Place is always great. But notice a employee followed my ole lady home. That’s very dangerous cause I’m sure dollar store can’t cover his hospital bill when he findout he is definitely gettin one at the end of my drive way

Always a friendly staff...but they do tend to be out of a lot of things which im not surprised. I still give 5 stars because this is the Crab Orchard Walmart!! So this town can and does wipe this place out fast after stocked so you can't blame the staff just the big guy over the franchise for not employing another body per shift. The cashiers are also the stockers so you have to cut them some slack with as much business as we give them. I believe 1 more employee per shift could make a major difference with as much as this staff gets done while running the register and always friendly not overwhelmed acting. I think this is actually the best group of staff I have seen in a business which makes the holes in the shelves not bother me so much cause I always have a good experience at the register

Dollar general is such a great store in our town. We have 3 Walmart's within 45 minutes of us. So if you need something dollar general is always there so you ain't gotta drive 45 minutes. Customer service is great too, employees are always helpful and they always greet me and my kids when we walk in.

For real, on our tight, busy schedules, we don't have time to run to Wal-Mart or Target, Home-Depot, Lowe's even, etc... we can run into Dollar General and find just about anything we need in a pinch. It's convenient and fast.. even when we just want to go in and take our time and stroll around we see so much more than we even knew that Dollar General carried. Sooo much cute stuff y'all.. I love Dollar General Store. 💯❤

Crab Orchard Dollar General is the cleanest Dollar General and has a much better selection of goods! Well worth the drive! I will be going there on a regular basis! Kudos to management! Employees are very friendly, too! Much better than Brodhead store!

It's one of the best DG's around! They have a huge building and more to choose from than any other DG I've been to. It is always clean and organized as well! 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

Its so clean and neat everything is in its right place and everyone there is so polite and i feel the mask and hand sanitizer is a good thing and they have mask in case u dont have one all on display

They forget to give you all the bags then when you try to call them the phone is off the hook and you cannot reach them to get your missing items.

Lately, all Dollar General stores have had "trouble" with the $5 off Saturday plus coupons. Has happened to us 3 of the 4 past Saturdays. We're done!!!! As much as I despise Walmart, I guess we'll be going there instead!!

Great deals lots of items everything's a buck and even though a little dollar steaks they have in the cooler are pretty good

Only 1 cashier, backed up almost to front door. Didn't call for another cashier. Put all my things down and walked out. ...that's poor customer service. ....
