I go in there several times a week -- get gas and lottery. This is first time I've had a decent winner, $100. I took my ticket in to use it to get gas and was told that they would not cash it! I was told I could go to Food Giant because they, 5 Star, don't cash over $50. Won't buy more there. I'll take my lottery and gas business elsewhere!

They have a great section for $1 snacks. Sleets clean and always friendly with clean bathrooms. Gas price is better than the other gas station in town, Max’s by 10 cents.

This is by far my favorite Five Star. It’s always the cleanest and most of the employees are wonderful. However, every once in a while you get an employee that YOU have to address and ask them how they are, but no problem, I will do so with a smile. It’s a little irritating when their response to how are you doing is a sullen, “I’m here”, as if the customers are a thorn in their side. Stop it! I don’t care if you want to be there, most of us don’t want to be at our jobs, we’d rather be at home with our families, but our jobs pay the bills. What we want is not our customers problem, customers are there to spend money, engage in a little small talk while they’re paying for their items and most will even share a smile with you. Learn to small talk, or smile, or at least how to keep the fact you hate your job to yourself. We accept fake smiles 😉

The name suits this stop!! Great fuel prices, friendly cashiers, great drink deals. The diesel area even has water and high pressure air pump

Stopped to get gas, went inside on July 23. A gentleman with a beard waited on me. He asked why I don't pay at the pump, which doesn't really matter so I explained my reasoning. I asked if my car won't hold the amount I paid for will my money revert back to my debit card? He said no he pockets it. I guess he thought he was being funny not a very educated thing to say when you are dealing with peoples money and there are cameras.

Employee named Peggy was very rude to her fellow employees and me. I asked if they a few items and the other employee who was very friendly and courteous. she went to Peggy and ask her if they had any super glue and she refused to speak to us it was very rude and they have lost my business. Around 9:00 p.m. on October 8th

They have some REALLY cool cell accessories, smoking accessories (lighters, ashtrays, etc.), sunglasses, and more. Plus, they have the best chocolate-frosted long johns with white creme filling that I've ever tasted in my life! I LUVVVVV FiveStar!

Yes it is a late hour at 2 am, but a 24/7 business should not have it's doors shut and locked for over an hour with no explanation.
