Would give zero stars on their food service if it was possible. Have had orders go missing during delivery, orders they forget to even make, and tonight picked up an order that was cold, one pizza wasn't even cut, no sauces/sides/peppers, an absolute disaster. Have been told multiple times we didn't fully place the order (happened enough that we started going in with the confirmation emails in-hand), have been told my order was late because it was a new driver that couldn't find our address (only to have the same driver who had been here multiple times pull up and let me know he had too many deliveries), and a multitude of other issues. We didn't order for a LONG time and decided to try again tonight. HUGE mistake that we definitely won't do again.

It only took one time for me to realize that I will be a repeat customer! Drew, Jaime, and Landon were spectacular! So nice and respectful. They treated me more than a customer but as a guest welcome to come back. Shout out to the manager Mary Beth for being a great leader!

I go here often as I only live a town over. They do tend to run low on pop, but if asked, they will double check for you. They are nice, patient, and hardworking people in there. Their pizzas are outstanding, and so are their subs.I have NO idea what Casey's these other people reviewed. Lol

Casey’s has the nicest workers and is one of the best places to order pizza from in Dawson Springs, Ky. They also have really good Donuts that are made fresh in the mornings!!!

Sometimes service is wonderful your in and out other times it's running a little slow or something is broke. But I can say their food is the best but prices are a little high.

Workers goof around at their job when they are supposed to be working, I called the phone to place an order called over 15 times and no one would answer. Employees need to be fired.

Pretty quick service inside, half the pumps were down outside. Many of the chips were out of date, and the hot case was completely empty.
