We come here for bird food often, but they are frequently out of stock. I asked if they could order and keep more on hand, and they said, "No, what we get is what we get." They only keep 3 bags in stock that I've ever seen at once, and we buy 2 or 3 bags at a time. I wanted to support local, but I guess it's back to Amazon or Chewy for me. Otherwise, friendly staff and always clean.

I found this pet store to be extremely overpriced. I just thought I'd give my business to one of the small-town shops here close to my house. But they are too pricey. Otherwise, everyone was friendly enough I suppose. I recently called the store so that I could bring my Miniature Schnauzer to the groomer there. I have left multiple messages for them, and I called and spoke with the store employees asking for the groomer to call me. But that has been to no avail. Because I have been repeatedly told that the groomer left early and she would call me back with an appointment. That was almost three weeks ago and she still hasn't called me with an appointment. I am beginning to wonder if maybe they're in between groomers. This has Just been my personal experience.

Love the store but will never use their grooming department again. I’m absolutely in shock with the poor quality of their work. I never post negative comments/reviews but this is too much. All four dogs are patchy, they shaved my Yorkie’s face, when we asked for a trim around his eyes, they didn’t cut or trim his body, our labs nail fell off in my son’s hand, yes, fell off! If all that wasn’t enough, the other two were shaved down so much you can see skin and what hair any of them do have left is incredibly uneven! None of the dogs smell like they were bathed, and they were all stressed out. I understand that sometimes there can be miscommunication between the groomer and the dog owner and had the “cuts” been at least even and nails weren’t falling off I wouldn’t be posting this. When we called to inform the manager all we were told was we could get 20% off the $180 we spent on grooming. Shame on you, a much better response would have been that you will ensure your groomers have access to better training so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Terribly displeased with quality of my dogs grooming and hair cut today. Specifically went over what I wanted and they did the opposite. The areas that were trimmed and cut look like an at home job. I will not be using their service again. My dog used to have long hair on the top of her head. Disappointing to pay for this service.

This definitely will be our new go to place for our pet supplies.Absolutely the best staff I have came across in a long time at any store lately.Very friendly, plenty of choices, clean and smells good inside.Almost wanted to bring home a Chinchilla!

We went there and bought medium size dog diapers 12 in a pack for about 13$ because our baby Mia was in heat and they helped out quite a bit they were highly recommended for a dog in heat if you don't want to keep them in a dog pin

Great service, always friendly and the place is spotless.The animals are in clean cages and are given good enrichment, especially for a pet store. Hamsters are even given a good amount of bedding to nest in.I highly recommend getting any of your pet essentials from here. I had to pick up a large reptile heating pad before the freeze, so I was on a time crunch. Not only did they have it but I was expecting to pay upwards of $100 or more. Nope! $40 for the largest they had. I was more than excited and cannot wait to return to buy future items from here.

Large selection of pet supplies. The store was clean, the staff in store was friendly. Giving 4 stars because we called ahead to see if they had hamsters (before we made the 45 min drive) and once we got there, they did not 🙁

This store has just the right amount of stuff for all sorts of pets. I bought feeder bugs and fish, chicken food, dog food, cat littler, dog collar tags and leashes, bones etc. I've had fish before and their options are good and fish normally look healthy.I am going to try the dog wash station next as it looks to have everything I need for my big dogs.

Good prices friendly service. dog bathes are 12.99 a stall and they have almost anything you could think of for dog and cat. They have rabbits, ferrets, and mice and hamsters, they had a chinchilla as well as 2 beautiful birds go check them out if you havent yet

It was very hard to find what I was looking for. Signage was hard to see and items were not in intuitive locations. Prices are higher than you can find at Walmart or online so I shopped elsewhere even after I found my item.

This place has everything you need for your dog, cat, lizard, fish, rabbit...whatever. Some things are higher priced, but that's due to mainly the brand of the food. Staff is usually helpful and usually friendly.

Low selection, animal cages were gross, several employees and just myself and 1 other customer and NO ONE greeted us, asked if they could help, basically ignored the fact we were there. I left after about 10 minutes.
