One of the best grocery stores ever. You'll always feel welcome and like you're family. You'll definitely get more for your money, and the store is always organized and clean and the staff is absolutely amazing. I can't speak for other Rulers locations but the Cynthiana location has always been so professional and clean. Fresh produce , and great prices!

Great place, very low prices. Limited selection, but lots of Kroger Brand, Kroger Simple Truth, Kroger Psssst, & Kroger Private Selection. A modest selection of other name brand items, but the ones they have are good ones. Well worth taking the time to explore the store. You'll save an enormous amount of money! Seriously.

This is a great store! A small selection of name brand products, but most are Kroger, Kroger's Private Selection, & Kroger's Pssst brands. You won't find every thing you might want/need, but it's ridiculously inexpensive. Take a quarter with you for a cart (they don't have to pay cart herds), and your own bags (or a quarter each for heavy reusable plastic bags). If you want to save a lot of money for quality products, this is your place. It is a division of the Kroger Company.

First time going here. Kroger brand items for a cheaper price. Not the vast selection that a normal Kroger has, but the basics. And you can use Kroger card to get fuel points.

I guess it's a decent store sometimes the lines are backed way up and they don't open up other registers to help you get out of there even though they had a sign hanging up when there's more than three customers online that will open another one half the time they don't

Cynthiana Rulers is a great place to shop for groceries! It is very clean, never any unpleasant odors, and fantastic prices. Employees are very helpful too!

A great little grocery store everything you need nothing you don't mostly organic food from what I can tell I don't like the fact that you got to put a quarter to get the cart but whatever they also do not give you a grocery bags which keeps them out of the landfill

Need to change store hours. They are open everyday. I know they are open till 9pm on weekdays. Nice store!
