Stop to put gas and a restroom stop. Girl by the name of Dani was ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!! Myself and 3 other people were waiting in line to use bathroom. I believe she overheard when we said wonder how long it’s going to be, with attitude she said it’s going to be AWHILE with a rude voice! I said what’s a while she answered as long as it takes!! Wow! We 3 looked at each other, and said geez she doesn’t have to be so rude, and we heard her say something, I said Excuse me I didn’t hear you, her response was if I was talking to you, you would hear what I had to say!!! Her attitude was the worst I have ever experienced just waiting in a restroom to be cleaned, notice her talking to another employee and she said, I’m about to let loose! Not sure what she meant by that!! But we ignore her and used the men’s restroom because when you got to go you go! And we could tell she had no intention in finishing up cleaning that bathroom while we where there.My suggestion don’t stop here, it was uncomfortable to be around someone that obviously is full of anger. I understand bathrooms are not my favorite to clean, but a job is a job.

The bathrooms were clean and even smelled good, this place was the closest to the use bathroom due to construction at closed rest stops prior. Great Job!!

I stop here every day after work for gas, drinks, snacks, etc. Today 1/27/21. I stopped. Bought 2 packs of cigarettes, got back in my car, opened a pack and the side of the box, along with 6 cigarettes were crushed. I brought it back inside and even though the cashier wanted to change them out for me, she said she could not do so as store policy says because I "left the store" she can't take them back.The rest of the pack was stale, so threw them away.Kudos to her for doing her job correctly, the workers here are always pretty fast and kindbut obviously this is a problem with management.I will not stop here again, and will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I come from out of town there line was long.Only one cashier her name was Candice she was a SUPER SUPER SWEETHEART. Older gentleman that worked there wouldnt even acknowledge me.He was just sitting on a trash can at the coffee station. Completely being rude while the one cashier "Candice" was helping all these people..He was talking too a blonde head lady who i assumed was a manager. And wouldnt help anyone.

Driving.home from a weekend of Bourbon in Louisville and I was hurting real bad. My "buddy" suggested Starbucks, but I said "the hell with that garbage, let's go to this gas station". All I needed was 16 gal of unleaded and something greasy to soak up all the liquor in me. At $2.92, the breakfast burrito in the warming shelf hit the motha f***** spot. And it had hash browns in it!. Def coming back here again. And the employee was nice too.

When the manager is wearing a mask under his chin, then its quite obvious this place can't follow simple regulations.Bathroom was nastier than a 2 dollar lot lizard. Stay healthy. Avoid this fivestar.I myself turned around and said im not giving them my money.

I wish I could give negative stars. Out of the 3 employees working at 0430, only 1 was making any sort of effort. The other two were too busy talking/flirting to give a damn that the place was filthy, no coffee was made (NONE - the one pot that had coffee had an old time written on it) and the bathrooms - don't even go there. I love Five Star, but I will never go back to this location in Crestwood until some serious changes are made.

HUGE shout out to this gas station!! My family & I were traveling home to Michigan from Tennessee. We stopped here for a rest stop. Over half way home, my daughter realised her wallet was missing😞 She was devastated. She worked hard to save up almost 50 dollars for our vacation. We retraced her steps in our minds and came to the conclusion her wallet fell out of the car & into the parking lot. We were already almost home & thought it was gone forever. In an extreme long shot, I called & got in touch with NENA😍 She said she had the wallet, someone turned it in, with all the money!! Thank you random person in Kentucky! A huge thanks to NENA for sending my daughter's wallet back to her in the mail💗 she is so happy. Love your southern hospitality & this act of kindness is one for our family's record books!

As far as gas stations go this I've is above average. The food and drink selection is good and the gas prices are usually lower than in Louisville.

Since they switched to opening at 4 the morning staff is horrible. Rude. They have headohones in and the older man is always saying something passive aggressive
