Always out of all kinds of merchandise. whenever I get items on sale and I am on my way home and look at the receipt I find that the discount was not taken off. This happens every time I go with numerous items.

Would be a great store but everytime I'm in there. The isles are always blocked with carts of stuff that shed be on the shelves, it's a headache and in some cases kind of dangerous to get around. On a side note the cashiers are always nice and helpful.

Out of a lot of products. Got about half of what I went after. Someone needs to have a talk with soft drink vendors. They never have some products, and vendors would bring more if they are asked. Sure would be a good place for a real store.

The store often closes earlier then supposed to and when busy lines are too long because cashier is stuck at register trying to move as fast as (s)he can while the manager on duty is too busy outside smoking and talking to friends. The other night, I passed the store and it was dark and closed 15 minutes prior to closing time. I have worked for both Dollar as an ASM and Family Dollar as a SM and would never have gotten away with half as much as these managers are getting away with. I feel sorry for the cashier's as they are not getting the team support they need and deserve from management. As a manager that smoked, if it wasn't busy and I went outside to smoke, once done, I'd open my register and let my cashier go smoke. If ever more than 3 customers in line management is to open their register to alleviate a line and customers from having to wait. Anymore all people care about is that paycheck. Without customers, there is no job and no paycheck. Whomever the district manager is needs to step up and make changes. I urge the DM to sit and watch especially closing procedures and they will see what's going on
