Have used them for years, but lately it’s been problem after problem. It took them 4 days to fill a prescription a month ago and this time their computer shut down while I was waiting on my medication but she told me I could go around so she could help other people (I’m still confused as to how she could help others with the computer down?) or that I could go inside (I don’t understand how they’d help if computers went down).Needed my sons meds a while back and they said insurance had the wrong birthdate so I called and got it fixed and then called Walgreens to let them know and the lady told me she couldn’t do it over the phone. So I went through the drive thru and even the guy helping me said he doesn’t understand why she couldn’t have done it because it’s an easy fix 🙄.Do not recommend this Walgreens at all.

This pharmacy closed the window on me and my newborn baby in the car because they had to go on lunch, even though we were in line before 1pm, waiting. Went inside to get the prescription and was still refused service. Now my newborn baby and I have to sit and wait for them to open back up. Horrible customer experience and horrible customer service. It is not acceptable to close down when you still have ONE customer in line. Horrible!!

There is a lady who works in the pharmacy and is VERY rude. I called this morning and had a simple question and she snapped at me with a matter of fact attitude. There is a way to speak to people on the phone and she for sure does not have these customer service skills. I wish I had gotten her name. But for the lady answering the phones 9/18/23, please do better. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is a joke. Got there at 10:15, to update my son's vaccinations. The pharmacy tech requested several different numbers for his health insurance. I attempted to give his ID number but that wasn't enough I needed several others. So I call my insurance company and was on hold for over an hour to only be told the pharmacy tech gave me the wrong phone number. Once we got the correct number and were able to gain the requested information we went back and was seen and was told we had the wrong member ID number they need the other one. Now the tech did get on the phone herself and got the proper one. After all is said and done he got the shot.........the wrong one. After it being highlighted and wrote and the paper. WOW

Lady who answered the phone was rude. When I tried to explain that my prescription was due she said she "pulled out her calculator" and she still miss counted when it was due. She acted like she thought she was better than me. Poor service. They could have ran the insurance to find out if it would go through. Instead they wanted to give me a difficult time. They should learn to count and how to treat customers.

They keep you on hold forever and they even pick up and immediately press the hold button again instead of simply asking to see if you have just a quick question or if it would require more time from them which would warrant a longer hold. Like we also don’t have things in our day to move on to. Great way to treat customers Walgreens.

My father has never been to the veterans memorial wall so me and my husband spent the day with him and took him to see it he was so glad to be able to go touch the wall where alot of his fella servicemen are recognized for their bravery and ultimate sacrifice

I ordered prints today and went to pick them up. Where my bad review starts is waiting for someone to assist me in Photo. After standing for a few moments, I went to alert the cashier that I needed assistance and she quickly came over to help me. She explained that she didn't know everything about Photo but still offered to help me anyway.When she found my package, not all my 4x6's were in it. She unfortunately couldn't find them, so she paged over the intercom for someone who would know where to find them. Not only did she page twice, which has me standing around for several moments waiting, but no one ended up coming. She apologized very sincerely, and I explained to her that I knew it wasn't her fault and she was just trying her best.After a few moments of looking, she was able to locate my prints and check me out. I get home, work on a couple things, and a couple hours later look at the prints - which were either all completely blurry, or had red/green/yellow streak marks through them.I call the store, explain to them what happened with my prints, and the worker offered to reprint them. I agreed, and went to pick them up an hour later.When I arrive, the worker hands me the stack of brand new 4x6's and asks me if they are any better. Right away on the top, the print had the same streak mark- completely noticeable. I tell the worker, and show him, that the same marks were still appearing. All he does is offer me a refund, in which he gets his phone out for a calculator?

Waited an hour and a half for my vaccine and had to leave for another appointment before getting it. they did 3 people in that amount of time and had them all wait in the room effectively slowing everything down. Do not go here if you value your time. The manager laughed when I brought it up and didn’t care.

Well this is supposed to be a drop off for fedex, 1st time to try it. Well unlike the actual office where you get a printed receipt, they are supposed to text you one… it never came through, so no verification of the package being dropped off! And the girl couldn’t answer when the person would pick it up! I went back in and of course they can not “resend” the verification code or let me have my package! I should have just took to a drop box or better yet the fedex actual facility like I normally do..UPDATE—-I do see where the item was picked up by fedex so apparently all is fine.So just know if you want/need a receipt to protect yourself best to take to the fedex facility .. as you may or may not get the text Walgreens say the app will send.. I will update my stars to reflect that this could be more of a fedex issue?

The pharmacist refuses to fill prescriptions at his discretion regardless of why you needed it filled. Do not fill your meds at this location.

This is the GREATEST Walgreen's I have ever been to. I came from Louisville, and was blown away by the people who work here. The pharmacy people actually care about everyone that comes in there, and even if they have had a bad day you wouldn't be able to tell. They have always had my RX ready, and even remind me if I forget one. I will ONLY use this Walgreen's.

I use Walgreens only for picture printing. Every time I go in to pick them up, there is an issue. Can’t never find my pictures, they’ve lost my order, or they’re not done and today they decided they needed a photo release even after I’ve printed these exact pictures a week ago for the 6th time with no issue. They’re always rude and so unorganized. You wait 10-15 min before someone decides to wait on you. It’s ridiculous. I’ll be printing my pictures some where else from now on.

Just came from Walgreens where it seemed to be nobody working they have glass all-around the store u can see the whole store from the registers I stood at registers for like 5 mins looking around and seen nobody so I set my things done on the counter beside the registers and left

The man in the pharmacy ignored me. I stood there for 20 minutes. He made like he did not see me. I ended up just getting everything but my medicine and leaving . Very disappointed in all the Walgreens in this city.
