I would not recommend this location!!! For the last five times I have went to pick up my medication they seem to want to charge me and not my two insurances that I have. I had them to go get The pharmacy technician And they said my primary insurance was invalid when I just used it the day before so then I proceeded to go across the street to the CVS and they ran my insurance cards and had no problem and this is the fifth time that they could not fix the problem with the insurances. So I would recommend switching to cvs!! Cause I do not have the cash to be paying out of pocket when that is what I have a primary and a secondary insurance for. They should train their employees better on how to run the insurances correctly!!!

I was hoping it had gotten. Better but.... Again, ridiculously slow, rude and ALWAYS a horrible experience. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

The drive thru pharmacy is very unprofessional and not helpful at all, Monica or Monique and Amy the store manager are very rude and refused service after waiting over 45 mins in line, granted they were busy and they still refused to give me my prescriptions. Even after I a customer try to be accommodating to how busy they were and only ask for half the prescriptions they still told me to wait in line one or come in and wait in an even longer line, I had waited my turn and aren’t they there to service us? I didn’t know customers were to accommodate the employees or be disrespected while trying to understand their situation. Worst experience I’ve gotten at this Walgreens, bring back the old employees. These 2 ladies were so disrespectful and not helpful at all.

Came in to do a money transfer to chime account, male staff named Jesse at front counter was very rushing and rude. Talked very loudly while trying to recount money and then insinuated we were missing a dollar after watching it be counted three times by three different people. Tried to rush us and acted VERY annoyed that he had to provide this service for us. The manager Sarah was very helpful while the guy was stressing us out.

A worker there was very rude to my Mom and just because you work in healthcare (hey I do too) does not mean you have to be rude to the customers even if you had a long day you dont need to snap at people who mean no harm like jeez go somewhere quiet and decompress dont take it out on others

The lady that works some nights at the front register is always so upbeat and nice. Me and my girlfriend work nights and on our nights off Walgreens is really the only thing open when we are awake. I didn't catch her name but for being 1 to 3 in the morning the last few times we had spoke to her she has always been in a great mood. Really great staff on nights.Edit- Her name is Audre and she's genuinely such a sweet person.

Worst Pharmacy ever! Lost my order for eye drops. Made me wait for over 2 hours for 1 box of eye drops! Tried to buy Tylenol with drops and cashier had trouble with register. Paying cash mind you, no insurance. Should be easy! Think Again! Go anywhere else but here!

Love my pharmacy and the employees. Whenever I approach them with a question or issue they always provide insightful guidance on what needs to be done and they have always been correct. I have never encountered any unpleasant customer service and I hope they always maintain their high professionalism and state of customer concern.

Worst unprofessional pharmacy staff ever. I hope others don't deal with these people. First off they will call you to tell you that they finally got your medicine available but they are not going to fill your script yet until the day you are able to pick it up and they will fill others ahead of you and then when you are available to pick up your script, you can't because they don't have enough and they refuse to find out if other Walgreens has that medication available. They will then hang up on you when you try to file a complaint against them being unprofessional. Go to every other Walgreens except this one for your medication unless you prefer to have people speak to you extremely rude and mess up your medications every month.

The wait time is ridiculously long, including the inside pharmacy! Outside has 2 lanes but one is always closed and inside is equally slow. It’s a crying shame for Walgreens to increase the cost of OTC medication but to cause a over 40 minute wait for pharmacy is in called for and unacceptable! I will be changing pharmacy asap!

When the same day delivery I had canceled yesterday showed up today, I called to figure out what I needed to do. The Lady named Vanessa that answered was only able to give no option for return and placed all blame on me. After being rude, loud, telling me there was nothing she could do, and hanging up on me. I called another number and had the issue taken care of. I will no longer be using this location for in store or online purchases.On a side note, they were having system issues and NO Vanessa it wasn't my fault!

This place does not like nobody specially christians. The management is terrible. They're slow with everything they do. I wouldn't recommend nobody to go here this is the slowest walgreens I ever seen in my life I actually believe it's the management they don't know what they're doing. I have had a hard time getting anyone to work with me to get insulin under Medicare. Cheyenne was the best, she was patient and took a lot of time working to get my prescription through both my insurances.

Waited over an hour for a call to tell us the prescriptions were ready but they never called me, I had to call myself to find out 3 of 4 were ready. NBD, just going to go back tomorrow for the 4th when they get it in stock, but they could've called.The total was 17.75. I gave them a 20, a 5, two 1s, and three quarters, but the kid assumed it was exact change and didn't give me the 10 back. They were going to count the drawer, but someone was in line behind me and I wasn't going to trust their counting if they neglected to pay attention to the cash amount in the first place; who is to say they didn't mess up earlier today? I didn't want to risk looking like a Karen in the event their cash drawer didn't show they were exactly 10 over.I don't care that much about the 10 bucks, it's the principle of the matter that's got me bothered.I'm not doing business with that Walgreens after I get the last prescription tomorrow. They appear to be lazy and incompetent, and even though it's the result of stupidity, they're also thieves.Do yourself a favor and count the change out to them and show them the bills you're handing them, cause if you don't, they're gonna conveniently miscount.

For some reason my wife continues to use you after countless times of waiting over 24hrs for you to fill her perscriptions. Well today hopefully was the last straw. We are sitting in your drive thru (currently going on 47 minutes) we are 6 cars back in line as you refuse to tell people whose perscriptions aren't ready, to pull forward. Instead, you allow them to sit and wait in the drive thru. You have moved 2 cars through your drive-thru in 47 minutes. Bravo! 👏 I know you don't read your own reviews or accept feedback from customers, so hopefully I can keep other customers from going to your location or at least now my wife. 🤣Update: Why must my wife torture me? New perscription sent to Walgreens.. Pharmacy open 24 hours.. except when they don't staff the Pharmacy to cover their own lunches and breaks, then the Pharmacy is NOT open 24hrs. 👍

Pharmacy tech Pam was absolutely wonderful today! My insurance was being wonky and I was on a tight schedual. She made a copy of my card and took care of my issue while I was gone. I came back about 3 hours later and everything was taken care of. I really appreciated her help today!

Should really have zero star option. They cannot get a pharmacist to work so the pharmacy has to close at 6 pm on the weekends. Store is 24 hours but prices are absolutely ridiculous. Drive across the street to CVS or Walmart. You will not be disappointed.

The new pharmacy hours are horrible. When you make 15 people wait in line right before you close is a hint you are not open long enough. The employees are wonderful, but the hours are too constraining.

The store that stays open all night is terrible with customer service, they clearly dislike couponers and often make up coupon policy on the fly that isn't listed in their store policy. On at least 2 occasions I went in there when they falsely advertised items and just put up a sign that said the sales ad and coupon book were wrong. In a national advertisement. I reported it to their corporate office and never got a response. I've called corporate more times than I could count and never received a response. Occasionally you will get the older woman with the gray hair and she's polite And helpful.

This Pharamacy is probably one of the worst - their supposed policy on refils is to base it solely off the dates you last picked it up. For an example , picked up a prescription the morning of may 26th ( Month that has 31 days). That would mean the last of my 30 day supply would be done by June 24th but they refuse to refil until June 27th? I'm no expert in math but, that is 33 days. So im supposed to go 3 days without my Asthma and Blood pressure medications? Thanks Walgreens, so " helpful and reliable!". I recommend avoiding this place, has been nothing but problems beyond this incident and as other folks have said, the staff here is rude and inconsiderate.

We had the best experience with Shane (who answered the phone). He was polite and uber helpful and we finally got our question answered and our needs were met. Wish there were more employees like him around. Thanks so much Shane and Walgreens!!!!

The walgreens website says this location does document printing (it even lets you select it as a location to pick up your copies.) This is not the case! The guy at the photo desk assured me they cannot print documents only certain photographs. Whether the site was wrong or the employee lied I suggest going to Staples since they actually seem to know their own policies.

I've tried other pharmacies in the past and went to Walgreens 8 yrs ago and have never regretted my move excellent service and the people are always so polite and service is always in a timely manner even when I have to call never on hold long. I tell everyone to use them.

Bad experience at pharmacy. Employee was very rude and unprofessional to me and the person she was on the phone with. Name was called to collect my prescription and when I arrived at counter she told be she was busy and on the phone to back up and give her space someone else was nice enough to assist me! I would reccomend someone teaches her how to speak to a human being!
