If you notice all the good reviews are for Brandon and Ben which are delivery drivers who influenced customers to make reviews before leaving their homes. They are not BBB accredited for a reason.

I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process of getting a new refrigerator. They were super friendly and when I explained what I was after, Bill was honest and helpful to the max.I would highly recommend Makos in Danvillle for good quality appliances and friendly service. 5 stars

Avoid this place. We bought a dryer and brought it home and it didn't work. We took it back to have it repaired and 2 weeks later we got it back and it still didn't work. And we can't get our money back because all they give is in-store credit. And I certainly don't want to buy anything else there. So the in-store credit doesn't do me any good. I would get my appliances somewhere else. Do not buy from here.And before you try to say I didn't purchase because my name isn't on record, the last name is Sandefur now.

Bought a washer and dryer set from them for almost $1,000. 2 weeks after we bought the set the dryer messed up so they came and got it to repair it. They kept telling us they were waiting on the part from LG, however, this December 2024 will be 2 years since we’ve heard from them or even seen our dryer we paid full cash for. They never returned phone calls and never returned our dryer or money we spent. We were stuck with a POS rental dryer we did not pay for!!! Will never ever shop here again or recommend anyone to again!!!

Purchased this Samsung Washer yesterday from Danville Ky Mako Appliances Terry the sales representative was very friendly polite and described to me everything about the wash and even showed me other washers that I may of been interested in very professional guy highly recommend and If I was to ever need another washer or dryer i’ll definitely go there thanks Terry for all the helpful information and service was greatly appreciated and thanks for helping load the washer also was very helpful. We Love the Washer have done multiple loads already in it Thanks Again.

Loved this place, awesome option for value minded individuals! Got a set that would have been 2500 dollars when new for 699.00, and it came with a warranty. Not to mention, they will also do repairs when the warranty expires for a charge of course. But if you have ever replaced a belt on a dryer then you know that this option is priceless!Review Update: So, the dryer quit working 3 weeks after purchase. I had to pay a delivery fee of 80 dollars for them to pick up my dryer for the warranty claim. Here we are now on 4/18/23 and my dryer still isn't fixed. Customer service says they will call back but they never do. At this point I would never buy from Mako again. I paid almost 900 dollars for a nice set and now it looks like I paid 900 dollars for a nice washer. Very dissatisfied

Update: The fridge broke 24 hours after delivery. Asked for a refund and return and they said they don’t offer that. Had to wait all weekend for a “loaner” so they could repair the broken one. Hoping the repair lasts well beyond the warranty.I used this company under the impression that it’d be the fastest way to get my tenants a fridge. That couldn’t have been further from the truth.The price was fair for what we got, but I can’t get past the poor communication and delivery experience. They didn’t test my fridge until the day it was scheduled for delivery, which pushed it back a week. Then, the delivery drivers said they’d come back at a time that worked for us and they no-showed. The rescheduled time didn’t work and we had to drive out of our way to make it work.I’ll update if they make this right, but so far the $100 for delivery has been the worst use of money.

Brandon & Michael was very courteous and kind and introduced themselves and the reason why they came to replace our dryer. Both professionally checked and hooked up the dryer before leaving to make sure it worked and even made a call to assist me in a warranty answer I needed info on regarding the new replacement and overall very well satisfactory for their services… doesn’t go unnoticed to see workers dedicate to their jobs and service the needs of the customers!!!!

I checked on store hours at 4 & walked out with a fridge at 5. Great people to work with. I’ll let you know how this very clean refrigerator works out, but we couldn’t have asked for a better deal.Disregard everything I initially wrote. 2 days after we got our refrigerator home it stopped working. They would not send anyone out to look at it, we had to empty it and return it to the store. Rather than fixing it they told us to pick another refrigerator. There were noon in the same price range so we had to either go down in price or go much higher. There were units that 2 days before that were the same price now much higher. We took my second choice which was cheaper but they did not return the $100 difference. They were as different as night and day from kind & helpful to rude. A sign was up saying no refunds. It was not there when we purchased the refrigerator. Do. Not. Do. Business. With. These. People.

We ordered a large order of appliances, they delivered the wrong ones, after recollecting the wrong appliances they never shipped us the correct appliances, never issued a refund, and STOPPED ANSWERING OUR CALLS. The equipment I had purchased wasn't really cleaned or taken care of at time of my purchase it stopped working halfway through my warranty period which they did exchange for me with absolutely no problem. I mean I get it it's used appliances but a good once over and clean before u knowingly sell a appliance to a customer would be nice customer service.

Don't have any complaints about the staff. However the products are junk. Purchased a dryer for 300$. it worked for a week,then quit getting hot. Seeing it was still under warranty they let me exchange it for another one of equal value. Which o had no problem with at all except having to wait a week for them to bring the new one out and pick the old one up.well the 2nd one they brought out lasted just a week past the 3 month warranty. Now it's quit working. Smdh
