The Pet Wellbeing people are very nice and quite helpful. Their products are great too. We have been using their Thyroid Support for our cat, Oliver, who was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. It has worked wonderfully, like a miracle. He no longer has hyperthyroid symptoms and is doing very well. Absolutely amazing product and company! The oral care medicine saved my cats teeth! She has stomatitis and will eventually need a full dental extraction. She can now chew food and no more gum bleeding with this medication. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had the please to deal with!

Pet Wellbeing products have been a game changer for our senior moggy - genuinely we thought she was on her last legs, she was struggling to jump up and her behaviour was changing. Stumbled upon Old Friend drops and the change was almost instant and sustained - we're five years on from that moment and she is still doing great! We have also used their Healthy Gums and Teeth drops which really saved the day (and quite a lot of money in vet bills). The Calming Care drops were essential when we moved house - both for the journey and the early days of transitioning into the new environment - the results were so much better than we could have imagined. My kitty just started with kidney support for two weeks, it is too soon to say whether the supplement is helping her or not but good thing is, it's not giving her any side effects or problems. I love the customer service team, they are so knowledgeable and compassionate. This company is top notch, all the way around!! I ordered some supportive supplements for my 11 year old boxer that was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma and pancreatitis. I put them on authorship, thinking that she might have another few months with us. She passed (just shy of a week after receiving my order). I emailed them to cancel the auto ship subscription, and they not only sent me a nice email with their condolences, but also refunded me for the order. I am amazed at their care and compassion for their customers. I will sing this companies praises to everyone. If I ever open my heart to have another dog, or ever need anything for my cats, I will be ordering from this company, no question about it, and I will definitely recommending them to my friends and family!! I have been using Pet Wellbeing for my cats for a couple of years now and am so very pleased with the results! I have one cat with a cough and the Lung Gold has been amazing. My other cat is almost 18 and quite arthritic and I use Agile joints for him with good results as well. My third cat has liver issues and I just started with the Milk Thistle for him. It’s too early to say if it’s working, but already I have noticed less vomiting. Thank you Pet Wellbeing and let me add, your customer service is top notch!

Best customer service I have received in a LONG LONG time. This company genuinely cares about the customer and animals. I have only just used the products so I can’t give an honest review on how they work yet but I’m pretty confident in saying how reliable, empathetic and professional the service provided is. I will try anything to help my baby get better. Email or message the company if you have questions, especially regarding medication clashes etc, and they are fast responding.

I was told how these products worked for a friend’s pet and ordered that same day. The shipment was super quick but unfortunately my baby’s body had succumbed to her illness before getting a chance to try. I will definitely try these products in the future for other pets. I'm extremely grateful for this company - not just their amazing products, but their care, kindness and compassion for their customers.I most recently ordered one of their Cancer Kits for my cat who was diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately, we caught it too late and he passed away the day after I placed my order. I reached out to the support team about cancelling the order and Vincent and team Pet Wellbeing were kind and understanding of my situation.Not only did they cancel my order and process a refund, but they also sent me a lovely card in the mail with their condolences for my cat's passing.Their care for their clients and the pets they serve goes beyond the natural ingredients and their amazing products and extends to their care and consideration for their customers they serve. These products have worked amazing for our dog. Their customer service is fantastic. I just bought another round of Lung Gold. But sadly our boy is not doing great so I went to cancel the order. They responded immediately, refunded my card and said to donate the product when I receive it as it had already shipped. We've been using Lung Gold, Life Gold and Immuno Mushroom. I truly believe they have extended his life after his cancer diagnosis.

What a wonderful small business to deal with! They have very knowledgeable customer service staff available 7 days a week to answer your questions - how rare is that to find these days! They advised me what products I should try and shipped same day. I can’t wait to use their products and am hoping they will make an improvement in my dog who has cancer.

What a great company, with an excellent lineup of products to match.Their customer service is A+ all the way! They have a veterinarian you can ask questions to, to see if their products would work well with or counter-act with any medications your pet may be on. They ask follow-up questions to best help you and will honestly tell you if their product should be used or not. They offered to further consult with me if I did decide to forego the vet rx and go with their product and how to tweak usage because of another medication the little guy is on and encourage you also discuss the plan with your existing vet. They aren’t just worried about making a sale.The product I purchased for my cat with a heart condition wouldn’t work for him because of one of the medications he’s on and they told me I shouldn’t give if I choose to keep him on that med. They then had the item refunded to me via Amazon (where I purchased and Amazon would not let provide refund because it is considered a food/supplement) and told me to donate or do with as I see fit with the product I couldn’t use.Their Urinary Gold formula is excellent and I’ve used on all my feline boys, since they are prone to urinary blockages and it’s worked wonders for them.Thank you, Pet Wellbeing for being the company that you are!

I have been giving my dog who has severe heart disease (11 year old mixed breed) the Young At Heart supplement for a very long time. It has been two years and five months since being diagnosed. She has already outlived what the vets have said they see on her echocardiogram. I absolutely swear by this supplement and I honestly believe that this is what has kept her going all this time! They refunded me my money on an order that i made a mistake on but had already shipped and told me to just donate it. They are very understanding. I wish more than I can convey that I had found Pet Wellbeing sooner and had been aware of my precious dog's diagnosis earlier. She was 17 or 18- as an animal shelter girl we never knew for sure- and about 2 weeks ago had a domino of things happen that overwhelmed her. One of her diagnoses was Cushing's. In reading the reviews of the supplement your company makes I was sure, no doubt, that she would get great benefit from taking Adrenal Harmony and I planned to not give her the Rx with all the side effects that had been prescribed.She then developed pancreatitis and an infection and before the Adrenal Harmony could arrive she passed away on January 20th. I had hoped to be able to return the Adrenal Harmony unopened and contacted customer service. The most compassionate person replied on Sunday- much to my surprise- and expressed sympathy and told me they would issue a refund and I didn't have to send the product back. He also sent links that led me to grief support and books for people who have lost pets that I would not have known were out there.I tried to send the product back via UPS since it was not opened but they would not take it. The emails I received from the person I was communicating were sincere and genuine and I can't tell you how much they meant. Any health issues any of my pets ever have in the future- this will be the first place I check for a natural solution.

Pet Wellbeing provides a great service to people who want to treat their pets holistically. I believe my cat has hyperthyroidism. I did a lot of research and all the options provided by the traditional vets are not something I want put my beautiful Elle through.... drugs that would make her comatose, isotope shots or removal of the glands all seem too extreme to me. I opted for the Thyroid Gold. The yowling out of hunger stopped within a week, and she is getting progressively better. She has lost a little weight but she still grooms her coat, drinks lots of water and can make it 5 hours without a meal. Thats progress for us. I am thankful there is an option like Pet Wellbeing to serve the public.

I had purchase young at heart drops for my senior pom x shih tzu in hopes they could help him. He has chf and a few other health issues going on.i spoke with a lovely lady named Erin who gave me so much wonderful information. I had purchased as well some omega 3 and kidney support gold. I had some email correspondence with Otis who answered all of my questions and gave me do's and don'ts with their product and compatibulty with my dogs prescriptions. Unfortunately the young at heart drops werent going to help my old guy, but they refunded my money no questions asked within a few minutes. Your product seems to help, Patch is more himself. I have adjusted dose to two drops am and pm for him. The 5 drops was too much. He did get his 3 month blood work from his radiactive Iodine treatment for hyperthyroidism. Those results are normal now. His other blood work was normal but kidneys valves increased slightly. Patch eats and drinks very good. Bowel movements closer to normal now. He goes outside every day in yard for awhile. He plays some. He is 16 and was quite sick with hyperthyroidism before. He was a rack of bones Now he has muscle. Needs to gain about a pound still. The drops now that I have adjusted dose lower seems to help him. While doctoring for hyperthyroidism it was found he was starting into stage 2 Kidney disease. The thyroid specialist is optimistic about that improving as Patch gains a little more weight and strength. I am praying that he will be around a couple of more years and healthy. But I do not want him sick again like he was. I will let him join some other loved pets of mine in garden before that happens.

I have already bought the lung gold for my maltipoo that is suffering from collapse trachea,I started the medication as of march 11th ,2024 and I have already saw an amazing result so far ,it seems the medication was working the same day ,this is the third day I started, and the vet have tried steroids and some cough drops ,I have been dealing with this since October of last year. ,and I was just searching online for any remedies that can help my maltipoo,I called him MELO, his name is Carmelo ,he just turned 10 years old as of march 8th ,2024, his very active dog ,he goes with me to do two miles every other day but due to the collapse trachea,I have to reduce his walk to one mile walk. I'm very impressed so far,it helped to reduce my anxiety because every time I watched my maltipoo coughing since October it makes me sad, and after few steroids and cough drops , I decided to get an X-RAY and that is when we discovered that the coughing was from collapse trachea. This medication is a stress reliever. Our precious 12 year old Shih tzu Pepper was diagnosed with metastic lung nodules as well as a heart mass 2 years ago. I chose not to follow the chemotherapy route, because I didn’t want to subject him to too much discomfort. I started using the Mushroom Immune Therapy right away and noticed his energy and appetite increased. He loved his walks and his toys for the longest time, and I attribute this to the mushroom therapy. It built up his immune system and gave Pepper the best quality of life he could have. Unfortunately he passed away on March 1st because he became paralyzed. He had arthritis and eventually he couldn’t walk anymore. It was horrible making the decision to euthanize him but he was in too much pain. The Mushroom Gold Therapy was definitely the answer and I am so grateful to Pet Well-being for their hard work producing this product.

After three weeks and adding vitamin B 12, my Boston, Mojo, has began leaps and bounds improvement. He no longer is frantic for food and water. His demeanor is calm, without the anxious panting. His is putting on a little muscle and ribs are not as prominent. His mind is much clearer and he is so impressed with this improvement. He will be 14 on April second. I am so thankful for each week he is still here for us to love.
