I have to say this is the biggest and nicest Walmart that I have been too.Not only was it very clean but it was very well organized and neat.I enjoyed walking through it and admired all "little of Everything" Walmart Supercenter has to offer.This store literally had everything.From Food and Electrics to Entertainment. Babies to Adults Clothes for every occasion. Everything related to household including decor, as well as mechanical to cleaning supplies, medicine, and the list continues.Great job to the people that work there. You truly made this Walmart Supercenter a great experience for me. I honestly think that every Walmart in the entire USA should take an example from you and setup every other store the same way. You guys are doing an amazing job and Walmart should recognize you all for the great work you do.Walmart, all your employees at this store deserve a BIG FAT BONUS!!!!!

The management here is terrible and near never present. I go there a few times a week and every time I have tried to find someone for the paint, mechanic, or outdoor hunting departments, no one is to be found or knows where to find someone who is trained on the these areas. I waited for 30 minutes and left due to no one showing up after asking multiple workers for someone for the fishing license. As well as 20 minutes for someone in the paint department. Once someone finally arrived, they weren’t able to use the machine and then told me I would have to wait another 20 for the machine to get going. This place is horribly staffed and a very disappointing Walmart.

Store was clean and employees helpful. The Walmart app needs a lot of work! I drove out of my way to get an item that the app said was available at this store but when I arrived it said out of stock. I checked and found it was in stock but for more than the app said? Thank you to the kind employee who did a price adjustment!

The outside looks like your typical Walmart, but walk in and...Holy ****! I've never in my life walked into a Walmart and been knocked off my feet. I don't know how old this building or business is but it is immaculately clean. Not just clean but organized, tidy, shelves and produce staged like a scene in a friggin movie set.My better half and I went in just to pick up a couple things after being stood up by the Hewitts tax service. Which is conveniently located inside this establishment(Follow me to see my review on that fiasco later). Check out the photos they speak for themselves! In my opinion managers of other Walmarts should be required to tour this place, to establish an incentive. My next review is of our local Walmart check it out in comparison. We will have two Walmarts that are closer, and would have to drive 13mins farther to come again, but that's what we are going to do! Staff was great and bathroom was just as clean. Hey Mr./Ms. Manager, give your employees a bonus! 💯 SV

I went into Walmart simply needing to buy a lab coat apron. What I got was an experience I will never forget. My item was so hard to find, they do not take apple pay, the card swiper doesn’t work without inserting the chip (which also didn’t seem to work) three times THEN swiping, and the employees overall made everything even more complicated. At least I got my apron after AN HOUR.

Some of the employees are friendly and down to earth. Most of them are snarling and looking at you like you're trying to steal the store.They try to act friendly but they're faces say different.

Absolutely abhorrent service MULTIPLE times in a row. It’s wrong and unjustifiable/inexcusable.Came to get perfume for my wife for Christmas. This is the third time that I have waited by a locked case for over 15 to 20 minutes with nobody eventually coming. Today, I asked and associate to call someone as I stood there with two broken bones in my foot and a torn tendon in a medical boot. I waited 22 minutes before finally going to customer service upon my arrival and asking about the locked case, they could not find the keys anywhere.

Employees are extremely rude and lazy! I needed smokes and was told lane 9 is closed and that employee was the only one at the store. Like really only one employee in the whole store 😂. So glad I don't have to experience this at other locations. What a joke. She straight up said I needed to go do my shopping somewhere else.

I drive to Crestwood Walmart once a month to stock up. My kids and I were in Bashford Manor Walmart parking lot while a guy was getting stabbed in the head and I was parked, waiting for Pickup, when there was a shooting in the parking lot. So, it's a no-go zone for me. Very safe at Crestwood location. Parking lot is tidy & doesnt look like a giant dumpster. Truly a mystery why this location is so clean. Made a return & it took less than 5 minutes. Cashiers are friendly and cheerful. Everybody bashes Walmart but this location is very nice. Like stepping back in time and shopping in the 80s. Always a very pleasant shopping experience! Worth the 20 min drive.

Experience was really disappointing no different than any other store. Crowded. Long check out lines. Rude workers. Not to mention the extremely obvious lose prevention people. I mean it got the the point where my children are uncomfortable thinking some strange creepy man is following us to take one of them. Shame on you Walmart. All the money in the world could not advance your stores. It's the ppl running it. Period!

If I could give more stars, I would. Traveling from Louisville to Ohio in November on the 1st snow day of the year my friend hit a pothole on the highway which flattened both of my driver's side rear tire. Coming out of a rest area off the highway after swapping out my flat for the donut spare in the trunk we realized not only did the rear tire bust, so did the front tire on the same side... We seemed to be out in the middle of nowhere but he called a tow truck while I googed Wal mart hoping to find one nearby. To my surprise there was one at the next exit, about a 10 min drive. To make matters better, they had an auto service center! Could I get any luckier?! I called to see if they had my tires in stock because I always get my tires from a location in Ohio, and they had them!! The tow truck arrived within 15-20 minutes. He towed us to the next exit and just a short drive from there to the Wal Mart. I've never spent less than a couple hours when I've had tires put on my car at other locations and that is usually with a scheduled appointment. We arrived, went in and talked to the super friendly and very knowledgeable lady working in the tire center and she told the driver to drop my car at one of the bay doors. He did and they got my car right in and up on the rack. My friend and I told the lady at the counter that we were going to do some shopping and get a few things and she told me she would call the number on the paperwork we filled out when my car was ready. We were about 15-20 min into walking around the store getting a few things when my phone rang, it was the tire center, my car was done! Record time I'm telling you! From the time my tires blew out to the time we were back on the road was just a little over an hour of lost driving time. Anyone who has ever broke down while on vacation or anywhere for that matter knows this is unheard of. I couldn't believe it! Got back on the road and no balance issues or anything at all with my tire installation. It was perfect! A big thanks to the guys at the tire center at this location and the awesome lady that works the register at the tire center. You all made what could have been a really bad ending to my vacation, a wonderful experience! Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

This Walmart Supercenter in Crestwood, Kentucky is the BEST Walmart I have ever been in. My daughter use to attend school in the area. Yesterday, I drove 30 minutes to get my oil changed at this store. The service was GREAT. Very much worth the drive. (The store 2 miles from my house only have 2 employees working at their Car Care Center and could not even perform an oil change.)The Crestwood store is a much nicer environment...not so 'rushed' feeling, almost like a 'hometown' feeling. I will be back!

It seems to be hit & miss sometimes you can find someone who's willing to assist in find what you're looking for and sometimes you get someone who doesn't want to be bothered. Walmarts aren't always clean & sometimes there are parents who just let their kids run amuk. Literally chasing each other & screaming. I used to like to shop there but I only go there to get a few things.

No lanes open on a Wednesday at 7:45pm. Only self checkout. A full basket of items and I’m forced to check myself out while the cashier watches me. I’m doing his job. Two workers standing inside customer service watching as they see I’m upset. Not one word from anyone. Employ people to have a line open at all times. Walmart, your customers deserve better.

So I was in a dangerous situation where my tires were about to blow out so I called walmart and they had my size tires and said they could mount them and balance and offered me road hazard coverage and it was a miracle that I made it there. Well I'm walking around walmart for an hour waiting for them to finish my car and they called me back to tell me they were not going to do my tires because I have custom rims and I even offered to sign a waiver relieving them of any liability if any damages were to occur and they still refused and made me risk driving my car somewhere else. Well I didn't make it instead I'm broke down on the interstate with 2 blown tires thanks walmart
