Very rude evening management. I started doing self checkout with a relatively large order at around 10 minutes before closing when I was reprimanded by the manager for not scanning some new sheets that were hanging out of sight away from the register to scan vegetables as opposed to using the lookup on the machine. They said doing it the old way messes up their inventory but there was no signs stating for customers to do this. When I looked up the item in the computer it found it and worked fine on my end. I told the manager that if they had even one single lane open for an employee to ring customers up they wouldn't have to worry about me doing it wrong and she hatefully replied if you weren't here at closing time we would have a lane open. This was a few minutes before closing. Very rude and unnecessary.

Empty shelves and as soon as you find something you like they quit carrying it.The electronic , lawn an garden departments lacks knowledgeable people. Do companies no longer care about customer service?Really wish they would go back to being open 24 hours a day. They cannot claim that they are taking the hours that they are closed before they open to stock shelves for the simple fact there are still pallets full of merchandise sitting on the floor in between the aisles making it a hazard . The grocery pickup is nice but some of the employees would rather stand and chat then wait on customers they tend to ignore a phone call to check in not everybody has the app. Also they need better training on how to load groceries into a vehicle you should never put groceries underneath a 35 lb bag of cat food and the bread and eggs should always be handed to the driver or a passenger or at least asked where they want it to be put not left so that it will slide off into the floor and be crushed

Seeing as with the fortune walmart has made in the pandemic, its nice to see them not care about our safety. To cheap to open more then 1 manned lane all holiday season. Self checkouts and lane 5 alone with 50 people standing on top of each other, no way 6ft apart. Note the only extra lane they open was the belted self checkout number 2 forcing people to stand 2 ft apart while checking out. Meanwhile I counted 7 yellow vested managers standing up and CS with nothing to do laughing and having a good old time.What do you expect with this walmart, they had the first case in Kentucky in the bakery there.

The fat chick that was working the self checkout was rude and not helpful, so I should not have said fat chick I can't bring myself to say lady or anything flattering because she is a miserable person. I really wish Walmart could find itself again and quit hiring worthless people of course after this review they will send me a yada yada from someone at the coprate office saying contact us at this which does not amount to anything either

It's pretty sad they close self check out both sides and only have 5 lanes open and you still are paying 3 casheirs to just stand there and still get paid yet walmart still steadily raising prices no wonder your paying people just to stand there straight ridiculous its really a sorry way to run a store

Can't stand self checkout. I don't like having to do a job I don't get paid for or a discount. The workers watch you to make sure you scan everything an also check your reciept at door. And they only have one cashier with a line a mile long.Every one always seems in a rush an annoyed.

Spacing is ok in the clothing sections, but a little tight if you have a cart.Grocery section easy to get around.Store was clean. Staff were prompt, friendly and helpful.

Walmart is so convenient. I carry a bag on the back of my wheelchair scanning product barcodes as I go. At checkout time, I just pull up to the register, scan the code from the Walmart app, and pay with pre programmed card. I'm gone in less than a minute.

They have the nerve to ask if you want bigger items in bags and if you say no you're stopped at the door to show a receipt, it's just silly. I'm not even gonna talk about the fact they only do self checkout after a certain time at night..

The store stays clean, but I feel like a criminal when I go through the self checkout because the workers will stand ahead of you and watch if you use the self checkout with the moving belt. And they will ask you if you've scanned your pack of water or drinks as if I plan to steal them. Happens every time. There's no reason to make the shoppers feel uncomfortable and then check out the receipt before we leave. If the person at the door checks the receipt correctly that's proof we're not stealing, do one or the other.

The team leads are amazing and don't get enough credit for what they do. Laura, Brooke and Mary do a amazing job in apperal. Jessica the coach is a true sweetheart. I just worked there and I didn't leave because of them because they truly was a great team of ppl to work with. I wish the corporate part of Walmart cared about their employees and that ppl have families and their schedule and point system is why they have a high turnover. I have worked in Cynthiana 591 2 times and I truly love the staff.

PATHETIC!! Most mismanaged place in Cynthiana. When customers can walk up and see empty dairy shelves with cases of products sitting behind them, there is definitely a management problem.

It would be nice to do self checkout and go out a door without feeling like you're leaving a prison. We get stopped every time by some old person who wants to look at a receipt. Yet, they don't seem to actually check anything. Feels more like harassment. If this place turns into Sam's Club I wont be shopping there anymore.
