They did a beautiful job with my 2 small dogs. They were fast, prices are fair and my dogs are apprehensive but came home happy, playful. We take our larger dogs for nail dremmel here and they always do a really great job with getting the nails safely as short as possible which we appreciate.They really do go above and beyond. I don’t trust many people with my dog’s but I trust the Waldrop’s completely. 🐾

My father took my dog here by accident and I’m glad he did. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, they were able to accommodate us. Heather and Connor always do such a great job with our pup. We have been going to them for 2 years and have been highly satisfied. They nail her cut time and time again. Our pup always has the best time with them. We have no worries that she’s in good hands. Connor and Heather are such kind people. We appreciate them and the work they do so much!

Was trying to find a new groomer when we moved to the area during the middle of Covid. Found this one and booked an appointment for my dog. Was told she would be ready around 2-2:30pm, but they would still call me. When I didn't receive a call by 4pm I was worried something had happened and called. Was told they were extremely behind because they had some unexpected walk-ins....which is funny because the sign on their door said by appointment only. How does a business get walk-ins when it's appointment only & their door was locked to the public? My dog was there for 6 & 1/2 hrs.

They did a wonderful job on my dog. She hadn’t been groomed in a few months and is a white dog. When I took her in her her white coat wasn’t very white. When they brought her out she looked like a white cotton ball lol. They did awesome job. The owner told me they use shampoo with oatmeal in which I also appreciate. I don’t like when some groomers use cheap shampoo.Very professional, great service and took about 4 hours which I think is not bad at all.

Churchill Hounds canceled my Doodles appointment on several occasions with short notice. My doodle was a reoccurring client. I have given them business referrals in the past. The owners/groomers are unreliable, and lack communication skills. I waited months for a Saturday appointment since I am limited in my availability. I waited an additional several weeks after my appointment was canceled for the next available Saturday without complaint. An hour before my appointment I was told I am being canceled due to being overbooked & overworked. I explained that I have already been canceled several weeks ago. The business did not offer a different suggestion or solution to get rescheduled. The work done here is great, the service provided is appreciated, and Heather is kind. The scheduling & lack of communication was the issue.

Don't waste your time booking with them. I booked months in advance and they cancelled the day of, 2 hours before the grooming. I rescheduled with them for 3 days later and again they cancelled the day of the appointment about 2 hours prior. You cannot rely on the to keep their appointments. This seems to be a recurring theme in their reviews as well. Lack of professional and consistancy.

Absolute best grommers around! They treat my dog as if she was their own and Luna always comes homes looking and smelling great! She’s typically exhausted from playing and having such a fun day!I love that they are understanding of my work schedule and as a small business owner, I love supporting a family that I know deserves my business. ABSOLUTE WORST GROOMER!! They are were late to opening calling me like 15 mins before my appointment when I was already there, I had to take my dog to work with me and then have my mom bring him back for a 9:00 appointment that they then claimed they started right away at 1:00 and took until 5:30 to finish grooming him! They had my mom waiting in the car over an hour because they said she should’ve waited for a call! They proceeded to then tell my mom she was rude because of all the issues that we had that day with them which I’ve never experienced with any groomer I’ve ever had nor have we ever treated anyone with disrespect!! They then cowardly canceled all of my appointments as not a groomer/customer match! When I called to ask them what happened they called my mom rude on the phone and basically defended themselves and argued with me! Where has customer service gone when you can tell someone they are rude and argue with them when you made the mistake because you didn’t open your business on time after someone made an appointment months in advance! It’s not my fault you don’t know how to run your business or talk to your customers!! I won’t be coming back and I definitely will be telling everyone not to come!In response to your response: you never even talked to me until today so again calling people rude that you don’t even know. When you run a business you treat your customers with respect you don’t call them names and act arrogant when the person who had appointment did absolutely nothing wrong have some humility! I understand that you work so do I and my husband and I have three children so again you have no clue who I am and you’re basing an opinion because you made a mistake and want to take no responsibility for it! The problem is you were rude from the beginning no apologies whatsoever yes you gave us a discount after we had to complain which apparently makes us rude and then you canceled my appointments and had no decency to even talk to me until I called you today! That’s just not how you run a business and keep customers

They were amazing! My pups were in dire need of a grooming and Churchill Hounds heeded the call. They made sure that the pups were groomed just as I wanted and were meticulous in their work. Heather & Isaac were very professional and I would highly recommend them. The pups have the cutest pom-poms ever!

We have 3 dogs and our 2 lb Yorkie can be difficult to handle, and doesn’t like most people, and is often extremely anxious. Heather has taken the time to gain his trust so she can work her magic on him. We wouldn’t trust our boys with anyone other than Heather and Conner.

I’ve been taking my aussie to Heather for a couple years now, and I’ve been pleased with her services every time. She is kind and compassionate, so I know my dog is in good hands. She always makes my dog look great, no matter what kind of cut she’s getting. I highly recommend her!

I do not have words to describe how much Heather is. I have been grooming my puppies since 2007 to various high quality grooming salon. They were okay until I found Heather.The best cut including all other stuff which comes with it, like nails, in ear hear, hair under paws was on perfection. In fact she does something special to my puppy which no one will do. My puppy( Maltese ) cries like a baby in grooming and has been turned down by some groomer as he cries loud and try to bite, but heather got him so well. I referred her to my friend who had a 16 year old small breed going through last few weeks of his life and his owner wanted to RIP him in good condition. She spend hours going through his hear and made him look handsome for his last daysThank you Churchill Hound.

Grooming with Churchill Hounds is a MUST! I have two very energetic, very big (120 lbs) lab boys and they LOVE visits to see Heather. She is every large dog owners dream come true, especially those whose dogs have all the energy!! Her grooming services are fabulous and all prices are very reasonable! My dog, Biscuit, a morkie, just loves to get his haircut! Churchill Hounds does an amazing job, grooming him in a puppy cut that makes him look so cute. The little bow tie they attached to his collar was adorable. I also have a 5 lb. Yorkie, Button, that I will be taking next. Very accommodating in scheduling my appointment time.

We have had issues with the owners being late to scheduled appointments and even not showing up at all to scheduled appointments with no call or text. I would not recommend wasting your time at all with this establishment. Most unprofessional and disrespectful owners you could possibly deal with. BEWARE!!

My beagle mix pup is a handful, but shockingly was putty in Heather's hands! We actually missed our appointment time earlier today, called to apologize and was told to come on in. What?!? Jasper has never looked or smelled better! AMAZING GROOMING and sweet as she could be. KUDOS HEATHER!! You and the hubs are onto something; customer service, quality work, a little more than we usually pay but well worth it.

Very disappointed in the time it took to groom my 8-10lb dog!!! It took 61/2 hours!!! And the fact that he didnt get bathed as well!! Service not like it used to be!! I've always promoted the business to friends and family.
