So I came here expecting to spend a good amount of money but only left with one thing which is sad because I had just come from family dollar down the street where I just spent over $200.00. You might be wondering 🤔 why would she spend that much at one and so little at the other.. answer is simple at FD I was able to go through the whole store buying stuff I didn't even know I wanted because I was able to see and get to everything they had whereas DG had almost every section blocked with carts and boxes where you couldn't even get through by yourself let alone with a cart. The really sad part is they only had one employee at the time was stocking then having to stop and wait on customers so there was no point in having all that blocking things.. this seems to be happening alot when I go in lately. If I can't get my cart through then I'm not going through simple as and I'm not the only one that feels that way so you're missing out a lot of money.

I had bought sale items, but the sale price wasn’t reflected on my receipt. I had to beg him to look see what I was seeing. Then he acted dumb. I ask him for adjustment. He said I’m not going to do it but if you want to return it, I’ll do that. Wow. Then he took off to back of the store and let the girls handle my return. He threw them under the bus and those girls didn’t realize that. They were too busy having a hen fest over me than to realize what he did. She did my returns and told me to have a nice day. Quite nasty. I told her oh don’t say that. That new girl is the worst. I had bought stuff there, take it to the counter and it was more than what was on the shelf. They adjusted for me. This day I was told no. Clearly marked sale. Dg got into trouble for that. Was on the news. I walk back in the store 5 minutes later and those girls were holding up 5 or 6 customers in line going on about it. DG drama queens. All I did was ask for an adjustment and they wanted to fight.

I've lived in crittenden for 25 years and see different managers. There's only 1 that was extreme helpful that was Sharon. They need more people. They don't have enough people to stock shelves. Isles are full of clutter and orders on carts. It's gone down hill in the past 2 years. It's a shame. I shop there often.

Joe; clerk at the Crittenden Dollar General, is excellent at customer service. He is always ready to help and is friendly and easy with whom to converse. He makes it a pleasure to visit the store.

This store could be a great store if they could keep stuff in stock or shelved and had more employees. It's nothing to go to this store and see delivery carts loaded up and down the aisles blocking stuff and only one person on duty trying to stock shelves and run front register. I've been to this store a few times and would have to leave my stuff up front and hunt for an employee so I could pay for my stuff.

My son is autistic non verbal. I’ve become use to people staring and whispering but not speaking to him. The lady that was their tonight 8/3/2019 at 6:45 pm went out of her way to speak to him anyways. She was so kind to him it almost brought me to tears. I will go out of my way to shop here from now on.

I purchased prune juice which is the cheapest. Most places it's at least 5. I also got 2 - 20 ounces coke products and their sale price was 2 / 3 and I didn't notice till we had already left the store. It didn't ring up that it was 1.90 a piece. I'm sure they didn't notice. I usually don't go to this one cause it's pretty far away for me or I would have taken it away. I'm sure they would have fixed it for me so all I am saying is watch when they ring up you merchandise so the price is right. God bless you.

One of the managers was very helpful when I needed two or three items to put me on the right direction. The cashier was so nice and friendly. Great experience today

Phone is never answered, I go up always outside smoking.. Products take forever to get unpacked and put on the shelves. I asked for a week about diapers and was told over and over they are in the back and we have not been able to get to them, until finally one lady went to the back and brought me what I had been asking for and it took her no time at all to get them.. My family is on a budget and I choose to buy my grandsons diapers there bc they re the only ones that do not break him out, and do not cost a lot,so the days that no one wants to unpack them, I have to use another brand and they hurt him. How hard is it to keep theses kind of things stocked!.

Dollar General is the best thing to happen for so many reasons, variety, great prices, friendly employees, good hours and digital coupons on top of the savings you get daily! Compare prices to anywhere else and the bargain always seems to be Dollar General!

I don't get where people are saying this place is always dirty!? No it isn't! Try the Family Dollar on Violet Road.... It's a dirty dump! I appreciate all the work at the Dollar General to keep it clean and things in order!! 😊

Probably the friendliest Dollar General I've been to. Wish they sold a diet version of thier generic canned soda pop. Would also be nice if more of the merchandise was made in America

Selection is outdated and just sucks to put it simply. No one ever answers the store phone and it takes 5-10 min for an employee to notice your standing at the checkout counter.

Who doesn't like the dollar general? I like there cheap clothing options because I do painting and construction. I can buy some jogging pants and a shirt for 10 bucks and tear them up or just toss them

Was disappointed, they did not have any Scot paper towels. I use them when I wash windows, because they do not leave lint unlike other towels. I'll try again.
