To say their service and speed of processing an order on-line is good is an understatement. Even though i live in the same state i was not expecting to receive my order the very next day after placing it around 12pm the day before. No supply chain issues here for these guys/ladys. Will continue to make them my go to, on line fishing supply store.

Love this place. Huge selection and customer service has been good2022 Update: years later & I still shop here. I placed a order for certain items. After being billed and package shipped, had to call and find out that the items that I needed was out of stock. Told they had a mix up in the inventory. Will return other items since it was going to used for a up coming trip

I've never been to their shop, though I plan too in late February 22', but I've purchased items from LBF for at least ten years, 'On-Line' and the service, selection and competitive pricing have always been excellent! Certainly just as good as Tackle Warehouse or Bass Pro and often times LBF gets it to you faster! Take it from a guy who has fished since the 1960's. A guy who remembers having to have a catalog and fill out and snail mail in an order and then later, phone those orders in to get the stuff I needed! Land Big Fish is a good bunch to deal with.

I heard the website's warehouse had a store front within driving distance of Somerset. So cold rainy day, nothing to do I ventured out to Dunnville & it was a good idea. They have a little bit of everything. Whole wall of jigs. Hands down the best selection & variety in the lake Cumberland area and close enough to the green River area too. The guy in there was super nice and helpful. Even told me I could order online and come pick it up if I want because the selection was even better online.🤯 10/10 recommend.
