In demand for employees, but is a difficult job to get… I wonder why. Know someone who was rejected the day of their interview - while being invited to come you would think you would meet with people first before assuming they aren’t a good fit..interviews are a joke. 1-2 minute meet and greet. Very unprofessional and disorganized.Personal review:NegativeWas at Sam’s club once when I had my membership and never returned again. Was waiting for help and waited for quite some time. Staff was too busy chatting up coworkers than to worry about a customer at self checkout line. Didn’t renew my membership and can’t say I would ever choose to shop there again.Pros: You don’t need a membership to go to cafe and pizza is good and cheap. So are drinks. Pizza tastes better at speedway and is around the same price.

Food court area never has pizza by the slice nor full pizza. I asked the female cashier at noon may 16th and she said no they couldn't make anything else then pretzel pizza. Seemed like theu didn't want to make anything else.....because she just didn't want to. Not because she didn't have it. It's like this everytime we come and it's once a week.

Sam’s Club keeps getting worse and worse. They are a sad shadow of what was a great store and experience.Their hours never returned to what they were before the pandemic and keep getting worse.I’ve had a continuous membership for over 20 years and every year things get a little worse. This isn’t store specific but company wide. I’ll have to pick other places to do my shopping and rely less on Sam’s Club.

Another takeaway in the snack area, first it was the Supreme Pizza, next is was the churro, now our favorite tea is gone. What's next? We have to clean the table off before you sit down. We have to put up with cashier asking us if we want to upgrade or that you can scan and go or some other questions. Just hire more cashiers, we don't work there. It's been over 3 weeks now and still no tea. And no one knows why. Fire the ones who own lipton. I'm sure some other company would love to be in Sam's.

Went there today for two reasons. #1 buy their members mark spiral slice boneless ham and #2 their very limited offering of key lime pie. Both great choices for Easter.

Even if there are only a handful of items you puck up from Sam's, the deals they offer are more than worth the base membership. Fantastic Prices, especially on their own Member's Mark brand items.

Just moved here from Louisville. I would suggest a good cleaning! Especially bathrooms! whoa...there were no carts and folks had to go back outside to find one. I mean, it's a Sam's Club. Personally would be nice to step into a clean organized store.

You do not need a Sam's card to eat at the cafe, use the restrooms or buy prescriptions. Is a great way to shop and get discounts.

Always clean and inviting..some not so friendly staff, but bad days are inevitable..that being said, they wouldn't affect my overall experience here..love to sample..heehee. cheap lunch, if you can eat that..I almost always find what I need( or an equivalent). Prices aren't cheaper, but it's a one stop shop..almost

Sam's Club, more commonly known as "The Hundred-Dollar Club", has everything you need and in bulk. Looking for some mac and cheese? They sell it by the case! The only problem is getting out of there with just that mac and cheese and not buying a ton of other stuff while you are there.

Great receiving crew, they got me in and out quickly with a 5am appt.. There is room for overnight parking and a small lounge with coffee and a clean restroom. Receiving hours are different from store hours.

Only problem I have with them, they don't take the OTC cards that Aetna insurance issues Medicare recipients but for me, that's a big problem. I fought that fight tonight.

They took my information and made me apply for a credit card without telling me they were doing it. Have been a loyal Sam’s shopper for years and WILL NOT return or advise anyone I know to return. The manager was not helpful in getting the situation resolved.

Arrived at Sam's Club at 9:35am assuming they would be open. I have a new born and wanted to get in early to try and keep her away from large crowds. When I walked through the doors I was told that 9-10am was for "plus members" only. I tried asking if I could sit and wait since I had my baby with me and was told no. I understand following rules & policy, but it is ridiculous to deny members entrance to a store that is clearly open. How is the solution not to explain policy for future visits? Instead they tried to get me to spend more money by upgrading to a "premium membership" when I already pay to have access to the store.

Very good place to shop if you are buying bulk items. Although, there are many food items you do not have to purchase in bulk. They also have a pharmacy. I have purchased medication at two separate Sam's. The entire pharmacy staff are very helpful and professional. /// 2/5/24 , there is a Team Leader his name it JIM . He was extremely helpful. I was very I'll ( PARKINSON'S ), and part of not feeling well was my sugar dropped. He got me some orange juice and a wheelchair. I can't tell you how much he helped me. (((( Now I want to see that he receives some sort of recommendation and make sure I get the info. If you had more, Jim's working Elizabethtown Sam's would be the best Sam's I have ever been in. 2/5/24. 4/11/24,

I loved shopping here I wish my new home had one near by.It was always clean and efficient. The set up it easy to navigate, you can always find what you need quickly, and they don't move the set up around a lot.They have most things you can want. The produce was always fresh, the meat wasn't filled with water, and the cakes great for events.I liked eating at their hotdogs and pizza area while there too.And the gas prices were often the best in the area.It was worth the annual fee.

I think because they are adding new refrigeration they have had the AC off but the fans were going on Sunday 5/14/2023 since it was rather humid in the store but other than that Sam's club is always a good place to shop. The best feature is the scan and go, love it!

This is the 3rd time that we have been to Sam's and they are out of pizza in the café in the middle of the day. At 3:30 you would think that there would be more than a single slice of cheese pizza left. It must be against the rules to make pizza all day. I would have gladly waited for the pizza to be cooked. Also, the app said the café was closed when it clearly wasn't but may as well have been.The line to exit the store is horrendous. There is 1 person checking receipts and the line backs up. We wait longer to leave the store than we took to actually shop.This would never happen at Costco and if it was closer I wouldn't even bother with Sam's. The pizza issue can be fixed by going to Papa Murphy just down the street instead of dealing with the café .

Had to take my grandparents to get one thing from sams. Drove there twice because my grandmother forgot her club card the first time so couldn't get in, then after driving back try to go in the store I was told they are closing early due to holiday, I tried to explain to her we were only there for one thing and asked if I could just run and grab it for them. I was rudely told no I can go across the street to get what I needed. Also I was told the drawers where already pulled which I know to be a lie as there were many customers in the store. So I dud as she said and took my business elsewhere and I will no longer shop there. Very rude staff!

Buying in bulk is great for items that you use a lot of,”baking supply’s,” the prices are comparable.Some items I share the price with someone else, that way there’s nothing going to expire before I get to use it.

Hot store on only a 79 degree day, disorganized with no rhyme or reason to layout other than to walk down every aisle to look for what you need, store was crowded, cannot scan and go as no cell phone reception (I use Verizon). No I don't want to use free unsecure Wi-Fi that gives them even more free data on you, person asks for member card (its on the phone now, cant even get a physical) when you walk in the door and then the insulting receipt checking after the goods are already yours and paid for standing in line to leave this awful place. We have cancelled our membership. For context my wife and I make 6 figure income, its not about the money or prices, its about the experience and being treated like thieves when all we want to do is pay for our things and leave.

Had new tires put on and before I got 5 miles down the road I heard 3 weights fall off and it sounded like it tore the underneath up then a couple of seconds later 3 more flies off … called them back and they said I would have to make an appointment to have them rebalanced…. Yeah that’s simple I’m only 30 miles away …If you have tires put on here tell them you want the no fly off weighs !!

What can I say about sams club? Bulk item savings. Great value in the food court. Slices of pizza are huge. My only problem is the gas station. They dont have the pumps on when they are closed. The lines are always long.

Completely ridiculous that they can’t make a pizza after 6pm on a Friday night. Supposedly they stop cooking them at 6 so they can close the cafe by 7. At 6:15pm I went to order a pizza and was told no, unaware of this “policy”. It’d be different if I were just asking for a slice, but this was an entire pizza, that is already premade at that. How hard would it have been for them to throw it in the oven and wait the 7 minutes it takes to cook? As we sat there we saw SEVERAL customers be turned away and we left by 6:20pm. Imagine how much money sams club is losing because of this “policy”. Ridiculous.
