Normally the girls that work at this location are great, very friendly but, this morning the girl working was beyond RUDE and extremely disrespectful towards my mother. My mom had been standing at the checkout for 5 minutes with her purchase and no one came to ring her out. She knocked on the office door and called out ( no answer) she proceeded to walk around the store calling for help and finally the girl working came around a corner my mom asked to be rung up for her products. She also told the girl she had been standing there for 5 minutes and the girl told her "NO YOU HAVEN'T " my mom told her yes she had and she kept telling my mom "No she hadn't "( over and over ) my mom told her she wasn't there to argue with her and to please just do her job so she could leave. At that point the girl flipped out and told her not to speak to her that way and my mom said what way she was speaking in a calm voice and with no cuss words and she said not to tell her what to do . My mom said again just do her job so she could be done and that's when the girl told my mom to leave. My mom was shocked and asked her if she was serious and wouldn't wait on her. The girl was shaking and told my mom to leave and not to bother calling the manager cause she was the manager. My mom is over 70 years old and doesn't have a mean bone in her body and it upsets me thinking she was treated that way .

Great selection but the cashier there today was extremely rude to a customer. The customer had her small child there and at check out the young lady didn't have enough money to cover everything. She asked if she could just return everything because she didn't understand how she didn't have the money and the cashier huffed and puffed about it then began to have an attitude with her. The young lady asked if the cashier could check the rest of us out while she tried to figure out what was going on and she said no. If I had the cash I would've gladly given it to her. This happened around noon today. Do better

Bathrooms were not properly marked. Had male and female but both had a sign with associate bathroom and one shopper's bathroom. They made the nasty men's room the shopper's bathroom and locked the womens "associate" bathroom.Had one register open while the other guy employee wasn't doing anything. Line was backed up down an entire isle. Customer even told the guy he needed to open another register but he still did nothing. We ended up leaving.

I really like the stuff at the DT butthe cleanliness of the Danville store is awful. If you want to see what is on a shelf you have to move a large carts of unpacked stock. I just don't like to go any more. .

Store is always busy but it takes forever to get through the checkout. Never more than one register open and the checkout line backed up halfway through the store. Last 2 times I've been in there I left the items. Pitiful.

Nice today, most shelves were stocked , frozen food is lacking but it could be the vender's issue, as always it was packed but today I got out quickly.

Dollar tree in Danville as a rude work in it she was going off and complain about one person per house but I ain't leaving 2 month old my son outside because of this witch. Her name is Tammy. She even made a small child with a nose bleed outside because his mother had his three siblings with her. He went outside with tears in his eyes and when I told him she can't make him go outside he said he didn't want to get his mom in trouble. Her attitude was awful.

Management made our purchase right after we forced the issue however the people operating the registers appear to be scamming some individuals by placing extra items on orders. Be wary and watch your receipts.

The check out lines are forever long and constantly changing from open to closed " I got to go to lunch or break". Its always and allways a gamble as to which line will open or close..Many times I've just had to leave my merchandise and get back to work...

Great place for that quick gift or just a quick shopping visit. Everything is a dollar so it's going to be cheap. They have new stuff every week so check back often.

I always love going to the Dollar Tree, you can find some really great deals on a lot of things. The store is always clean, and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
