This Wal-Mart gets 5 🌟 because it's one of the CLEANEST Wal-Marts I've ever shopped & They always have My Milo's Tea on Stock & The produce ALWAYS looks very nice.Also, They have a very nice selection of Pumpkins🎃!

Nice clean fast check out great little shops like a hair salon eyeworld clairs jewlery and and amazing eyebrow facial eyelash ect salon I go there to get my brows done and they are the best around she also offers henna tattooing and so much more LOVE THIS STORE FAST CURB SIDE GROCERY PICK UP AS WELL! 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ IF I COULD♡ OH AND FRIENDLY STAFF ALL AROUND!!!

Had an employee in the electric department refused to call the walmart on radcliff to see if they had the computer i was looking for since they were out. Was told they couldn't do that. I thought that was what "customer service" was!!Can't find anything that I need. They are not stocked well at all and shelves are empty and very messy.Update on my review: no they have not changed. Went to the bread section...no bread, that I wanted. Went to the lunch meat section, no lunch meat at all. Went to get a cantaloupe, no cantaloupe. So frustrating.Also there was an employee with a blue cart shopping for an on-line order, cart was parked right in front of were the cantaloupe would of been. He did ask if he could move his cart or help me find something... Again we meet up in the lunch meat and he abruptly stops like I'm in his way and keeps looking at me until I'm done making my selections. There were a bunch of these people running around doing orders.

This store has very friendly employees and will stop what they are doing to help you find things. I don't like that this store stocks during the day because this particular store blocks too many ways to get around tight areas with pallets of stuff. Especially in the back where the refrigerators and freezer items are. Also, the store shoppers are always in the way as well.

Love coming to this Walmart super center! It's always clean inside and stocked with items. Stopped inside of the McDonald's thats located inside and it was also clean. I got my prescription eye glasses at the vision center which was very reasonable for someone with no health insurance.

Why is it WALMART, if you check the price of a clearance item on your phone while shopping it can list a different sales price than in store-but then YOU DONT HONOR the clearance price! Even when scanned at the checkout and showing you. It's ABSURD!

My problem with Wal-Mart is the hours, and almost everything they sell is made in China! I miss when Sam Walton was alive. He prided himself by having his stores sell mostly made in USA products!

I parked and used the app to get my pickup. I waited over an hour, with all the cars around me getting their orders leaving, other cars showing up getting orders and leaving. I called twice. When I got through they said it showed I was only there for 8 minutes. Horrible experience.

A supercenter on the north loop ETown. Busy, busy. Checkout lines were long but moving. Same for parking lot. Pleasant atmosphere for the most part.

Store is clean. Well stocked and some employees are very helpful. Although some customers are rude I over look attitude and go on with my shopping. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. I shop here all the timeToday the cashier was extremely rude and didn't care how she bagged the groceries. She threw things in my cart and completely disregarded how she behaved.

It really sucks having to do self check out when I come there. I have cervical nerve compression along with multiple other issues with my spine. Along with that one of the nerves that’s messed up is in my hands to where they are barely usable and my thumbs not at all. It would be a great help if I check out with cashiers that could bag up everything. Or even better to be like back in the day when the bag boys used to put them in the cart for you. I carry everything on my arms so I can put the openings of the bags on my arms. It takes me a VERY long time to use the self check out. Imagine just separating the bags when you have nothing but pain and numbness in your hands and your thumbs are not functional anymore. I think God that, even though it takes me a long time I am still capable of doing it although I shouldn’t have to. There are others a whole lot worse off than me that I’m sure can’t even come there anymore.

Constantly followed around by asset protection in this store.. I have never stolen anything in my life, not from any store, not from any person.. So it really bugged me.. They probably missed the biggest heist in Walmart history because they chose me as a target. Good job buddy!!!

Had to pick up some dog food so I stopped and while I was in the car I had the pleasure of listening to 2 of the 4 people getting carts dropping f bombs more times than Tony Montana in scarface. I'm supper glad this is an adult only establishment and young children aren't allowed to be here. Oh wait....

I was in the store 9-20-23. I was dreading checking out as I hate self check-out. As I was looking for a lane, Linda called me to her register. She was pleasant throughout the transaction, and was super sweet. I told her that she made my day because she was in the checkout.

I hate the self checkouts. I think I should receive a small % discount when I have to do my own checkout. If I know I am going to have a large order, I go to Kroger where they have several checkouts that have someone do it for me. I am almost 73 years old. But at the self checkout the person did load my large order into my cart at Walmart. I really like each and every employees at Walmart. They are very helpful and professional. I have never had any problems with the employees.

New store layout is very confusing. On the positive side, there were plenty of registers open with real cashiers. Pharmacy was very good as usual.6/1/2022Per current trend, cashiers are a vanishing breed. If time is important, customers must use self-check registers. Service is no longer a priority. If you shop the wrong time of day, even most self check registers are closed. Off hours often don't have an employee readily available to help such as age verification or other issues. In the past, I have actually called the store from self check requesting help (after navigating the automated answering service). Sam Walton would be shocked.UPDATE 09-13-2022Walmart continues to eliminate cashier lanes and replace them with self check. HOWEVER, most of self-check lanes are closed. Why close lanes that don't require people? Why do I have to look for an open lane? I had to use a low quantity lane because the larger quantity lanes are closed except for a few. Walmart offers items I can't find at other stores, but damn! Walmart sure makes it difficult to shop there, which is why I only buy HALF as much as I once did. Stop spending on remodeling and put the money into customer service!!!January 20, 2023We actually looked for self-check because last trip the store cashier forgot to give us all the bags. I had looked at the bag carousel and none were left on our side. When we tried to call the store from home, no one would answer store phone. So, we had to call the next day and they explained no one answers calls after 5 pm.So, the store did refund items they shorted us and we purchased the needed items. Two trips (35 miles each trip) to get them, an inconvenience.Thus, we chose self-check this time. But, to add insult for having to do Walmart job as cashier, we must wait in line to show our receipt at the door.Hopefully, when the huge battery plant at Glendale is completed, a customer friendly store will be built closer to us.

I tried the pickup yesterday. They only brought out the food and none of other stuff including the dog food that I order. It was nice of them to call me to let me know it was still there so I could go back and pick it up.So I learned that you should double check your orders before you leave to make sure that you got all of your orders.

The service was good but Walmart needs to hire a contractor to come to fix parking lot. Our car was flooded tonight when we came out of Walmart during a storm. The rest of the parking lot around at least three parking lanes was flooded with several cars also under water.The rest of the parking lot was doing fine with no standing water seenThe car was holding water in front floor board.Will be seeking compensation for it
