After years of being a loyal customer to this Feeders Pet Supply, I will no longer return for ANY purchase. I was visiting today to purchase food for our rodents and I was appalled and disgusted to see they have started stocking painted glass fish. These fish are artificially colored. They are NOT like glofish which are born with their color.No, these painted glass fish are injected/tattooed with a needle to get the colors you see. This is done with NO sedation or pain relief. Furthermore, even if you don’t care about the abuse and pain inflected upon these poor creatures, they lose that color after a few weeks.Not even the bigger chains in town NOR the more successful specialty shops in bigger cities surrounding carry these fish.You may say, who cares? It’s just a fish, right? You’re right, it may be just a fish, but this is an animal bred and created for the purpose of being a PET. It deserves no mistreatment such as this.I am sure Feeders is simply trying to keep up with the ever competitive pet market in Hardin co seeing as we now have 4 total pet stores. This is not the way. My business is finally going elsewhere.Edit: well here I am 2 weeks later. I decided to give Feeders one more chance after their reply to my review. They have now started stocking axolotls WAY smaller than is recommended for purchase (under 3 inches.) For another $10 you can get a WELL BRED axolotl at appropriate age and size from a breeder. This is absolutely awful and I’m done. I spend about $250 a month on food and supplies for all our pets but I’m not spending that here any longer. I know I’m just one person and just one source of $ but I hope the owners and management can change their ways. For a few years this store had amazing care of their animals, and now that someone else is over the fish and reptiles, it’s gone WAY downhill. My heart is broken. This used to be the best pet store in town but now they’re one level up from a puppy mill but for fish and reptiles. :(

I’ve had my issues with feeders here and there but truthfully I thought I’d share another review after not getting any fish for awhile. Here are some pictures of some I’ve had from feeders. Some are a year old and some are 8/10 months. You can get nice 2-3 inch peacocks the day they come in and you can order some which is awesome. Some fish do thrive and others I’ve gotten that were colorful the day I bought them tend to loose color. Idk if where they get them use hormones or if they just become less dominant and loose all color. All said in done I think if you’re lucky you can get some nice looking fish.

The fish tanks were extremely dirty with some dead fish and many diseased fish. Ick was visibly present on many of the fish. The stock of accessories for fish keeping was very poor. The employees (during my 2 visits) were young kids who didn't know much about any of the products, including the non-fish areas. I was able to get everything I wanted at PetSmart across the road and Pet Supplies Plus. Update - 3 weeks later with photo of very sick fish from same store. They really should stop carrying fish if they cannot take care of them.

Really like the remodel. Only complaint is sometimes it is difficult to get assistance in the fish department. But we really like the assortment of fish now available.

Great service with a military discount on purchases. The staff know their products and can help you choose the product that is right for your pet. I love this place. My dog likes it, too.

The store is always neat, clean and well stocked. The workers are very well educated and eager to assist for the most part. From crickets to fish to clothes for our fur baby or treats for the neighbors fur babies, this place is one stop shopping! Ty!!! 💐💝

Remodel sucks was the only place in town left that sell basic salt water supplies like salt like how much real estate is 10lb bag taking up, there two tiny aisles for fish and no display or tank on the floor but there a whole wall of fish but no supplies you to keep them alive or make your tank look decent

Very rude customer service I bought Anglefish on a Tuesday, that happens to be the fish shipment day when they get fish in. By Saturday they had died so I went to PetSmart, and feeder supplies plus fist to have my water tested before going to feeders supply, and my water tested fine at both stores except for feeders supply where I bought the fish, imagine that. So due to there lack of knowledge they told me they could not give me any replacement fish or a refund……so basically it’s okay for them to steal your money and blame you for the terrible care of my well maintained beautiful tank that is thriving. I would not shop with them if I were you , they have a 14 day return policy in place that they do not honor weather your water is testing good or not. They will just steal your money and not think twice, and I’m sure they will not respond to this either or they will have it removed from this site, good day feeders supply have a rip-off day….

The employees were very friendly and helpful. We take our dog and have her nails trimmed there. We bought our tiny hamsters there, Snow & Ball, albino robo, There’s a big selection of toys for all pets plus the price is right, very reasonable.

The store is located close to Target, Lowe’s, and Walmart. The staff is friendly, the parking is good, but the store is a little small and feels crowded. Their prices are a little high, but the rabbit food that I need is always in stock whereas other places are usually sold out.

They are a great store for good pet supplies. I was able to find my little fur baby a nice cozy pet bed for her and at a very reasonable price. They had a good selection of them to choose from. Very good store and store staff too.

Came into return a product. Waited in line. Was told that I was getting a different amount than what my receipt stated. Management walked off two separate times leaving the poor cashier with a line around the corner. This is not the way to run a business. Cashier had call for assistance almost two separate times as the management kept walking off instead of dealing with the problem all the way to the end. All I wanted was a return for product that didn't fit my pet.

A large variety of pet items. It's almost so full it border lines on cluttered. The staff was reasonably helpful, but I prefer someone take me and show me what I'm asking about as opposed to pointing four aisles over. Overall I will go back

Good selection of dog food and fair pricing. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoy walking through store to see the live fish and other animals, from hamsters, tiny mice, to reptiles and more. Also have vet days on Sundays.
