Was hesitant at first, never know what ur going to get, even with good reviews. I have to say I am more than pleased! They were on time, called before they came, answered all questions and explained things I didn't ask about. Eddie and his crew were beyond fabulous, very courteous as well as knowledgeable. Had a fantastic experience with both the design consultant and installation representative. Eddie Clark did a great job installing and explaining the process as he went through the installation processes. Only took around 4 weeks to receive window and half a day to install. Really happy with the quality of the windows so far. The price and customer service of shopping local far outweighed substandard competitors.

Very professional everyone that I was involved with. Fast response time and installation and finale wrapping is phenomenal. Big shout to Scott, Judy and Eddie the installer. I had a picture window with two small windows beside it, now it’s one big window which turned out awesome. I know it was heavy and awkward. Had the original 1969 windows and storm windows. Eddie Clark and his crew were great to work with. It was freezing the day they came out and they were very thoughtful about trying to keep the house as warm as possible while changing out my windows. The work they did replacing a storm door was the best. Even took into consideration my husband's fear of snakes with the install of the door into the mudroom.

On the day of install, he called to let me know when they were a few minutes out, which was appreciated.
