I have tried 3 different groomers In Louisville over the last 6 months. Mac was communicative and asked specific questions about my Pomeranian and Golden Retrievers. She was accommodating of my elderly dogs and spent so much attention to the details. Would highly recommend!

It is my first experience with Dogmetology. Every minute I drove was worth it. The place is very cozy and clean. The girls give you a warm welcome and explain any questions in detail, they are very friendly and professional. The care and treatment of our little ones is unparalleled. And if that were not enough they have incredible prices for their services. I would recommend this wonderful place with my eyes closed.

I am so glad that we found Dogmetology! We came from a previous dog groomer that really just cared about the dollar and as soon as I walked in Dogmetology, I knew it was a perfect fit. From the customer service to the coziness of the place, it has been great.Mac and her team are extremely friendly and professional. They truly care and take the time to explain things in detail. She has perfected our pup to look like the doodle she is and I Highly recommend, 11 out of 10!

We came to Dogmetology looking for someone who had experience with Standard Poodles. We have a 60lb+ Standard Poodle that is a year and a half and still has a lot of puppy in him. He was skittish of the groomers after some very bad experiences. Mikaela has worked with Theo over the last few months to get him more comfortable and he now loves going to see her. She has spent the time to educate me on the proper tools needed to ensure his coat stays looking as fantastic as possible for the most amount of time between visits. I highly recommend Mikaela and all staff at Dogmetology. We will never take our boy anywhere else!

I’ve taken my Lucy girl here three times now and it’s been a wonderful experience every time. The owner, Mac, has been the one I’ve worked with and she is great with the dogs and has very great customer service. Lucy always looks and smells amazing when I pick her up. I recently switched my pomibears from their groomer of 4 years, and I am beyond impressed! Hannah made my pups look and feel fantastic. The grooming service was top-notch, and my dogs came out looking adorable and happy. Hannah and Mac are friendly, professional, and communicate so well. The trans-fur-mation my dogs have every single visit is astonishing. Calynn always deserves a round of ap-paws! I have one dog who has severe anxiety and requires a lot of patience. My other dog is a senior dog and needs a lot of extra special attention, I shih tzu not!! I would follow her anywhere to groom my fur babies and lucky for me she’s local! Not to mention the whole staff is always so paw-sitive!! Both of my shih tzus have a tail wagging good time and can’t wait for their spa day. To recap: my dogs always look so fetching when they come home, it’s always a fun paw-ty, and dog-gone it we just couldn’t say enough nice things about Dogmetology!

We drove appr 100 miles because our daughter says Dogmetology treated her dog great and did a wonderful job of bathing and cutting her dog. We have an Australian shepherd and he was in need of love and care. When we picked him up, he was awesome! Infact I’m not sure he was ready to leave which tells me he was treated special. All I ask from someone is to be honest and caring. Dogmetology did this and more. They truly care. Five star doggy spa!!!!!

Calynn has been grooming our goldendoodle, Lucca, for several months now and we could not be more pleased! She does such an amazing job with Lucca's cuts - they are perfect! We love that Dogmetology only books one client at a time, so Lucca is usually done in 1-2 hours (our last groomer would take up to 6 hours which was difficult on our anxious girl). Calynn knows we farther away, so she always lets us know when she is close to being done so we can get there right as Lucca is finished. We (Lucca included) are so happy to have found Dogmetology!

We’ve been with groomer Calynn for years and followed her to Dogmetology! She has groomed our goldendoodle for the last 3.5 years, and helped him grow more comfortable with the grooming process. She’s always been patient and prompt and communicates any changes in service so we know what to expect. When he started having reactions to grooming, she helped us switch to medicated baths and changed up our cut length to better suit him. We love her and our pup is always excited to visit her!

Calynn at Dogmetology is a fantastic groomer & our mini-golden doodle puppy, Dolly loves her. Dolly is 8 months old and we started with Calynn when Dolly was 12 weeks to get her acclimated to the grooming process. Calynn will send photos throughout the process to ensure we are happy with the cut! You can tell that Calynn loves her jobs & dogs🐾

I take my dog in every 8 weeks for grooming and Mac is great with him and he always looks great. I have another dog I take in for nail trimming that would not let anyone ever trim his nails but he lets Mac do it with no problem because she is so good with him. I have been taking my dogs to Mac for years even before she had her own shop. They have fair pricing and are always punctual and flexible. I highly recommend Mac and the other groomers at Dogmetology.

We would highly recommend Dogmetology to everyone and anyone! The owner, Mac, sets aside an appointment time for your individual pet and is amazing at addressing their needs and even fears. Our sweet Rufus is not a fan of the loud noises like a vacuum or hair dryer and she, noticing that, has a magic solution to groom and dry him without scaring him. He ❤️s Mac!!

Today made our third visit. We have seen both Hanna and Tabitha and could not be more happy! Our Malshi looks awesome and they really take the time to listen to how we want her groomed. Everyone at Dogmetology is kind, courteous, and great with our pup, not to mention, the new location is FABULOUS!!! When their old location flooded and they had to close while they moved, the owner took the time to call and reschedule all of our appointments once they reopened. I know it was an overwhelming ordeal for her, but she took the time to make sure we could get back in ASAP and that our grooming appointments got back on schedule. We highly recommend this company and any groomer they have working. ❤️

I have had dogs my whole life, almost 50 years. Best groomer in the world!! 5 stars aren't enough to give this groomer! I had Hannah for my dog and I explained my last two nightmare experiences in which my standard poodle only 2 years old had been shaved like a sheep and nicked 5 different places! It was so traumatic for him he jumped out the car window when we left and hide in his crate shaking for days. He LOVED them and came home happy and beautiful! They are worth every penny for your baby to have a great experience and look amazing!! They truly are animal lovers and treat your dog like royalty! Once you try them you will never go anywhere else!!!!

Best groomer we have found in oldham county. She will return your calls, the place is spotless, the service is fast, complete, and priced just right. Teddy's ears were getting matted because we couldn't get into our usual spot and then we found out the inside of his ears were matted. So happy we found our new groomers. 10 out of 10

My boys love going to Digmetology. Mac is very patient with them. I have been taking my Shih Tzu's here for a couple of years now and love it. I can't imagine taking my dogs anywhere else. Snickers was just a puppy when he started here Mac was very patient with him. The hours are great and accommodating for my schedule. Give them a try you won't be sorry.

Dogmetology not only offers top tier, high quality grooms but they’re also very professional with their business. All of the groomers take the time to get to know your animals, love them like their own and have your animals leaving the shop with the most amazing grooms ever! Mac is outstanding! Our dog always looks and smells amazing when we pick him up and she does a great job. I’m also always surprised at how chill all the dogs are when we go in it’s like she’s a dog whisperer. I highly recommend! I had to edit this review because I forgot to mention she also dropped our dog off on her way once when we were in a pinch. She truly goes above and beyond.
