Bought a new mower last spring. Great bunch of people. Very friendly will work with you to get you the mower you want. I had some extras put on my mower. They took care of that and delivered it to my house full of gas ready to mow. Sales manager called me a week later to make sure everything was going good and I was happy with the mower I bought.

10 star experience and customer service at Cornerstone Equipment. Christian was polite and helpful on the phone on Friday, Saturday morning he met with us and it was the smoothest buying process I've ever experienced. Christian was knowledgeable and steered us in the direction of what we needed when I described the work to be done. I didn't think it could get any better until John showed up a few days later with the delivery. Talk about an encyclopedia of tractor and equipment knowledge. He wouldn't leave until I felt comfortable with the new equipment and was completely satisfied. All around great clean company with great service. We will return for our future purchases.* while I am very grateful for the 1% Military discount they should get with the bad boy rep and offer a slightly higher Military discount IMO

My first New Tractor purchase. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and very patient. I had a lot of questions and had looked a few different brands before coming here. I bought the Mahindra 1635 with the loader and backhoe. This tractor seems to be much larger than other brands its size and No Plastic. Matt our sales person was Great to work with and went out of his way to help me get the the tractor I wanted. Matt also stayed in contact updating me on my purchase since I had to order it. I am confident I bought a great little tractor at a great price. I hope I never have to meet the service team but I'm confident they will be as friendly and knowledgeable as well. Not a very good experience at all. Purchased a mower mid-last month. Stopped by the next weekend to find it was still not ready. Stopped by the weekend after and was told it would be all set by Thursday the following week. No calls or info so I stopped by the next weekend to find they had changed to winter hours and were closed. Called on Tuesday and nobody seems to have any idea where my mower is at all. Was told I would get a call back and that surely never happened. Save yourself the hassle and go to Tractor Supply - they beat them on price too.

Charged me over $100 for an oil change while mower was in for warranty repair on hour meter and starter. 2nd time I've had to take this mower in for service and it has less than 100 hours on it. Only time it has ever been kept outside is when it is at Cornerstone for service. Mower was $6000 and I bought it new.They also had the mower for nearly two weeks. I called asking about progress and they didn't know if they even had a replacement starter in stock, said it would be two days to get one. Well, did they check for the stock then instead of when they got to the service ticket three days later so I didn't have to wait an extra 2 days to get my mower back during peak mowing season? No, they waited, so I ended up waiting another 2 days for parts that we knew they needed anyway.Doesn't make you feel like they care about customers when you get charged $107 for an oil change after bringing in a brand new mower for a second time, especially when the hour meter was broken so I couldn't tell when to service it myself.

I came in at 1pm Friday 5/26 as I needed a drive belt for my old Husqvarna zero turn. When I asked if they stocked it, the guy laughed and said "we wouldn't carry anything for Husqvarna". I was also interested in replacing my mower with a commercial grade mower, and figured I would shop while there. But after that encounter, no way... On my way home I stopped at B&D and they were very nice and helpful. I would think that Cornerstone would have a drive belt for me, as I knew the size. Just being rude and condescending is no way to conduct business. I drove out of my way there, because they had mowers in inventory I was interested in. I will not be back and would not recommend going there.

I’ve had nothing but a first class experience with this dealership. My salesman Tyler Thompson was phenomenal. No pressure, no haggling, no gimmicks. Very knowledgeable and went at my pace. I had a small issue w the 3 point lift arm. Called the service department and they got me fixed up, no questions asked. Delivery of my equipment was great too. I would 100% recommend. Tractor is great too!

Christian was great explaining and showing us the difference in XMark Residental and commercial models and which one was better for our farm. Very friendly and he called to ask how we liked it. The XMark Laser is perfect for what we need at our farm. Larger cut of 60 inches. Very powerful and fast.

Dropped my Exmark off back in early August to have some work done to it. Had a rough idle and I wanted to have it serviced. Dropped it off, left all my information, didn't hear back from them for 2 weeks. No big deal- I knew they were busy. Gave them a call at the 2 week mark on a friday, and someone takes down my information and says they will call me back. One more week goes by, I don't hear back so i give them another call. Guy in service says he returned my call and couldn't leave me a voicemail because my mailbox was full(I knew it wasn't)- Again, No big deal I just wanted an update. He tells me they got it fixed and that he wanted to take it out to test it and make sure everything is ok. I complied and told him that if I didn't hear back from him I would be there to pick it up on monday(It was a friday). Didn't hear back from them and assumed it was good to go. Showed up the following Tuesday and the service advisor said he took the mower out and it started acting up again and that the next option would be to replace a part down in the engine for around $1200 or replace the engine for around 2K. I wasn't interested in spending that kind of money on a mower I occasionally use. They said they would only charge me for parts and now labor. Paid the bill. They brought the mower out and said it only runs at a full throttle. Keep in mind when I dropped this mower off it ran fine and cut fine, but now it was in worse shape than when I dropped it off! Took it home and couldn't get it started. Its been months and it hasn't run. Between this and the very poor communication throughout the whole experience, I won't be back.
