The people here ate very friendly and there service is fast. We didn't wait but maybe 3 mins for our order.. they are polite as well... quick service will be going back!!!

Went through the drive thru this past Saturday morning at breakfast and the lady taking orders did not pay attention to us a bit. Rushed us and kept saying is that all... cut us off and we had to finish ordering at the pick up window. Was told to park and they'd bring our order out and after about 15 minutes of waiting they brought the food wrong. Disappointing

Slow service. And the last three weekends, they’ve been closing earlier & earlier. 10 last Friday, and now 7 this Friday. Which I’m sure they are loosing a lot of business. Weekends is when restaurants make $$$. the girl that works the drive thru window is super nice. But it doesn’t help the fact, food comes out super slow. We usually sat & wait atleast 10 mins or longer. They are the laughing stock of the town. Business owners take offense when they are called “as slow as Hardee’s” and that’s pretty sad. By the time you get ur burger, ur fries are super cold or vice versa. Most Hardee’s normally has good food. I think it’s just poor management. Coz the quality is possible. It’s just the service/execution. If you want cinnamon biscuits, you will wait!

Hardee's has lost its touch lately. They need to make sure to bag check especially before giving it to costumer. The past several times my order has been wrong, also forgot both fries an another time my hash browns. The past two visits same day different times my burgers were cold and so dry I barely could eat it, I just tossed it garage. I really like Hardee's, but very disappointed in the service lately!!!!

The food was really fresh and served quickly but there was a very rude, loud, unprofessional manager that made you want to turn around and go elsewhere. I think her name is Wilma. She was very rude to the employees trying to wait on me and acted like speaking to the customers was beneath her.

WORST restaurant in Cumberland. Very understaffed, so the top manager can get bonuses. Routinely have to wait long times on simple orders. Should been replaced by McDonald's years ago, but stubborn old ppl who own the town refuse to allow new businesses to open. Now the town is dying off. Not a good tourist place either, its a lie. Hotels are garbage besides one.

Love there big hit ham an cheese sandwiches. And the only sweet tea I'll drink. Don't go inside but drive thru is fast and they are nice when I get to the window.

Everytime and i do mean EVERYTIME we go through the drive thru we get told to pull to white line or parking lot. OK that's fine I understand its hectic waiting on everyone BUT having go set at white line or parking lot for over 30 mins is a little more than ridiculous!! If that's not bad enough the bag of food that gets brought out to you isn't even what you ordered or they fail to put half of order in bag and what is there is so cold and dry a dog wouldn't eat it. AND if that that isn't already worse enough when you go into restaurant to ask for correct order you get snapped at..looked at as if you're in the wrong. Not by ALL workers but definitely by a few. ESPECIALLY the one that is suppose to be the manager. Like I said above I UNDERSTAND it gets hectic and frustrating BUT there is no excuse for the way things are done at Hardees in Cumberland, KY.

The breakfast has got less and the prices are going up for two people to eat at Hardee's now is over 30 something dollars 9 dollars for breakfast for one person and you ask for extra and they will make you pay for extra but not give you anything so make sure you look

rude workers, bad presentation, cold sloppy food, slow service.one restaurant you will not won't to visit my experience was terrible and i will never go back to this slop of a restaurant again. aside from being rude and slow before during and after taking my order my food being cold and sloppy placed together a cockroach running on the floor while i was eating i did not take another bite and advice any other person not to eat there and if you do and you get sick don't ask why

Great food and staff is very nice (ignore next part) the most important part is that you have to get the right to eat and drink a little bit more water than it does to prevent it and you have a shirt that you can give it away to your own baby or you will always be a little more careful when you're on a diet or diet and diet or exercise and diet and exercise your body can be used for your health and care to help your doctor

People on that front line just holler an scream man really is it necessary for all that. If there where enough workers there would be shouch a wait there. I mean you see 4 on the front an in the back 99% of the time there is only 1 or 2 people in the back working like a dog.

Asked the Manager if I could swap the ham for chicken on the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich. She said, "Yes Sir, for a $3.00 charge (!!)I said, "No Mam! I will not pay $3.00 to exchange chicken for ham.....No, Thank You!Highway Robbery!!
