Went there to purchase fresh salmon. Was approached by the associate asking me, do you need help. Very professional. No waiting. Walked by fresh baked bread. Great variety. I picked up a sunflower sliced loaf. I use liquid Maggi seasoning. Kroger is the only store that carries it in the Danville area.

If I could give one star, I would. This location in Danville Kentucky is located on skywatch Dr has poor management and rude employees. So beware if there's a problem the Manger will not speak to you nor will they help to resolve any issues.

Kroger overall is good. However, a certain cashier was really rude today. No smile, slinging bagged groceries into the cart. Totally ignored when I said thank you and Merry Christmas!

Stopped here to pickup Cosmic Crisp Apples and chips. There is a large produce section here. It was July 3rd so most of the chip shelves were cleared. Used the UScan and everything went through fine. Larger selection than the Kroger in Harrodsburg.

Some people are just really rude there. I really don't think they care about these reviews. The store is really busy, because there are so few grocery stores around. I am going to contact Food Lion corporate to see if they would open a store in area. If Kroger has no competition, they will keep on acting the way they are. In fact I know somebody that lives in another area with a Food Lion and a Kroger and she likes Food Lion by far. Prices are better and the staff is accommodating.

Most of the employee's are friendly and smile, but the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist ugh, they need to find a new job. They are some of the rudest people. They do have a new young lady who was very pleasant on my last visit, which was very nice to see.The remodel has us wondering around trying to figure out where stuff moved to. Shelves are filling back up after the shortages during covid, but there are still a few holes. Overall they are pretty good, just not the pharmacy.

Most of the isles are so small two people can’t go down them at once. I also left a bag of groceries there once. I called later to tell them and they said the items were already put back on shelves. I didn’t have my receipt and nobody from bookkeeping was there so I couldn’t retrieve my left items I paid for.

Clean with helpful staff. The coupons from being a rewards member are relevant to previous purchases. Not enough cashiers and too many self-checkouts.

Kroger is the only grocery store that doesn't give me major anxiety. The design/layout isn't stark white and dreary like most other chain grocery stores. Produce and meats are always the best, especially their fish and fruits. Love the artisanal cheese and meat bar, the prosciutto de parma and humboldt fog cheese are my weaknesses. Online pickup here is SO much better than other grocery stores as well. Employees have always been friendly and helpful, especially the people working the meat department (those guys are the best).

The parking is complete madness as well as trying to get down an aisle. This place is always way too busy for a quick experience. As the store is truly too small for the amount of business it does.

Best Kroger pickup ever! I check in and someone is bringing my order out in less than a minute. Hardly ever a request for substitutions! I wish we were able to tip!

If you are getting your groceries through pick up, they evidently don't care about you. Throughout the pandemic (from 2020 to 2022) I have had expired produce included in my order and I just have to throw it out because I live 30 minutes from the store. Their advertisement of "fresh for everyone" is laughable when it comes to the pickup service.I have had items missing that they didn't pack. Without explanation, they will require you to come in the store for certain items instead of making them available for pickup. So if you are planning for a certain recipe you may have to make a trip inside the store anyway in addition to your pickup order outside.

If they didn't move stuff around all the time it would be awesome they have great parking and is handicap accessable including the entrances are very wide and they have handicap safe restrooms friendly staff great prices the spirits store for wines and liquors along with whatever your beer choice would be a selection of food that's second to none great job Kroger keep up the good work and making people smile.

This was a great Kroger store but now the employees are rude and very angry. Why shop at a store when you leave stressed out as the angry vibes in this store makes it not worth shopping here after 35+ years . I will shop at another market….just not at Kroger in Danville Ky.

It has a wide variety of food and products. The isles are a little narrow.. and needs have enough room to pass each other in them. But they have a pharmacy which is very good. I like the prices and sale items they offer.

Pharmacy absolutely horrible and rude people came to pick up a prescription which i called in they said it was in lexington they would have it transferred back and have it ready next day no problem called the store in lexington they said the pharmacist from Danville transferred the prescription to them ok accidents happen then next day they still do not have it it is still at lexington store wthem manager continues to be rude and cuss and lie about the situations stillLexingtonstore

Without going into to much detail my payment method was refused. They would not accept my card.I was on limited time I had all my children with me ages 6months-4 years old. I was trying to get groceries for the week and this was the only time I had to shop in between my job schedule and when I would have a working vehicle. When they refused my payment because I didn’t have my ID. Even though I had other proof of identification that they refused I started crying terrified of how I would feed my 4 children. I had no time to go to other stores this was legit my only time slot. So when they refused I started to cry and walked my children out of the store. I could then hear the cashiers laughing about how if I could afford to take care of my kids I shouldn’t have them, and how crying wouldn’t get my way with them. The store manager refused to even talk to me. When I called Kroger customer service while waiting in store I could still hear the cashiers giggling about how it was pointless of me calling customer service. the store manager refused my money but customer service made it right by issuing me a 75 credit.While rechecking out the cashier Kathy was extremely rude to my husband. She made sure to make it known to him and everyone around him that she wouldn’t accept the card. We done knew this but we were trying to use the credit Kroger customer service gave us. She was throwing my items in the bag talking how we were wrong for calling customer service we should have just left. Blah blah blah .This will be the last time I shop at this location. Kroger customer service A++Store manager and cashier Kathy (maybe she is a manger not so sure) treat others the way you would like to be treated. After the way you all treated me today you have some serious karma coming to you.Just a heads up if you are a low income family or a family on a budget they will judge you. They will belittle you. They think it’s funny to make you cry.

Recent changes in Management show lots of improvements. Two complaints...why are the top shelves in the freezer section so deep that it is impossible to reach items in the back? Also, at Noon on a Wednesday, only 2 lanes open and lines were 4-5 deep. Cleaner, neater and very friendly.

Store is great and I love Kroger stores ; but, their self checkout leaves a lot to be desired. I actually walked out without my groceries. Wouldn't let me scan my "Kroger coupons" which I could've lived without but it wouldn't let me pay. Help is on the way it said. It was 10pm and I understood that not many staffers left. But, no one came:-(. Sorry, for leaving those groceries to be restocked. Positive note, most staffers in the isles were pleasant

Really not a good place. Scan and go is a horrible machine. If yu don't put it in the bag it won't allow you to scan another item. To top that off, you start out with one person to watch you and then 7 more show up to "observe". Employees look as though they are more focused on talking then doing their job. Piss poor.

Click list is a joke. I figured picking up at 10 am would be faster but I've been here 25 minutes so far with people still in front of me. It's really pathetic.Not to mention workers wearing only face shields. That's stupid. Now their saliva can drop dust,my groceries.

I love Kroger! Just wish this location stocked the shelves more. Any sale items are out of stock almost immediately. Can never get the private selection bacon. Wish it stayed open 24 hours too.

Good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen foods, and a wide variety of items to meet everyone's needs. It's really nice that the price of a gallon of milk is much cheaper than it was several years ago. Also, the fuel station is one of the cheapest places in town to buy gasoline if you've earned your fuel points.

What happened to Campbell's Pork and Beans, two cans of Lucks Fried Apples(there are other brands) (Stock Glory) they are delicious. There was a buzillion varieties of Pineapple, what's with that and the bread shelves look like they had been bombed. Will I return? Sure I remain hopeful.
