I ordered refills at 7 am this am. Went to pick up 2:15 pm and were not ready. When I asked why, because they were busy. So busy that you could not fill the rx's? Well you need to call because they go to a queue. This pharmacy DOES NOT answer their phone, if they are busy. Last month it took me 4 days to finally get through around 5am. This is the last time I will use them. I am changing pharmacies.

Elizabethtown CVS, my main suggestion is to have prescriptions ready when your robotic system notifies people that their prescriptions are ready! This is the second month in a row that I have had to waste gas and time going to the next town over to pick up my prescription, that CVS notified me that it was ready. Then when I got there it wasn't ready! This meant 2 trips instead of one, and it meant not having my medicine for a whole day!Also, due to, I assume corporate greed, there is a severe lack of personal care. It appears that only one or 2 people are usually staffed. There is no in-store pickup, and there is almost ALWAYS a line of vehicles wrapped around the building that takes anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour to get through. You can imagine my frustration when I finally got to the pickup window, to be told my "ready" prescription is not ready yet! Again. This is pathetic! I am disgusted and disappointed. I do NOT recommend this CVS.

If they have ur full prescription...n you only can afford a portion of it...they'll nor dispense it to you..because if someone else comes in for the same thing...they'll have to give it to them.

The CVS I go to was short of staff and close EARLY. Took me 3 days for 1st meds and then had others moved to another location which were also short of staff. Took me 4 days .Drive through was a wait. Received no text messages if ready or not. No one will answer the phone. CVS???? What is going on. What's having staffs to leave???

I applied for a job at the Elizabethtown CVS Pharmacy but have yet received any response. It would be nice to at least get an interview.

Never answer the phones. Have to go in to accomplish anything. I should be able to call and handle things without having to go in.

I am very impressed with CVS pharmacy. The associates are always very helpful very friendlyimpressed with CVS pharmacy. The associates are always very helpful very friendly and even go along with my toothpaste, toothbrush, strokes I don’t remember ever going to the pharmacy that was happy to help you save money, and find better deals on other items that you would be getting from the store. I will be telling others and recommending them to start doing all their pharmacy business at CVS.

This pharmacy is so useless and filled with idiotic people. I had to go a month without my medication due to them messing it up. They wouldn't answer my doctor's or my calls whatsoever. I had to go back to my old pharmacy to get it fixed.

Great store, pharmacy is not worth a damn, my wife had gotten her meds, she told them to put one on hold, or to discontinue one, they put it away, no matter how many times we telling them, there stupid meds call service keeps calling, I thought Etown Walmart was bad until I saw CVS
