This is the worst Dollar General I have ever been to! Employees and managers are absolutely horrible and so unfriendly. They are always outside the store smoking and talking on their phones. Forget about customer service! The aisles are always cluttered and things all over the floor so you can't get to what you need. They may have one person ringing people up if you are lucky. That's why the lines are soooo long! I quit stopping there. I will drive out of my way to another Dollar General anytime!😡

I went to the dollar general to get 2 propane tanks 1 girl was in side working the store was packed 3 of the employs we setting out side smoking and talking and on there phones they did not car what was going on. Customers were linded up almost back around to the door. This is so sad. Then she had to leave the store to Go get my propane tanks. She loaded one and I loved one. That upset me really bad. I will go an extra mile to another dollar around the corner.

Typically Dollar General stores are not bad convenient stores. However, this particular location in comparison is not maintained well. The aisles are generally cluttered with merchandise that waits to be stocked for days. Many items remain out of stock for lengthy time periods. I have seen much of the staff be very rude, gossip about matters that should not concern customers and only work hard to pass work off. This makes it difficult, unfortunately, for the nice hardworking employees to perform their jobs.

Cashiers arent friendly at all and acted like everyone that walks is stealing. So much to the point where they will check you out themselves at the self-check, rather than allowing customers to use it themselves and opening another register to help reduce so much waiting in line.

Based on my past experiences when I lived in East Bernstadt, it wasn't that pleasant. There seemed to be overstocking as several items that didn't seem to sell that often cluttered shelves. The store owner or manager appears to be an inventory hoarder! Stocking carts would be in aisles usually blocking items.

I forgot a purchased bag of food in their cart, the manager took my information scanned his store security to make sure it was me and then returned my food. Very helpful staff! Recommend them completely!

Very Friendly and helpful workers, if u can't find it they will go out of their way an go get it for you. I'VE had my BACK HURTING me So badly an I bought a lot of items, one even help me load it all up into the truck of the CAR, I THANK GOD FOR it I didn't have my OXGYEN an it meant a lot to me.

Just about everything, on the shelves is high and there is no reason soda pop is almost 6 dollars a 12 pack all of the stores are acting like everyone is rich and we all aren't rich you all are acting like the communist party at the White House and capital hill

I really like that the store has all the products I'm looking for at great prices. I really like the fact the milk is only two dollars a gallon! And the people working there are so polite and friendly.

Store is poorly stocked never can buy mtn dew code red in bottles or cans was in store today and waited in line 20 min 3 of your employees outside smoking I will not shop at this particular DG any more

The service was good but the shelves was bare everything was in boxes and big carts and you had to move just to get to the stuff that was on the shelves or just to get down the isles in the store.

This store is a fiasco.. never organized you can't get to anything. Either because of boxes or merch.carts to stock shelves and the one on N.Main is even worse. I've got to the point I hate going in them.

Theres always a long line at checkout, and while you cant hardly get through the store for stuff, most things stay out of stock. The bathrooms are always locked or out of order, or the key is missing.

Worst dollar general by far that I have been to! Manager was very unprofessional along with the district manager. I also could hardly get around the place due to it being very unorganized. Stuff all over the floors and scattered on shelves carts full of stuff behind the register making the place look like junk.

Cashier wouldnt allow anyone but herself to actually use the self-check to scan our stuff. It made me feel extremely distrusted. 😡

Store is not stocked very well. Items will be sitting on roll around carts in the aisles (usually in the way) waiting to be put on shelves. This is not the cashiers fault, because this is a very busy store and they are checking out customers. It is the store's fault because they need to hire someone for stock purposes ONLY.THANKS.

I couldn't use my 5.00 off coupon. The machine wouldn't accept my phone number. What happened to the 5.00 paper coupons in the DG sale that we could use? I was disappointed.
