I like Kroger, but lately, I got extremely disappointed that four canned food items I purchased sold under a Kroger name brand was a product from PEOPLES REPLULIC OF 🇨🇳 CHINA . Come on KROGER!, really ? Whatever happened to buy, homegrown good old USA 🇺🇸 canned foods? Well, I returned my items and purchased 🇺🇸 USA canned produce with no hassle. Kroger, please sell only American food canned products. Kroger customers, buy American & inspect the products you buy point of origin.......

Would give 0 stars if I could, Man running the self checkout pushed me out of the way and yanked my card from me after my bank card wouldn't run as credit the first time. Then he didn't want to give me my card back after "helping" me get my card to work, while he berated me on how I should know how to use my card. When I was finally able to pry my card out of his hand and put it back in my purse he then hooked his finger into my purse so I couldn't close it, I had to tell him to get his hand off my purse. The store manager was addressed about this but didn't want to do anything because he said "that's our best worker". The same man has also ran his fingers through my mom's hair without her consent. A formal complaint will be made.

I ordered a birthday cake from the bakery that tasted absolutely disgusting! The buttercream icing and border tasted horrific and smelled like plastic! I ended up scraping the buttercream off and cutting away some of the cake and made my own buttercream and frosted what I salvaged of the cake. The cake it self was moist and good. Frosting was absolutely disgusting! Decoration had so many mistakes that looked like they tried to fix but could not. I will not be ordering cakes from the bakery in the future.

Nice store inside! Always clean and shelves are stocked. Bathroom is usually clean as well, there has been a couple instances needing some cleaning. The pharmacy is also quick. I love the sales they always are having, I love shopping here to accumulate Kroger points. The outside parking lot is always clean and carts are brought inside regularly from the parking area.

Love the digital coupon savings but wish it was printed on the flyer or something ...I hate being on my phone all the ti.e and risk forgetting it when I am trying to shop

This is a nice store, the main draw back to this location is the parking lot. The parking lot is not setup very well, even though this location is very busy. They do have a really good selection of various products and items that you can't find in other Kroger locations.

Went here for a large shopping list on our way to a cabin on Nolin Lake. Unfortunately the store is being renovated and it currently has some major changes on the inside. It was busy on a Tuesday early afternoon which made the shopping tricky but the main problem is that they were moving things around inside the store. These changes resulted in multiple clerks telling me the wrong aisle for items that I was searching for. Overall the prices were fine. Not great but typical.

Sherri at the register made my trip today a five star experience! She was so very kind and patient with the customer ahead of me who needed her receipt broken down for her. Without missing a step, Sherri took care of me, made my daughter smile and was an absolute delight. Thank you, Sherri, for making our day a bright one!

This store is ok for what it is. I do have great concerns with a few issues they possess but, do not choose to correct.Be aware of the products you choose, many many items that are stocked haven't been rotated. So most likely you'll be buying a out of date item.The workers in the deli aren't following food handling safety protocolI have seen them cleaning with gloves on, touching their hair, scratching the face then touch ready to eat food for the customer without washing their hands or changing gloves.They sell fruits and vegetables these have gone bad.I have talked with store management, but yet it doesn't matter.But yet they get a passing score from the health department.Be careful and aware.

Great location. This store is clean. It has everything you could need. Quick check out, with both self check out as well as cashiers. Overall a good store for grocery needs. This was my first visit to this store. I will need to visit a few more times to get a more accurate review.

This location always has high quality produce and they do an excellent job at keeping everything well stocked. The staff is always very kind and the self check out is super convenient. The additional alcohol shop has a great selection as well. Parking can be an issue depending on the time of day so I would recommend going later in the evening or on weekdays.

Clean store, good variety, we actually found a real cashier. Past visits have been difficult as the self-check registers are outdated with no hand scanning limit on number of items allowed without an employee approval. I will not stop Dolphin Drive store with problems at self-checkout. Sad no baggers are available. We had an older cashier this trip and she was excellent, old school service the younger ones can keep pace. I remember days when we had baggers and help loading the car. This poor cashier had to run register and help load cart. I would pay more at a grocery that provides traditional services.

Ordered a cake online to pick up the next day. When I went to pick it up they brought over a manager and said sorry but I said it was okay, but need it by Thursday. He said no problem at all and told me it would be done. Thursday is here and went back up there and still don’t have the order/ even worked on the cake.Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere as this is completely inexcusable; wasting people’s time, money, and still have to find a cake!!!!

My wife works here they literally call her in at least twice a week on her time off. Management must not understand how to write a schedule so it could only imagine how the business itself is ran as a manager myself scheduling is usually the easy part of the job.

The store is clean and has a great atmosphere however sometimes they don't stalk enough of his sell items and the store can be quite couple others at times when they are stocking items and the people that are shopping for the online orders are in your way at times

I swore off Kroger because they close so early now, but…well, I have to eat. Lol. I’ve recently started going to this location instead of the one on Dolphin Drive, and this store consistently has the kindest employees. I visit just prior to closing and even then they have an actual lane available operated by a clerk and bagger unlike the other one. All four employees I passed as I left last night exchanged pleasantries. Just a completely different experience at this location. It seems better stocked as well. ☺️

I grew up with a father who worked for Kroger for 32 years. So I'm a bit of a critic when it comes to the stores in general. We just moved here and walking into this Kroger was like taking a step back in time. A manned florist shop? Mind blowing. Also a good selection of hard to find ethnic foods. My only complaint is they don't carry Boars Head deli meats. But overall it's a good store and we will be back.
