STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY! Their customer service is sub-par at best. They have one pharmacy tech who has worked there for several years who is kind and works to help her customers. Everyone else is rude and isn’t willing to help if you need it.Whatever you do, DO NOT attempt to have medications delivered from this pharmacy. The pharmacy hands off medication to a third party service and you will never receive your medication. Steer clear of this pharmacy if you can.

Never seen a “drive through only” pharmacy that you have to wait a half and hour in to pick up and it would have been an hour and a half if I stayed. The people up front in the store are super-friendly and helpful. Switch you prescriptions to another cvs. They are the only cvs that I have seen have such a tough pharmacy to pick up prescription at. Plus…they usually say they are filling them in a text and it takes forever to actually have them filled. Sometimes the website/app will say they are filled but they aren’t….not great attitudes either. Don’t bother calling. They don’t answer.

The pharmacy for the store is the worst. They continuously to not have my medicine ready and keep messing it up. They continue to tell me it's it'll be ready the next day. Three days later still not ready continuous cycle. It's the worst. They keep blaming it on short staff. They need to hire more. Get this fixed. I'm done with using CVS. It does not even deserve one star

Worst ran pharmacy I have ever experienced. Constantly out of medicine even though they communicate via text that your rx is ready. Always shorthanded so they close inside desk and force everyone through drive through, which by the way is only one lane. @CVS do better. This is not how you run a business. Transferring all my families meds before having to do this all over again next month.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would! Thanks to staffing shortages, I recently moved all my prescriptions from this pharmacy, but went back in to get a flu shot thinking that would be quick and easy. I checked in from my cell phone for my appointment on a Tuesday morning when there was no one else waiting and then waited more than 30 minutes with no staff member ever even acknowledging that I was standing there. I guess I’m not getting a flu shot today. You have now officially lost 100% of my business.

I have never been treated more poorly by the pharmacist James at this location.He actually mocked my wife on the phone and yelled and spoke over her several times. To say he was rude is an understatement. He went out of his way to make my wife feel bad.I understand being short staffed, but to take it out on customers isunacceptable. I will now go out of my way to tell everyone I know how terrible this particular CVS is and most especially James.

Non responsive. Ordered refill on Monday, today is Friday and they still have not ordered the refill. Was told that they were a week behind on orders. My ailment is detrimental. They suggested that I call other CVS pharmacies. They should do that. Avoid them if you want your meds.

I am a Muslim woman for context. The Pharmacist (a man) asked where I'm from because my last name is very unique. I say I'm from the USA and so is my immediate family, but my grandparents were from Afghanistan. He says and I quote, "Do you know that guy... what is his name? I forget... al qida... Osama Bin Ladin! That's his name." I have NEVER been treated with such Islamaphobic language in my life, let alone in a professional setting. You do not get to act intolerant and ignorant to people just because you have internal bias towards a group of people. When I called the store, they would not release the man's name nor give me the corp. office number so no one was helpful to bring this man to justice. I will find the corp. number myself and see to it that this pharmacist never treats me, or any other person, like this again.

I have gone to this pharmacy for nearly 20 years. I know they are having staffing issues and have stayed a customer. But I just cannot waste so much time trying to get a prescription. I have been in line for over 45 minutes. They served one car in 24 of these minutes.

CVS confirmed an appointment with this pharmacy via my email AND phone, then the pharmacy called an emergency contact, not me, to cancel the appointment. Pharmacy claimed they called my phone, but I had no missed calls and have had no cell service issues. Then when I call to find out what went wrong, I am routed to a call center, not the pharmacy. I call back, ask the automated customer service for a human, and am put on hold for an hour and had to hang up for work. Something similar happened at a different CVS a few weeks ago. I am never using CVS' online or in-store services again and I'm deleting my account. I'm sure the people who work here are trying their best, but it's not worth it to schedule anything. Go to Rite Aid or wherever else if you can.

This pharmacy needs to get themselves together. They just lie about times things will be ready then just don't do it. You basically have to show up and demand them get it ready whole you hold up the line. It shouldn't take 6 hours to prepare emergency medicine. Every singe time. This isn't a fast food restaurant, this effects people's lives. Every review is this bad. What are you doing CVS?

Went to CVS Friday at noon and was told that they would expedite my prescription to that afternoon. Per the app it was not ready. Saturday morning I called twice and was on hold each time for over 30 minutes before I gave up. I drove there right before closing and was told my medication is out of stock and told me to call back in tomorrow to find another store..This happens every month when I need my medication refilled and I’m beyond frustrated with CVS and their staff.

It's a good thing they don't sell life saving products that you need in a hurry. EMS should just set up in the parking lot and wait.*edited 8/13/22* I find it annoying that google doesn’t allow ranking 0 stars. This place doesn’t deserve a star. This pharmacy is an absolute joke. The last two trips have been over 45 minutes. This is after many trips there and leaving after seeing the line. Unfortunately I am stuck here for insurance reasons.Also, please don’t defend this level of service with “oh, they just can’t get people to work”. Name one other business in the city of Louisville with service this bad. I’ll wait. I have plenty of time sitting in line here.

This pharmacy is a disaster. This is CVS’ fault - not the people working there. They are doing the best they can. CVS keeps driving them out!! CVS needs to find help for them. I moved all my family’s Rx away, but then (surprise, surprise) my insurance (which just happens to be CVS/Caremark) made me come back or I would have to pay cash for all of my Rx. CVS is a monopoly and they are imploding. Funny thing is the employees and patients are the ones suffering for it. I am an able bodied person with a reliable car. What are handicapped people to do? This pharmacy can’t even answer the phone to answer questions for people who can’t make it to the pharmacy to sit in the drive through for (on average) 1.5 hours. CVS has a huge mess on their hands and they need to get on the ball to fix it. This issue is even overflowing to the front store staff. I have been in the store more than once when the sweet ladies up front are getting screamed at for pharmacy issues which has nothing to do with them! Get a clue, CVS!

I don’t understand why it takes so long to get through the drive thru at this location. No joke, there is always a line wrapped around the building and it move about 1 car length per 5-10 mins. I really am dumbfounded at how slow it takes. Do the employees take a smoke break per customer? It should take maybe 2 mins tops on average. I can understand occasionally there might be a problem that takes 5 mins to sort out, but this is not the case here. This place is grossly mismanaged. Unfortunately i have no other option because my insurance does not cover walgreens……

Went to buy Sudafed, the transaction went through the security check but then their cash register system failed!I could not buy Sudafed for another month!Not ever going back.

There are a lot of bad CVS’s in this area, but I must say the Crestwood location is by far one of the worst. Complaints include….understaffed, limited hours, poor customer service, low inventory and poor follow up. I finally convinced my wife to start using a different location after waiting weeks to have a prescription filled, and the new CVS location filled the order within a couple of days.

I've been a loyal customer for over 8 years of this location. The last 3 attempts to refill a routine medication has taken multiple trips. Some days its drive through only, some days its inside only, all days its an insane line. Tonight they have 1 Pharmacist and 1 Tech, drive through only, traffic backed on to 146. I understand staffing issues, but this is just ridiculous. Either hire more people or close this store!

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. They have a 1 star rating for a reason… they are incredibly slow, will have you waiting in line for 30 minutes just to tell you that they have not started processing a prescription that was written in 2 days ago.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Absolutely never answer the phone in the pharmacy, in-store pharmacy is closed, drive through is wrapped around the building. If you have a question like “did the doctor accidentally send my Rx to you instead of my new pharmacy that I switched to because you’re so terrible?” you simply cannot get an answer without waiting 40 minutes in the line. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy is severely understaffed. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! I've been a loyal CVS customer for over 20 years. I will never go back there. Every month they screw up my son's medication. It's a battle to get it filled. They continually miscode his prescription and text me about state laws will not allow it to be filled for another month. I call to get them to fix their mistake, but they NEVER answer the phone, which then forces me to drive there to explain how they miscoded it yet again. I'm very frustrated. I'm convinced they have the ringer turned off. Their complete lack of training, care and customer service is ridiculous

Worst pharmacy, go elsewhere. Was on hold for over 1.5 hours today, no one ever picked up. They will take sometimes 4 days to process a prescription. Unacceptable. If you choose this pharmacy be prepared to wait in the drive through for over an hour

Don't know what happened to your great, hard working pharmacy staff. They must have quit. Your new staff, well it's not working out. You have drive thru only with people waiting over 45 minutes and counting. So bad they must be filling medicine as you drive up.

Calling to check the status of a prescription ... been on hold for over 30 mins. Just shut down your facility if you are incapable of taking care of your customers - a new pharmacy will pop-up that can actually manage their business properly.

I was coming here to leave a review finaly because of how horriblely ridiculous this pharmacy is. However it seems all of the city of crestwood has done that for me. I have never seen so many 1 start reviews. My meds were called in for my kidney stone last night and it's it's now 6:30 the next day and they had no clue or even started on it. Pathetic.

Have been using this pharmacy for 8+ years and it used to be great. Over the past 6 months they have become the worst place in the world to get a prescription. Can't get anyone to answer the phone, and the counter is closed. The drive thru is 2+ hours long every time you go there. They also allow you to schedule COVID tests online for this pharmacy...but when you show up, they inform you that the system shouldn't have allowed you to do so, and they don't have anyone to administer the test. Get it together CVS...y'all are the worst! Try paying your employees a real salary

This pharmacy line is ridiculous. Saturday morning took an hour and a half to pick up a prescription. Please consider revamping your pick up/COVID testing or you will loose your clients. Have you considered two lines one for pharmacy pick up and one for Covid testing? There were cars that took up to 20 minutes. I definitely will be moving my prescriptions to a provider that does not have a line circling around the building.🙁

It is horrible. Our insurance forces us to use CVS and then we can't get a prescription filled. No one will answer the phone to talk about it, the counter is closed and the line of cars is a mile long. Pay a living wage to your staff and you won't have an issue. People need living sustaining medications and cannot get them.

Literally the worst CVS EVER!!!!! I think her name is Dawn, rude!! Did not want to help me out. I can’t get in touch with the pharmacy. I’ve been on hold for over an hour, and still can’t get in touch with anyone. Dawn said they have a long line outside. Okay? But you still need to answer the phone to answer questions for a customer!!! Absolutely horrible.

I understand that there is a staff shortage right now, but please at least implement a text service where people can get a status of their prescription. I have called this pharmacy multiple times on different days and no one ever answers the phone. I usually hang up after 20 minutes, but today I waited 40 minutes and still no answer.
