQ for ice cream and maybe even lunch, but there breakfast was top notch! Biscuits and gravy was amazing. Plenty of gravy too! I can't stand places that ration the gravy out, like there is a national shortage or something. Staff was super friendly, food was fresh and hot!!!

Food is always cold and never fresh. The logo says fan food not fast food. They can't even be consider fast food either because they are so slow. Not very good hygiene. See people touching their hair then messing with food or wiping their nose and then messing with food without washing their hands or changing gloves.

Dairy queens ice cream machine was Dow. For a long time! The bad part is they wouldnt tell you before you ordered they would wait till you ordered everything I'm assuming just trying trick you into still odering your food even though they knew there ice cram machine wasn't working. Me and my son went three times to get blizzards and prob would still spent money there but nothing but a waste of gas! If I wanted a good burger I would have went across the street and got real burger. Very disappointed in this DQ and plan on taking this a little further since the help was very rude. Ill drive to hopkinsville or russiville before I ever stop there again in my new hometown

I can't say i have tried everything on their menu but everything i have tried I've enjoyed. Oddly enough they have a pretty good breakfast which i didn't expect and their biscuits and gravy has been just as good as home made each time I've ordered it, maybe I'm lucky or haven't had it as much homemade but i would recommend it.

Saturday 6/5/21, 12:40 pm. Ordered 4 hot dogs, waited 10 minutes and got cold dogs. Straight from the fridge to the bun. Thanks DQ, I only had a little money, 4 dogs, 2 fries, $16.00. Not worth it. You knew you sent cold hotdogs out. Don't even pretend yoy can't do better.

Most every dairy Queen I have been to have taken a significant amount of time to fill orders. With that being said they usually have good quality food aside from the elkton location. The staff is poorly trained in the preparation of the food and customer service. The last time me and my family had dinner there I tried to contact the DM. When she finally answered her personal cell phone that I was provided by the (very rude) manager, she informed me that she was in the hospital with her terminal mother. I felt horrible for her but also appalled at the lack of perfessional handling of the situation. I never got a resolution of this unfortunate even and will have to chalk it up to a loss...

I always have lunch at the DQ at least once a week and the inside atmosphere is friendly, the food is usually fresh and they have some of the best tasting burgers and fries around. And nobody rivals their soft serve ice cream.

Tried two of the new bbq burgers and both burgers was very dry like they had says all day in a warmer. The bbq sauce was way to sweet. Not impressed at all

The only fast food in town, but never lacks customer service or fresh food. I love that DQ brings the food to your table like a sit down restaurant. Wonderful people and great atmosphere.
