This one is a lot better than the one in junction. Management is terrible at the junction location you never see them out of the office now the stores have to be closed because they can’t keep people because of egos. I suggest firing the entire store and starting fresh and for the sake of the business and customers rid yourselves of the gossip that comes from Kathy at nights!

Very unsatisfied with customer service. I come here all the time and use mobile coupons. I also asked if they accept mobile coupons and they verified they did. I went to use it and their system wouldn't register it. It was scanning but wouldn't go through. My coupon was wasted and they wouldn't honor it even though their store was listed and I redeemed it in front of them. They could have easily typed the code in but just said tough luck. I feel like stores care less and less about people and I will never go back here again. I'll go to the bp where they actually do their jobs correctly.
