Pet Supplies Plus delivers! And this is a life saver for me! This store also has the best customer service and friendly staff of ANY local shop I frequent. I cannot shop here without smiling because of the great feeling inside and helpfulness. Now, with delivery, I can bring that feeling home for free! They even threw in a thank you card and free gift with my order. They delivered in 4 hours after I placed my order! I am impressed with this store and highly recommend it for CAT owners, as I have 2 Emotional Support cats. Freedom.

I was Impressed💯The store is really awesome!!FYI...They DO Carry (Science Diet Chicken Recipe w/ no soy, wheat, corn.) This is what my cats eat they love it & it's hard to find unless you go to the Chewy Website.

The employees and so nice and helpful. If they don't have what you are looking for they will take the time to check to find out if it can be ordered from their distributor and call to let you know. They price match and will check for any competitive price on the web site. It helps you with your points when you sign up for an account on their web site. Their store is awesome

I couldn't find my dogs preferred food in town or on Amazon, so I ended up purchasing the apparent last bag in the continental US from the online. When we came in to get it, the staff was amazingly helpful. The young lady (who I assume was the manager) was quick to find my food, THEN offered to carry it out to my car while we shopped. We got into a pretty deep conversation about food contents, when we were interrupted by a dog crying who had gotten caught in the door; she jumped all over that, making sure the puppy was OK. My point is that the compassion/passion for the job is apparent and we will be going back.

Such a joy in this store.He is such a wonderful helpful manager.He was so helpful, friendly, and welcoming.He is such a pleasant young man. The prices and selection here are absolutely wonderful.We donated to the local shelter by buying bandanas for our dogs to help out.We will always be back!

Nice clean store. The fish section is pretty good and you can get fish there that are reasonably healthy (be selective and know what you are buying). The selection of aquariums and accessories is limited but you can outfit an entire setup without too many compromises. The staff is very good, attentive and they get you checked out fast. Overall this is a store that you should visit, and probably the best pet store to use if you are limited to E-town stores.

I usually stop in here for my guinea pig supplies and I like to take a look at the live pets in the back as I am looking to hopefully find a new cage mate for my other male guinea pig. There was an abyssinian breed that I wanted to pet, but I was informed we could not pet unless we were adopting, which I understand. I did explain to the young gentleman (Dawson) that I would be interested if the guinea pig was a male because my cage mate for my male guinea pig had passed away. He told me that they could not gender the guinea pigs, and I let him know I had several guinea pigs and could gender it myself. He showed no signs of assisting me so I could gender it and possibly adopt it. It was very rude and obvious that he had no intentions to assist me any further.I usually have a good experience at this store with the employees and supplies, and I have never had an issue before.

What a great experience here!! I stopped in to pick up some accessories for a new puppy and was given a welcome packet. I was planning to buy a small fish tank from an online retailer but the staff here was AMAZING! My kids were with me and the tank was a Christmas gift so we had to get creative and hide the purchase from them. Thanks to the staff here, we were able to pull it off 🙌 I'll be back again and again. Thanks so much for helping our family.

We were on vacation when we realized we had forgotten our dogs leash and harness. We searched for a pet store and found tires one. They had the absolute biggest selection of collars and leashes! It was a wall of colored prints large small harnesses leashes. Made a bad situation great again.

The employee, Thea, and another employee (I just never got her name) were super helpful and super nice to me. They gave me all the knowledge I needed and all the equipment I needed.
