Just went to this store and the tall creepy guy that always flirts with me started getting extremely hostile toward a customer asking a simple question. He made me and 3 others leave, and made the poor girl who always wears a headband uncomfortable. Get rid of him, and I'll come back. He's made me uncomfortable to the point I'm no longer coming back, and as a regular, that's a lot of business. If that's who management employs, I wouldn't trust their judgment.

I personally understand what management is dealing with. And I understand it's the employees and assistant managers job to keep working. Management can only give so much time on site, it's the responsibility of those who also bears the key to lock the door.And we all know what goes in one ear goes out the other side with a lot of employees..

One of the worst Dollar Generals in the area. Constantly understaffed and by that I mean they consistently have one person working the entire store. Start paying your people a decent wage and maybe you wouldn't have so much trouble finding help.

The new manager has really turned things around! The store has been way more organized and clean. Anytime I have a question they answer it and can direct me to where items are!

Store is always messy, they often close early despite the hours saying they should be open, things blocking the isles, stock is low and often doesn't have basic things like bread. Really needs an overhaul, new management, or something. Really disappointing as this DG is really close to me, I'd like to shop there more.

This place is such a mess. Product all over the floor.. making it hard to even get through the aisles. Every time I go the shelves are not stocked. You can tell the employees hate their job. This place has gone downhill and now we travel to the next closest DG by Arby's. Someone needs to fix this place or shut it down.

They are within walking distance of my home, they always have what I'm looking for and the staff remember me and know me by name. There is rarely a wait time nor are their shelves un-stocked or improperly stocked. Prices are always marked, fair and accurate as well. As far as customer service and how nicely maintained this store is I would easily recommend this Dollar General to anyone looking for a regular shopping locale or just a new and inexpensive place to browse through.

The store was a complete mess, trash was all in the isles with big racks that were blocking everything. They had such a low stock on shelves, I turned around and left. This store has completely went down hill. Everytime I go in there I experience these type of issues.I live so close and that's the only reason I go at all. They definately need a new manager. One Saturday I had miscounted my merchandise. I was 1.00 short and she said I couldn't add an item. Truth known, she just didn't know how to do it and didn't want to be bothered. I use to love this store because it was so close to my home. Now I end up going across town on Saturdays.

Was in and out rather quickly. I went in to get a gas can and there was no cans on the shelf. They were able to locate one for me in the stock room. It took less than 5 minutes to go in and come back out with my purchase. Friendly and super helpful!

This is such a convenient location as far as distance from home. Employees are nice, store is ALWAYS TRASHED! NEVER have I seen this store not have stock carts and products slung everywhere!

Great for fast in and out shopping.Low prices. I buy all my cleaning supplies and paper goods here.Low prices on greeting cards. The Quality of their generic brands is very good for the low price. I actually like their buttermilk ranch better than hidden valley, which shocked me.There have been times I was unable to find an item at Wal-Mart and to my surprise Dollar General would have it. For such a small store, they sure carry a well rounded inventory.Staff at this store friendly.

The main issue I've had with dollar general would be the time it takes for checking out and being understaffed frequently. But I visit this establishment frequently and they are always helpful and courteous as far as u have witnessed first hand. Overall a good close place to go if your in need of some standard household item.

Stopped by to pick up some snacks for my son to take on his beta trip. Didn't have some larger size items that we were looking for. This store is always a challenge to go into. There is things that are waiting to stocked in front of shelves making it hard to shop in the store and find what you want. Some isles are a mess and things thrown around, disorganized also making it difficult to shop.

Shelves are disheveled and not stocked due to a lack of employees. The aisles are lined with boxes with some out into the middle making it hard to navigate. It was a pain trying to find the items I needed.

Aisles are always blocked with merchandise that needs to be stocked and the staff seem to hate their jobs. I travel 15 mins out of the way to another Dollar General when this one is right near my house because it's so bad.

Service is usually good and friendly but the check out lines are ALWAYS ridiculous. Theres almost always 5 or more people in line at any given time of day and it is NOT the place you want to stop if you are in a hurry or nearly late for work (or other appointments)

Dollar general in elizabethtown ky on east Dixie avenue is my favorite place.becase trica is very hard worker and Jordan hes a the best person you want to be friends with and hang out but by far a great employee to the store manager trica .I THINK MR JORDAN SHOULD BE AN ASSISTANT MANAGER UNDER MRS TRICA THE STORE MANAGER AND I RECOMMEND AND THINK JORDAN DESERVE A RAISE OR PROMOTION AND TRICA DESERVE A RAISE TO AND SHE HAS GREAT WONDERFUL OTHER HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES ESPECIALLY JORDAN AND TO BE HONEST JORDAN BE SOMEONE ID CONSIDER SOMEONE ID TRUST IF HE WAS MY BEST FRIEND BUT ALSO BE LIKE A BROTHER

I do enjoy this dollar general because it is close to my house and I feel like it has a bigger selection than a lot of the other ones in town, but they are often short staffed and need to get better at putting their customers 1st when the store is busy instead of putting the truck up.

Nothing was put on the shelves. There were big boxes everywhere that was in my way of finding what I needed. I guess the merchandise was in the boxes because the shelves were bare. And the employees were not friendly at all

You can buy things here, but it's hard to really know if they have what you're looking for. If you call and ask if they sell breakfast sausage make sure to ask if they actually have any in stock.

Janis is a asisiant manager and was smoking in the store what a great example for employees and costumes if she dose this what else will she do she's always rude to everyone and I have her on video smoking in the store not once but twice I will be taken this to the top as in the owner not just her boss that will pay her on back and say oh well

Upon parking, the first thing i noticed was a Redbox machine. Located next to a fivestar gas station, and across from a subway and liquor store. I would consider that convenience in the highest. Nearly everything one could need, all on the same block. Friendly staff. As for any outlying details that couldnt be discovered at any other dollar general, i have none

The store is full of inventory on carts and it's been that way since last Thursday there's nobody there to put the stuff away they can't keep anybody working there because they can't be treating their workers right because they keep leaving
