The shelf space is so small they can't keep enough product to choose from. I got a pound of shaved ham, it was on sale for $5.99 a pound. But when I got home and opened it it smelled foul. I'm tired of getting spoiled food from everyplace around here. A single bell pepper here is almost $3.00.

I love the IGA grocery stores. They have a vast variety of options for food and home goods to choose from. They also offer quality food for lunches and and supper. They’re prepared hot and fresh.

Got some chicken from the deli....really good. Did purchase some fresh baked cookies in front of the deli department. Ticket price on cookies said $3 for 12 count. Bag was sealed and wasn't able to see in the bag. Got home and realized there was only 4 cookies in the bag. But the cookies were good. Wish I could of gotten what I paid for and had all 12 cookies to share with everyone which is why I purchased them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A good selection of grocery items at good prices. What I like the most is that the employees own the company. That makes this more than a job to them, and you more than just another customer.Yeah, after a closer look, they're not that friendly and their prices are higher than the competition. If you're in a hurry, without better options, I'd say, "why not?"(aside from what I mentioned)

I went in to find something I needed to make dinner that I couldn't find at Walmart in Paducah so I wasn't expecting too much. I went up and down every single aisle at least 3 times and asked two employees where I might find it. No other employees asked if I needed help When I had given up and decided to leave, a cashier named Cindy asked if I had found what I was looking for, I explained I had not and what I was looking for. She was pretty sure they didn't have it, but suggesting 2 places they might be if they did. I went and looked just in case and did not find it. I left, stopping only to thank Cindy for her help and suggestions. This is not a complaint on this store or company because I have experienced this at other places as well. It's more indicative of society today.

We have helpful, friendly, kind employees at our local Food Giant. They are patient with the older folks who need a little more assistance. They offer help throughout the store. When I meet one them in the aisle, they smile and ask if I need help finding anything. Deli employees are kind helpful even when there is a long line (which happens a lot). ☺️Store is clean and well stocked. They are right on the ball when weather causes wet floors our slippery sidewalk and parking lot. Carry out people are always available and willing to help of I need them. If they run out of an item on shelves they always check if there is more in the back. They have fresh produce and good prices. They are willing to help with community projects. I enjoy shopping here.

Great local grocery. I prefer their meat to Walmart 100%. They always have good, comparable prices on their meat. Four stars because the other prices are a little higher, but it’s still convenient. I Always try to support the local grocery. I wouldn’t want them to disappear. 😊

It's Your average, Hometown grocery store and on par with that, employees are always friendly and helpful and the food selection is generally plentiful ... Although I will say the prices are quite high. But that's everywhere nowadays

Deli people were so nice and helpful. Carry out was very nice. Cashier not so much we watched her chat up the women in front of us and all smiles then we walked up and no hello or thank you I tried to talk to her and she was very short and unfriendly in her responses.

The employees go out of their way to help their customers.For example, I needed only a couple of stalks of celery for a recipe and the lady in charge of the fresh vegetables was kind enough to split a full bunch to sell me only what I needed.It seems to be uncommon for this level of customer service so as a customer I do appreciate it.

Prices way to high... the kids on night shift have their little buddies running wild through the store, plus when u stand in line waiting for a cashier that move so slow your daughter can NOT cash her check because they are so slow.... not happy with their service at all......I will be driving to Walmart or a different store to spend my money.

This is a good general grocery. They have a good selection and the meat department in particular is good. There are a few things that I like that they don't carry, but if you ask for something in particular it's been my experience that they will order it.

Good location for needs, wish they did have a few more special dietary need items. Prices are a little high, however in the delivery area, their fried chicken is definitely worth the money.
