I have never been treated so rudely and yelled at by any place like this. I never raised my voice. I just ask a question about my receipt and was yelled at and told to leave the store. I guess she had plans to go party tonight. I will be going to the store when the manager is there. I will take back over $100 worth of stuff I purchased And plan on calling head quarters. And my attorney. They called the police on me for setting in my car for a minute to get myself together before I drove.

Where is the professionalism? The lady working the counter was on the phone using F word and very loudly saying she didn’t need that person, she had plenty of help. Those conversations need to take place behind closed doors. You could hear her all over the store. “Come on, man!” This is Training 101. And how bout you hang up the phone and take care of the customers who are waiting.

Because for the most part, even though the store is overcrowded with merchandise, they do a good job of keeping staple items in stock. Alex and Nikki are really great people and hard workers!

Junkiest, messiest Dollar General I've ever seen. They have more merchandise than space, and the result is heaps of randomness bursting everywhere. You can find decent deals within the hoarder situation of a store. Then you go to a checkout where no one talks to you; and ten or so discarded customer items lay all over the counter in a bed of old receipts. Overall, an adequately budget friendly, self-serve garage sale experience.

Not very well stocked. Not very well organized. I'm sure that some of this is a result of the pandemic, like many other locations latel, so I can't be too hard on them about it. Staff was not very friendly at all. Dismissive. All I asked about were baby wipes that don't contain alcohol. I'm sure I'll end up heading back in there at some point when I'm passing by and need a specific item, but I won't make it a point to shop here, and I wouldn't recommend that you do either.

Can I say I love this place? 100% best customer service I had ever received. I called this location to see if there was a max limit on 2 liter cokes I could by. The manager said nope, if they have it I can buy it. I said, “I’m not trying to be a burden; but do you have about 18 2 liter cokes?” The manager said yes, I came up there and got them with no issues at all. This store is always so clean and I love visiting there. If I can buy it at the dollar general; this is where I go!

Very cluttered store. The young man at the cashier was not friendly at all. Seems like he is struck on himself. The other cashier, a young lady , is more helpful than he is.

The store was cluttered. Cashier was friendly. However, she needed to call the Manager up front. When the Manager finally came, she was very rude and condescending to the cashier. We told her we were sorry that we had to witness that and hoped she could find another job. After observing how the Manager treated her employees, I can see why the store was so cluttered and dirty looking. Poor management.

The store itself wasnt so bad except for sale prices that were still hanging in front of items that were no long valid. Most stores will honor such things considering its the stores responsibility to remove these prices. Janis one of the clerks there was horrible. She should not work around the public if this is her typical attitude toward customers. I normally wouldn't mention it because i understand how customer service is, but at the same time she chose the job to work to help customers so she should not take her issues on out the public. Had several issues with her over this visit and likely will not return to this location. Rude services is not a way to keep customers and talking down to them isnt helping either

I can't believe that I can find items here that I thought they would never carry. The aisles are jam-packed full of pretty much anything you can think of that a dollar store would carry, and the employees seem very nice. The only downside that I can see is that some things are more expensive there then at Walmart or Kroger. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me but, I guess they have to make money somewhere.

Very clean and organized. The frozen case was little empty but it was the end of the day so that is to be expected. Otherwise very kind employees and I found all the non -food items I needed

The new store is uncommonly cramped. If you meet someone in an aisle, you have to turn and walk back out the way u came in, because they are so narrow. Will not be using that store.

This store is very disorganized and things were just everywhere. The employees were working so hard to try and get things cleaned up but it would have taken 100 people to get it right. Just a clear vision of bad management.

Store is always cluttered with boxes, sometimes doesn't have the items I need, staff is uninformed of stock and what is and isn't instore, decent prices, but haven't been greeted one time and visited at least 100

I went there today.and the young guy running the cash register was very rude .He didnt hand me my money back he put it on the tall black thing and half of my change went down behind the bags I left it there.i will never let him wait on me anymore in the future.
