If I could give them negative stars, I would. They are so rude, every single time I call. I’ve wanted to eat there since I was a teenager, I’m almost 40, I still haven’t. I’ve tried multiple times over the last year to order a small lunch, as I am in E-Town once a week. This last Tuesday was too rude. I felt like I was talking to an angst filled teenager, but was clearly a grown man. I wanted a ham sandwich. After the sarcasm and huffing, I eventually asked why he was so annoyed with me. He told me they don’t like to serve lunch and they try not to. This call took place on speakerphone while I was looking at their lunch menu to be sure I was quick and knew what I wanted. He then became even more agitated with what one would think was the simple fact that they had paying customers, I eventually told him never mind. I didn’t call 10 minutes before closing. I called around 11 a.m. Needless to say, I am giving up. Also, will encourage others to not visit this location. Life is too short to be such an outright burden on a business that keeps its doors open with hungry customers.

3 stars for the food(there was a short black hair under the plastic wrap on one of the sandwiches) and minus 5 stars for customer service. I placed a lunch pickup order on the phone and the person acted like I should have know every nuance of the menu that is not on the menu. He was very rude and condescending. He was not much better when we went to pick up our order. Nicholas needs to be retrained in customer service manners! He has ZERO skill in this area.

For a sandwich shop this place was phenomenal! A bit pricey but worth every cent. The two staff members who were there seemed like they were a bit scared to talk to us and after giving us our orders they once again vanished to the back where we never saw them again (even as we exited the building). My only complaint about the food was that the salad I ordered (Cobb) had no lettuce only spinach and I was expecting it to be. The sandwiches were great.

The sandwiches we got were delicious. Box came with drink, one side (our chose chips) and a large cookie. Cost seemed high for 3, but when you factor in all that we got I guess not bad. Staff was nice and service was fast.

Had the best bone in ham in years. Ordered mine a month ago to make sure I could get it prior to the holiday. After hearing in the oven for about 45 mins it didn’t last. Everyone dove in and loved it. Can’t believe we have such a great place in our little town. Oh and yes it is great even if you don’t warm it up and the coating is just so crunchy and sweet with a small kick. If your ever in the mood for just a sandwich and don’t want the whole ham, they have the best sandwiches. Try one I bet you’ll return.

Nice change for lunch vs a burger. Chicken salad on croissant is excellent and is a nice upgrade with the added grapes and nuts. Box lunch is a good value with everything that is included. Their ready to eat Turkey breast is excellent, though a little costly my family feels is worth it. The best value is to buy the whole breast.

The Honey Baked Ham Company in Elizabethtown, KYMy review is less about the food and more about, who I think must be a manager. The food is good, and not terribly outrageous for the quality. To be honest I would never spend my money here again if my boss didn’t like it. This woman is hateful, rude, short with customers, short with staff. The two guys working looked like beaten dogs and the other woman just kept rolling her eyes and shaking her head and tries to smooth it over when you get to her. I’d hate working for this woman. This isn’t one bad day, this is every time I come in. It creates an unpleasant atmosphere when you’re sitting trying to eat your lunch. This woman needs to get training from Chik-Fil-A

We love Honeybaked Ham sandwiches and have gotten our holiday meats and sides from the local store since moving here. This was our first time eating inside the one in E-Town, and it was excellent! Restaurant was spotless and the service was great. The food was freshly prepared, which is one of our favorite reasons for choosing HBH wherever we live. Hope to visit again soon!

One of my favorite places for lunch! They have a great deal on a boxed lunch that includes a sandwich, side, chips, drink and cookie. I always get a chicken salad sandwich and potato salad as a side and its always amazing.

Always good and great prices for what you get. Best sandwich so far is the Turkey bacon ranch and the best side is The broccoli bacon bliss. Awesome sweet tea too.

If you need a special meal fast, this is the place. The ham and Turkey are great and they had the fixings to go with it. I have had a Sandwich from there. It was great.

Great service but the buisness hours need to be updated on Google. Google says it opens at 8 am but when I arrived at 8:05 am there was no one there. Sign on the door says 9 am.

Honey baked ham is always on my table for Thanksgiving and Christmas. They have a delicious ham that is on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

Thomas, Becky, Tyler and the rest of the staff are amazing. Cleanest restaurant will highest quality. Never disappoints with catering either.
