Kroger Dolphin Drive. Deli department needs to step there game up. Had to wait nearly 20 mins for service. No one was running the front. Food bar only had 6 choices of food and all chicken related and 1 side of potato wedges. Had to call on the phone to get service.

I drive an hour to shop (in-store) at the location on Dolphin Hills. The store is clean, the selection is in-stock and in-date, the store is zoned. My primary reason for completing this review is the exceptional checkout service provided by Zay and Zy. They have rang up my groceries twice and it is an incredible experience. They are friendly, kind, patient, and so fast! I am going to look for them from now on. I almost asked for a manager last time to ensure they were praised for their great service. I will do that next time. I know most reviews are negative both in store and online, but I have nothing negative to say about this location. the store managers will not help i have complained about the liquor store manager and they continue to let her use a call list depending on who you are will depend on if you get allocated bourbon. feels to me like someone is getting a kick back.

Don't like the grand reopening , lest items still smells like fish when you walk in.move the shields around sucks have to walk around to much to find a item. Need to reopen the snack bar and be able to pay there, and get rid of half of the self check outs lastly the floors are dirty

Rude staff at night that will lie and tell you a register isn’t open only to take the person behind you if they’re female. Also the ones running the deli when “short staffed” will cop an attitude just because you asked a question. Very entitled people with job security thanks to lazy managers that will put you on hold for 15 minutes for trying to address an issue in the middle of your sentence.

Kroger liquor store on Dolphin drive….. Becky (store manager) is rude and has no customer service skills. Acts like allocated bourbon is hers and decides who she wants to sell to or not. Been there several times and has always been unprofessional.

The price of the coupons on the shelf did not match the digital ones on the app. I had to go around the store twice to take pictures of the price on the shelves due to it not being correct. This happens every time. They could have easily asked an associate to go check.

I've been working at the Kroger warehouse on and off for 10 years and I've worked at a Kroger in Louisville and this has to be one of the cleanest Kroger's I've been in. There's always wide selections to choose from, whether it's meats from the deli, meat dpt, milk, cheese, bakery, etc. I got real excited when I found this white BBQ sauce! I only ever get it when I go home to Alabama. Very friendly employees also!

It was crowded with so many people trying to get last minute Easter food. But after making making my choices the line was quick. I wasn't so sure after seeing such a,long wait line. Even the self check out was full. But it only took a few minutes in line before my turn. I dont remember the last time I'd seen so many people working so fast deligent. My items were packed and ready as soon as I paid. Nothing was cracked, broken, squashed or left behind. I even was given assistance putting the heavy objects in my car. Kroger us getting better everyday. They've really hired an awesome staff ,

Was there the other day for grocery haul and the cashier didn’t even ring up all of my groceries. I didn’t notice because I had put everything on the belt and was helping the bagger bag groceries and I had 2 kids with me. However, upon returning home I noticed I’m missing quite a few items. I live 35 minutes away so it’s not like it’s a quick run to the store.

Was very disappointed with this Kroger today. My wife and I came in to purchase 22 hams for families that we give them to for Christmas. We do it every year. We were told that we could only buy 1. We told them that was only at the sale price, which was fine with us, we were more then willing to pay full price. The manager wouldn't even walk up to us, instead she yelled everything at us. She yelled, "I'm only going to sell you 3", then turn and walked away and wouldn't even try to comprise. The full retail price of each ham was over $35. So, Kroger doesn't like money or helping families out during Christmas unless you buy an Angel from their tree or pay for a random bag of groceries that they put together. Sam's on Ring Rd had absolutely no problem selling us the hams and it was actually cheaper.

Store is infested with rats. I overheard two clicklist employees talking about it while I was doing some shopping. Needless to say I left my cart and went to Walmart. It’s apparently been a problem since the old store manager was there and it continues to get worse. They’re especially bad in the meat department and dairy. I bet that’s why they keep closing off their coolers for weird reasons. A huge corporation like that definitely has the money to get rid of them, not sure why they’re not taking the steps to do so.

Always a store that continues to expand and make changes as the town itself grows. Staff always helpful and friendly. Only real drawback is there's times where more registers should be open instead of relying on the self checkout kiosks.

I just spent over 100.00 to watch 2 mangers and 3 employees watch my husband bag our groceries!! This is ridiculous!! You get paid to do this he doesn’t.. this the reason I hope they go to self check because you don’t do your job when your supposed to.. Been shopping at that Krogers for 10 yrs. Not the first time this has happened. I’m done I’ll go somewhere else before I come back here!!!

A good place for some of the foods that you need. Usually I shop around for the best buys. They have most of the items I want in the store. Sometimes they have problems with getting a product in because of the lack of supply. Ask an employee for help if you need something.
